Het ligt midden in het centrum van Bolzano. Perfecte locatie
Deurknoppen zaten soms los, niet alle verlichting werkte goed. Er was een raam gebroken, waarschijnlijk door de wind/tocht. Je moet alles zelf online doen, inchecken, codes voor de sleutel zoeken. Je ziet geen host.

De locatie was prima gelegen, bij het centrum van de stad, in een wat rustigere straat. Er was een goede airco: dat was heel fijn, omdat het buiten erg warm was. Het was een verademing om dan 'thuis' te komen.

We liked the location and the comfortable beds and the shower was good.
We didn't appreciate being asked to report damage on our arrival and if we didn't report it we would be charged for it. We did report the major damage that we observed on arrival, ie broken window, broken bedroom door handle, faulty kitchen light, chip on the marble vanity top, full dishwasher albeit clean dishes and overall the unit was not clean and was shabby etc etc etc. We are pleased to report that we did not cause any damage during our stay.
