Comfortable apartment located in the heart of the Old City

The apartment is located in the charming old city centre within minutes walk of shops, cafe bars and restaurants. It is easy access to transport links including Bolzano Bozen mainline station which is within walking distance . I understand that there is also parking close but at extra cost. The apartment was compact clean & comfortable. The bed was comfy. I visited during the winter and found the apartment to be very warm and cozy.

The area is in a pedestrianised area of the old City, therefore shops and bars tend to get deliveries outside hours of business when the streets are empty. That meant there was noise in the street early in the morning. I was also surprised that there was noise in the evening as some of the Cafe Bars & restaurants have outside tables. I visited in February and didn’t expect to hear noise from the street at night. This usually ended around midnight with a crescendo of loud voices as the businesses closed for the evening. At other times the street was very quiet The apartment has no kitchen facilities for cooking, or preparing food only a Kettle for heating water and a small refrigerator. I had to go out to eat during my stay. There are lots of stairs up to the apartment with no elevator (lift). It was difficult getting luggage to and from the apartment. Despite these issues, I would stay here again but only for a short visit, less than a week’, as I found it to be generally comfortable and in a good location for exploring the City.

Nice new apartment in the historic center close to transportation, restaurants & markets

Nice new apartment in the historic center close to train, bus, cable cars, restaurants, and grocery. Host was personable and helpful. Apartment was large, had a nice shower, and AC. No breakfast but the suite had plates, utensils, and glasses and refrigerator so easy to prepare our own breakfast and lunch and also nice cafe's nearby.

Free WiFi. Bright and spacious room. The location was great. Easy walk to restaurants and museums and the train station. Very easy and helpful at check-in.

Be aware that there is no elevator so luggage had to be dragged up stairs.

Comfortable, quiet, clean, modern apartment. Perfect location, close to everything. Apartment #6 is on the 4th floor without an elevator. You are rewarded with a stunning view of the mountains. We would ask for this apartment again.

amazing location, stylish interior. Shower was a good size too which isn’t too common for European hotels we’ve stayed at. Alex was extremely helpful when I had question, great guy.

Perhaps this was on me, but I thought the parking situation was a bit unclear. I followed my GPS to the hotel but ended up driving through the pedestrian zone. I don’t speak Italian/German, so I imagine there was a sign that said pedestrian zone. But I wish the where to park address had been next to the hotel address. it was sent privately in a message, but when you’re managing several hotels during a road trip, I don’t think to reference messages rather than just looking at the booking page in general.

Stylish apartment in the center of Bolzano

Modern, but inviting. City center. Efficient check in procedure. We had a great view of the mountains. Really great apartment! Would stay again.

All the stairs were a bit daunting, but we could manage and the view was worth it. Parking is expensive, but i suppose it doesnt get much cheaper in the city center.

Not for a family

The room is completely renovated, beautifully designed. Nice shower, hard wood floor and centeral location. Parking nearby with 50% discount. The manager was helpful in all our questions.

We are a family with 3 kids. This room is too small for 5 people. There is one room with 5 beds. There is a smart home device that interfir with the a.c. so it's hot most of the time in the room . (We stayed in july).
