Nice stay in Bolzano

It was an apartment, the shop was just around the corner so that worked well. The kitchen was well equipped and having 2 bathrooms with showers was great. Also the apartment was spacious, with a lot of room.

It was not the apartment we rented, but similar I guess. No view. And it was on two floors. My Mom is 83 and the bedrooms were downstairs. We did not know of this!! She was able to do it, but was not easy. Also as it was not the apartment we booked it was confusing about the address as this was not so clearly communicated. Also I had to be in touch, no information arrived well in advance. And then I got the contact for another person, whose apartment it actually was. She was answering via whattsapp well and also when I had some issue with the stove (my problem, the stove was fine). All in all the buses to the center were convenient, but the distance from the center was a bit too much.

it is a good one night stay. after getting keys, parking is convenient, across the intersection

Big shepherds dog is living next door, so bit of a loud barking, thin walls. the apartment is actually some strange concierge parlour. Instruction for checkin were in a bit late to arrive, no proper explanations how to easily reach out the property with the car, we did several rounds around the block. opening windows got a bit of a loud in the morning due to the intersection.

Nice place, terrible hosts.

The location is convenient and the apartment was clean. If we hadn’t had so many negative interactions with the hosts, I think we would have enjoyed our stay.

The problems started when we arrived and we couldn’t get the garage opener to function properly. We communicated that through WhatsApp (because it was self check in), and we were told “don’t worry.” This is after we had to crawl out of the parking lot with our luggage in order to leave! When we entered the apartment, we saw there was no crib as requested. When I sent a message asking about that, the response was that I must not have properly requested one. I sent a screenshot of our correspondence from months ago proving that I had properly requested the crib and was told that it would be no problem. There was no response to this WhatsApp message until 12 hours later — which was the next morning, meaning we had to figure out somewhere for our infant to safely sleep completely on our own. The long awaited response? Just “sorry for the inconvenience.” Although the listing says toiletries are provided, there was no shampoo or soap in the shower. The ground floor location was loud and stuffy. We were very excited to leave as soon as possible! But, of course, we couldn’t get the garage opener to work. While waiting for Francesco to arrive and “help” us with our problem, it finally opened. We were obviously frustrated with the whole situation, but what was crazy is that Francesco was frustrated at us for asking him to come in person. He was rude and unprofessional and unnecessarily confrontational. The experience was bizarre and awful.

Very good and friendly host, the apartment is new and in perfect conditions, very clean and in a very good location, at 15 minutes walking distance from the centre. There is a big supermarket a few hundred meters away and a great Napoletan Pizzeria just a few meters from the parking (thanks Manuel for the great tip!). All you need for your stay is available and Manuel is quite responsive if anything else is needed. The parking is a big plus, considering the location is quite central.

la comunicacion previa con el anfitrión fue rápida y sencilla el parking privado gratuito, a 150 m de la propiedad, es un plus importante estuvimos solo una noche pero el equipamiento es completo para estadías mas prolongadas

la numeración del portal es un poco confusa y está en una esquina con jardín público adelante que oculta de la vista el acceso a la propiedad (el anfitrión sabe del asunto porque adelanta fotos de la entrada) al ser planta baja a la calle durante el día es un poco ruidoso (solo un poco, no nos resultó molesto)

Гарна і чиста квартира, простора, з окремим входом, розташована на 1 поверсі, зручно доволі, в квартирі 2 кімнати та гостьова, окрема кухня, техніка, є кавоварка з капсулами, тостер, мікрохвильова піч, в холодильнику чекала чиста холодна водичка. Окрема перевага це своє безкоштовне паркомісце, трохи далі від квартири, в 2-3 хвилинах, бо знайти там місце, щоб припаркувати машину, було б дуже важко. До центру від квартири хвилин 20 пішки, прогулянка була в задоволення, можна пройти вздовж річки, викликало задоволення .

Wir wurden ohne Information in eine andere Wohnung verlegt

Wir wurden spontan und ohne dass uns jemand Bescheid gegeben hat in eine andere Wohnung verlegt. Das haben wir erst auf Nachfrage erfahren, als wir vor der angegebenen Adresse standen und die Wegbeschreibung nicht dazu gepasst hat. In der anderen Wohnung waren die Schlafzimmer komplett im Keller gelegen, sodass man noch nicht einmal die Fenster öffnen konnte. Außerdem war diese Wohnung noch weiter vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Das stimmte dann das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis überhaupt nicht.
