Positive stay, i would recommend it or use it again.

The property is located about 10 minutes from the city center by car and is conveniently close to the highway exit. The complex is immersed in vineyards, and from the bathroom window you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. The décor is perfectly aligned with the setting, and everything is very well maintained and spotlessly clean.

The instructions to access the property were not entirely clear to me at first, but aside from this minor issue, everything else was excellent

Absolutely perfect property, immaculately appointed and in a perfect location easy to zip into the city centre. Loved the body wash and hand soap. Everything was so clean and the owner was absolutely lovely. We really loved the beautiful views and the ease of check in and check out.

Beautifully designed apartment with excellent build quality (hardwood floors, comfortable mattress, a/c etc). Great location: in Bolzano but surrounded by vineyards. Easy to reach public transportation.

High end finishes and Judith is amazing.

Not prepared for the 2 pin power socket as most of Italy is a 3 pin socket. Messaged Judith about it and she will provide an adapter. View of commercial side not mountain side.

Judith was amazing and incredibly kind. She welcomed us with warm hospitality, which we truly appreciated. She even provided us with bottles of water—such a thoughtful gesture! I also appreciated how clearly she outlined everything in the guest book; it was very helpful and made navigating the space easy. The facility was spotless and well-maintained, which made our stay both comfortable and pleasant.

One small suggestion: it would be great to have slippers provided in the room for added convenience. Also, the shampoo was empty, just a minor detail that could be improved for future guests.

Come a casa

Struttura ristrutturata recentemente, molto accogliente, luminosa e curata in ogni dettaglio. Panorama sulle vigne molto bello, in più dista solo 3km a piedi da centro: con una passeggiata di 25min si arriva velocemente. Gli appartamenti tra loro sono ben insonorizzati, in cucina sono presenti tutte le cose essenziali (sapone piatti, spugna, straccio, canovacci, sale e pepe) ed è presente pure le lavastoviglie con un paio di pastiglie per il lavaggio.

Unica pecca, che è veramente di poco conto: la tv pur essendo una Smart tv non aveva la possibilità di accedere ad internet per collegarsi alle principali piattaforme di streaming online.

Kleines und sehr feines Appartement am Rande der Stadt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr hochwertig. Die kleine Küchenzeile reicht aus um Frühstück und einfache Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten. Klimaanlage und Rollläden sorgen für angenehme Temperaturen im Sommer. Vom kleinen Balkon hat man einen Blick auf die Weinfelder und die Berge. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat uns bei Gewitter mit dem Auto zu unserer Weinprobe gebracht.

Perfecta relación calidad precio en Bolzano

Apartamento pequeño pero todo muy nuevo y muy correcto. Judith encantadora. Y la ubicación aunque un poco lejos del centro (40min a pie) es muy bonita rodeado de viñedos. Lo mejor es ir con coche para poder desplazarse o coger el Bus.

볼차노 외곽의 아주 깨끗한 새 숙소였습니다. 작은 주방엔 조리를 위한 도구들이 다 준비 되어 있었어요. 저희 3인가족에게 딱 적당한 원룸 구조였는데 침실은 커튼을 칠수있어서 공간 구분도 되었습니다. 침대 메트리스도 아주 편하고 수건도 직접 세탁한거라서 아주 청결했습니다.

Lage sehr gut. 5 Min zur Bushaltestelle. Mehrere Buslinien zur Innenstadt z.B Linie 8 (Waltherplatz). Im Bus Bezahlmöglichkeit mit Kreditkarte. Zu Fuss etwa 2,5 Km. Nächste Pizzeria 10 Min. zu Fuss. Freundlicher Empfang. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Vi var rigtig glade for vores ophold. Vi nød at være der og så en masse i det smukke område

Lejligheden var super fin og der var pænt og rent

Vi havde noget besvær med dørkoden, som ikke virkede, så vi måtte vente til der kom en med en nøgle. Desuden var der en låge som vores gps flere gange ledte os hen til og den kunne ikke åbnes fra den side. Det var en udfordring for os.

Die Unterkunft ist aufwendig und teuer renoviert und bis auf paar Dinge ok.

Betten sehr hart. Sofa in der Küche erinnert eher an Jugendherberge. Das neben den Weinfeldern zwei Fusball bzw. Basketball Plätze sind die auch stark beschrien sind erwähnt natürlich niemand. Tv funktioniert nicht. Ich würde das Sofa in der Küche ganz wegtun genauso wie den Tisch und Stühle aus Familienbesitz. Schönen rechteckigen Tisch und Stühle ,Vorhänge in die Küche und den Tv ins Schlafzimmer. Ansonsten sind alle anderen Möbel sehr hochwertig .

Ruhiges, sehr schönes Apartment in den Bozener Weingärten

Das Apartment liegt mitten in Weingärten, sehr ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Die Ausstattung ist sehr wertig, das Design hat mir gut gefallen, alles sehr sauber! Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich.
