We liked having an entire apartment with a kitchen to cook meals. The place was very central and our host was very nice.
We visited in June and it was quite hot and there was no fan. The kitchen was quite basic.

Good location by train station, bus station, and cable car and a very easy walk into the historic district. Plus just a couple of blocks away from the Batzen Häusl beer garden! Very roomy apartment with a large bedroom, a nice sized bathroom, comfortable living room, and small but well equipped kitchen. It is on the back side of the building so there’s no traffic noise from the street in front. The host, Karl, met us at the apartment when we arrived and was very helpful mapping out recommended restaurants and other things to do.
