Wonderful stay in quiet, restful, hospitable B&B

The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming, always attentive to what we needed and how to make our stay better. Having grown up in Austria and having spent a great deal of time in the area, this is truly an authentic Südtirol bed and breakfast experience! From the home, to the hospitality, to the delicious breakfast spread, all of it was authentic, generous, and comfortable. The swimming pool was great to cool off in, and the main part of Bozen is easily reachable by a number of buses that come frequently to a nearby stop if you are traveling without a car. There are beautiful views of the valley and mountains from the balcony, so definitely recommend getting a room with a balcony.

The only detraction was that the wifi didn't work well, frequently having a weak signal or dropping.

Winemaker's stay in family atmosphere

Very nice stay, the owners and the family are very friendly, amazing view from the terrace, and of course you are invited for a glass (or more) of their own wine!

If you walk to the city it is a bit long, about 20min., but you can take a bus too. Keep in mind that they do not have MobilCard.

The sheets were smelling a bit dusty. No fan in the room, it was too hot for slepping well. Given the price, I was waiting a bit more on additional stuff => no wifi, no shampoo etc.

Cute location!

Very romantic, idylic location, right in the vinyards. Friendly people. Swimming pool, lots of sweet animals. Center of Bolzano is 20mins walking.

No wifi connection in the room. Very close to trainstation, so if you want to sleep with the windows open, you hear the train passing by (some people don't hear it when they sleep, we woke up multiple times at night by it). Staf doesn't speak English, but they try to do their best.

Would not recommend.

It was only 30 minutes walk to the South Tyrol Museum of Archeology. It had free parking.

For 90€ we did not even get a bar of soap in the room. We paid 8€ each for breakfast because there was no place close by to eat. It was very poor value. Plain buns, a little bit of meat, for some reason we didn't get any cheese and others did, small yogurt cups with no choice, bad coffee.

Mercatini di Natale

La struttura dista 4 minuti in macchina e 10 minuti di autobus (linea 8) dal Duomo di Bolzano, pertanto la posizione è ottima. La signora che ci ha accolto è stata gentilissima, offrendoci dei biscotti fatti in casa e un bicchiere di vino di sua produzione. La nostra camera era calda e pulita.

Purtroppo, nel bagno privato, mancava il sapone. Appena ne abbiamo avuto l’occasione siamo andati a comprarlo. Munitevi di tutto il necessario perché in camera non lo troverete…Ad ogni modo, abbiamo risolto questo piccolo “inconveniente” senza problemi.

Für einmal genug

In guten 20 Minuten zu Fuss in der Innenstadt. Bushaltestelle direkt an der Strasse. Bistro oben an der Strasse für einen Kaffee morgens oder einen Snack. Genug Platz im Zimmer. Kleiner Balkon mit Sitzgelegenheit und Blick auf Reben und auf den Berg, aber auch auf Häuser, Industrie, Autobahn und Eisenbahn. Am zweiten Abend war die Wassertemperatur au Nachfrage auf warme 39 Grad gestiegen.

Abends bis nach 23 Uhr reger Güterzugverkehr mit entsprechender Geräuschkulisse. Keine Seife im Zimmer, hatten dann unsere eigene benutzt. Ungewöhnlich riechende Bettwäsche/ Decke/ Kissen.

Il posto è senz'altro suggestivo ed immerso nel verde.

Impensabile che non ci sia neanche un sapone per le mani. Ovviamente neanche bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Pulizia accettabile. La nostra stanza era vicino a un bagno esterno di una altra stanza e si sentiva sempre chiaramente i rumori. Rapporto qualità prezzo non conveniente

Le cadre au milieu des vignes très joli. Arrêt de bus juste en face pour accéder à Bolzano.

Aucun WIFI. Petit chemin très exiguë pour accéder en voiture (parchoc qui frotte à l'entrée) Place de parking serrées sous les vignes avec raisins tombant et salissant la voiture. Hôtes très gentils mais grosse barrière de la langue (ne parle que Allemand ou Italien). Problème de gestion de leurs réservations ayant résulté à un "surclassement" où nous n'avions pas le droit d'utiliser la cuisine. Pas de savon ni de gel douche. Cheveux dans la salle de bain. Odeur de renfermé sur couettes et oreillers.

Herrliche Lage inmitten von Weinbergen mit vielen Tieren. Herzliche, sehr nette und bemühte Vermieterin. Gute Ausgangsbasis nach Bozen Altstadt zu Fuß ca. 25 Min, mit dem Bus 5 Min.

Willkommen im B&B aus den 70ern. Uralte Einrichtung. Frühstück geht extra und ist sehr übersichtlich.

Prachtige Weingut op een mooie locatie, super lieve eigenaren alleen wel een beetje gedateerd!

De locatie is fantastisch aan de rand van de stad Bolzano, middenin een wijngaard die door de man van de Weingut zelf wordt onderhouden. Het ontvangst, door de eigenaren van bejaarde leeftijd, was heel open en hartelijk! Qua kamer is het groot genoeg voor 2 personen en daarnaast is het super netjes en schoon. De openingstijden die op Booking staan zijn redelijk flexibel, want ze wonen in het complex waar je komt te wonen. De stad Bolzano ligt op 20 minuten wandelen, wat prima te doen is en wij vaak hebben gedaan.

Je komt te wonen bij het bejaarde stel in huis waarbij je de voordeur deelt en verder alles boven zelf hebt, dit konden wij niet helemaal uit de advertentie halen. Zij wonen beneden en ze hebben boven een paar kamers, met eigen badkamer, die ze verhuren. Super schoon en netjes, wel erg verouderd dus verwacht dat de tijd 50 jaar stil heeft gestaan. Voor ons was het geen probleem, maar ze spreken alleen Duits en Italiaans waardoor communicatie met handen en voeten zal zijn als je de taal niet spreekt.

Der Preis für das angebotene Frühstück (10,-€) war völlig überzogen. Es fällt Gästen auf wenn sie Brot aus dem Supermarkt bekommen, Stammgäste am gleichen Tisch Brot vom Bäcker gereicht wird. Es gab zum Brot nur eine Sorte Wurst und eine Scheibe Käse, keinerlei Ei, nur bedingt Tee und kein Kaltgetränk.

Die Betreuung der Gäste sollte in jüngere Hände übergeben werden.

die Lage, der Garten, die Vermieter, dir Aussicht etc.! Es hat uns wirklich alles gefallen. Superfreundliche Leute, gutes Essen, entspannte Umgebung, wir kommen wieder! :)

Der Pool war bei unserem Besuch nicht „badetauglich“, das war schade, aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau. :D In der Umgebung gibt es genug zu sehen & zu tun.

Bozen ist eine wunderbare Statdt....!

Wir waren letzte Woche im Zundlhof, einem wunderschönen Weingut in Südtirol, der nachhaltiges Reisen fördert. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohl gefühlt, vor allem dank der sehr freundlichen Gastgeberin, die mir viele Tipps für Wanderungen und Ausflüge gegeben hat. Das Highlight war aber der hausgemachte Buchweizenstrudel, den sie Morgen zum Frühstück servierte. Er war so lecker und saftig, dass ich ihn am liebsten jeden Tag essen würde. Das Auto ist gut aufgehoben, ein kostenloser Peivatparkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Ich kann den Zundlhof nur empfehlen, wenn Sie einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Natur suchen und gleichzeitig etwas Gutes für die Umwelt tun wollen.
