Cozy and comfortable place in Bolzano

Peter the host was great, super collaborative, he gave us the guest card to access for free all public transport in Bolzano

Good price for the region but comes with tradeoffs

The location is central and the price looks to be good for the region but it comes with tradeoffs. Paid parking a few feet away from the location. For the city tax you get a free pass for transportation that includes the cable car which is excellent. The host is very helpful and kind.

Looks like there was a series of garages that was retrofitted into a Guest House Air conditioning is only in one room and can't cool the other room. The Wifi is poor and you can watch a movie only near the repeater. Old TVs (no Netflix). One bed is ok however the couch is not comfortable

Great host and within walking distance of the old town

Hans-Peter, the host is super friendly and forthcoming. The accommodation was super clean and had all the amenities listed. Particularly the washing machine was handy. The big plus of this accommodation is that it is within walking distance of countless restaurants and the historical old town. A car park is also a plus in this crammed part of town.

As much as we liked the overall experience, there were a few points that didn't make it a 10/10. First, the kitchen is tiny and only really equipped for making breakfast or very simple meals. Second, the beds are really hard and creak slightly. Third, the shower is equally tiny and there is no soap holder or place where to put your care products in the shower. Fourth, the place is slightly damp so you have to run the air con a lot and at night this means cold air blowing directly on you. Overall we were happy with the accommodation, the price to value was also okay for the region and time of year.

Very pleasant and quiet place in a great location

Very pleasant and quiet place in a great location — just a 10-minute walk to the old town. The apartment was very clean, and the kitchen had all the basic essentials. It was a lovely touch that the host provided Südtirol Passes, which we used to travel around the city and nearby areas. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay!

Excellent choice for a place to stay !

Hans Peter met us on arrival and was available for questions during our stay. He was very helpful. The apartment was comfortable, very clean and in a great location. It exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend.

I cannot think of anything that could have made our stay better. Highly recommended.

Great stay in Bolzano with an excellent, responsive host

Excellent apartments - great beds, nice facilities, and the washer was a nice bonus for our family.

Nothing really comes to mind…we had a bit of a walk each day down to the bus area with our ski gear, but we knew that going in.

Superb

The location was central but quiet which was great for us travelling with a baby. Peter was very friendly and helpful, he met us there on the day and provided us with everything we needed. We paid for parking on site as parking is difficult to find and found this suited us. Overall we were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend Peters Place.

There was nothing we didn't like abouts Peters Place it suited us well for a couple with a small baby.

Great to have Bolzano cards to visit lots of things. Very nice area with spacious parking. Clean and quiet.

Great place and great host! Simple but great value! Definitely recommend staying here.

Peter was very responsive. He met us outside as we were walking towards the place and once we were in answered all our questions and gave some ideas of where to eat and what to do. He was very nice and full of information. He also provided us with a Suditrol transit pass for guests that was for 1 week and included local museums and who knows what else. He let us check in early and leave late and was willing to hold our bags for us if we had needed to leave later but wasn't the case. This is not a big space but had everything and more than needed and was a great value for the $. Bolzano is a cute town, and his place is 15-20 min walk from train and bus station as well as the local Gondola. There is also a local city shuttle bus you can use with the card if you don't want to walk. Overall a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to 1-2 people. THe bed looks small when you walk in but it was quite comfortable. His place also has a washer which was a bonus. Thank you Peter!!!

City in the midst of mountains

Excellent and well equipped studio apartment. Slightly out of the centre but a bus runs every 20 mins during the day. Alternatively it is a very pleasant walk along the river to the city centre. Made good use of the Sud Tirol visitor card that was provided. Also Peter gave a good introduction to the main sites of the city. Really liked Bolzano; museums in the morning; cable cars to the mountains in the afternoon.

A little bit hard to find initially but was a great location near the Old Town. Hans was terrific and extremely helpful. Couldn’t have asked for a better situation!

Good value for Bolzano

The appartement is large very quiet at night yet you can walk to the Iceman museum in 15 minutes . Internet worked well, bed was comfortable (on the firm side) and kitchen is Ok for two. Unusual fridge-stove-dishwasher combined unit. Parking was in front of door. Hans is very reactive and willing to fix issues

There are inside stairs from bedroom-living room level to bathroom/kitchen level. A night ligth would make this safer(we left a living room light on). The heating is set by an outside thermostat that had some difficulty adjusting to the change in season. Hans brought over a portable heater to smooth things out.
