This is our second stay in the properties managed by topBooking. Again it is a very pleasant experience. Lovely big apartment in the historic centre of Bolzano. Easy to do everything. Very good bed, lovely kitchen, aircon, bathroom with nice modern shower and bath. Two TVs, balcony, huge fridge. Nice set of pots to cook (if you want). Clean and fresh. Thank you, topBooking

The beds! OMG - best ones ever!!! The place is very spacious and centrally located and we loved the kitchen which is fully equipped with all essentials. As I mentioned, beds are next level to superb and no matter if a queen or king size they bring you all the comfort for long realty sleep.

polizia assai approssimativa (ad esempio, ragnatele). mancava carta igienica, peraltro consegnata la sera stessa. mancavano bicchieri, e posate e stoviglie insufficienti. c'era un danno a un vetro.

FA SCHIFO. CAMBIATO HOTEL IN CORSA

ORRIBILE! Abbiamo dovuto cambiare hotel dopo la prima notte, perché restare in questo appartamento era semplicemente impossibile. Un odore di fumo insopportabile impregnava ogni cosa: muri, tessuti, mobili. L’appartamento è vecchio, sporco, con una finestra rotta che da su un interno che emana odore di fritto, tessuti macchiati e un rumore continuo che non permette di dormire. Le foto su Booking sono ingannevoli: nella realtà è un tugurio. Nonostante tutto, nessun rimborso per le notti non godute. Il personale è si limita a scusarsi, pur sapendo bene in quali condizioni fatiscenti si trova la struttura. Un posto orribile, da evitare assolutamente.

De locatie was prima gelegen, bij het centrum van de stad, in een wat rustigere straat. Er was een goede airco: dat was heel fijn, omdat het buiten erg warm was. Het was een verademing om dan 'thuis' te komen.

Chiasso durante la notte proveniente dalla strada ; gli inquilini del condominio hanno pensato che la baldoria venisse dal nostro appartamento lamentandosi che succede spesso Le pentole erano tutte sporche (si vede che nessuno controlla le pulizie fatte dal personale mandato ) La luce della cucina è fioca e non diretta sul tavolo per cenare bene Ho chiesto uno strofinaccio da cucina per asciugare le mani e hanno dato degli stracci per la polvere Non hanno consegnato gli asciugamani da bidet che ho dovuto richiedere

Brauchbare Unterkunft mit Hindernissen.

Sehr gute Lage, 100 Meter bis zum Geschehen. Gute Betten. Helle Räume. Sauber. Manchmal wird es etwas laut, aber ich bin halt quasi mitten in der Stadt. Brauchbare Unterkunft mit Hindernissen.

Check-In: Es scheint mitlerweile zum guten Ton zu gehören, dass er bei diesen Code-Nummern-Checkins erstmal schief geht. Bei schlechtem Wetter stehst du dann vor der Türe und chattest auf WhatsApp mit einem "Host", bis die richtige Nummer gefunden wurde. Bei uns klappte das beim vierten Versuch. Der Balkon zur Straße ist eher ein Witz, der zweite Balkon ist ein verdrecktes Loch nach hinten in Nirgendwo. Keine Handtuchhalter.

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis toll. Gerne wieder!

Das Einchecken war sehr unkompliziert (der Eigentümer sehr bemüht und freundlich) und die Lage super gelegen zum Zentrum und Bahnhof. Die Räume sind groß und die Betten sehr bequem und auch sauber. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet und geräumig.

Leider sind die Wände bzw Fenster sehr hellhörig. Somit haben nicht nur wir alles auf der Straße und die Nachbar (inkl Hund) gehört, sondern auch die leider unfreundlichen Nachbarn (oberhalb) uns.
