Nice but not for me.

Spacious and clean

No window covering for the bathroom so neighbors can watch you undress and shower. The sign for the Internet said use guest 2 which did not exist. So we had no wifi. Our dog has bad legs so it would have been nice to know it was a fourth floor walk up apartment.

A great place, we all really enjoyed our time here

You need to log into a portal to get the code for the keys, but this was fine once i worked out how. It was a lovely big apartment, tastefully decorated and very comfortable for our family - with 2 teenagers. Warm and helpful to have two toilets!

There was no toaster but that's a small thing and we made do. We used the washing machine but there wasn't any clothes airers to lay the clothes over but again we made do. Also the bathroom window does not have any coverings so if you're showering at night just be aware!

Great stay, good location on a more quiet section of town but close to everything

The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well stocked.

Some of the information supplied within the guest digital information wasn’t correct and we found it hard to follow what needed to be done on checkout.

Our stay was a real mixed bag, entirely defined by whether you have a car.

The Good: Big space with washer Central location. Good only if you are using public transport.

Parking is a 15-minute walk from the accommodation. The lot is poorly lit and feels unsafe at night. Parking spaces are extremely small and cramped. We paid for 2 spots but only 1 was available. So they gave us another parking spot at another location which require 15mins walk back to the accomodation. Broken promises: Staff said they would deliver a ticket but never did. We had to go to their head office in the morning to grab the ticket. Find the machine at the carpark to do all the required steps to get the free ticket. Overall its a very stressful experience. Extremely inconvenient and stressful for anyone with a vehicle.

Lovely spacious central apartment within short distance of train station, shops and restaurants. Clean, full of character and well equipped. Two toilets was a bonus for us. Good air conditioning & quiet despite central location

Fantastic location, surrounded by shops and restaurants. Big spacious apartment. Great to have a washing machine half way through our road trip!

Wi-fi is awful. Not much crockery or kitchen equipment. No soap in the smaller bathroom. No parking nearby.

Despite the spacious flat in a good location, the construction noise and no air-conditioning was bad

This second-floor flat (high ceilings, no elevator) is spacious and has nice parquet floors in most rooms. The beds are large, the cotton bedding smooth and comfortable. The kitchen has basic equipment.

We were not informed when booking or before arrival that there was major and very noisy construction going on in Leonardo da Vinci street, right in front of our flat. The workers started with heavy machinery drilling and breaking up cement at 07:00!!! Since the flat also unfortunately has no air-conditioning and only one fan, and the heat was extreme (37° also at night)...we could not sleep well and then to be woken at 07:00 by unbearable noise was terrible.

A nice place for a large family to stay and explore Bolzano from.

This apartment had lots of space - every bedroom felt roomy, and the beds were big and comfortable. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. It was right in the center of the city and easy to get to all the places we wanted to visit.

The wooden floors in the bedrooms were pretty creaky and noisy - the tile floors everywhere else were much quieter. The ironing board cover needed to be replaced. And having to lug all our suitcases to the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn't ideal.

We love the location of this flat. We have stayed with Stay Cooper multiple times now. This flat has lots of charm and character. We appreciate having two WCs as traveling this time as a group of friends. It is very close to everything including the Archiological Museum.

Some friends didn't like the stairs but 2 of us love the stairs.
