所有部分都很棒！Bolzano夏天很熱 (但不會滿身大汗，是乾熱，比台灣舒服)，抵達前房東Peter就把冷氣開好，一進房就非常舒適！設備期全，調味料、油，甚至廚房紙巾都有，真的非常貼心，床很好睡，空間很大，洗衣機也好用，有機會再來Bolzano一定再住這裡！另外從車站到這裡中間好像會經過豪宅區，步行感覺很安全，後來住到車站另一邊，就稍微比較複雜一點點的感覺。

Dimensioni dell'appartamento generose, climatizzazione ottima davvero, presenza di cucina completa e di piccolo locale lavanderia (lavatrice/ferro da stiro), bagno grande. Distanza dal centro a piedi di circa 12-13 minuti. Zona in cui si trova la guest house molto tranquilla. Possibilita di avere a pagamento un parcheggio coperto. Piaciuta moltissimo la disponibilita del proprietario, sempre molto veloce nel rispondere ai messaggi e sempre molto presente per qualsiasi cosa.
La nostra camera non aveva uno spazio esterno, neppure piccolissimo (alla sera dopo aver camminato tutto il giorno, avrebbe fatto comodo uno spazio esterno dove lasciare temporaneamente le scarpe da ginnastica).

The location is central and the price looks to be good for the region but it comes with tradeoffs.
Paid parking a few feet away from the location.
For the city tax you get a free pass for transportation that includes the cable car which is excellent.
The host is very helpful and kind.
Looks like there was a series of garages that was retrofitted into a Guest House
Air conditioning is only in one room and can't cool the other room.
The Wifi is poor and you can watch a movie only near the repeater.
Old TVs (no Netflix).
One bed is ok however the couch is not comfortable
