Struttura centrale, vicina a piazza Walther dove si svolgono i famosi mercatini di Natale. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Abbiamo dormito e risposato bene.

Struttura e servizio perfetti! Hanna, la proprietaria, mi ha contattato qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo dandomi molte informazioni utili. L'ingresso nell'edificio è con password, quindi molto sicuro. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito. L'angolo cottura ha tutto quello che occorre, addirittura la lavastoviglie, e sia il letto matrimoniale che il divano letto erano molto comodi, cosa mai scontata. La posizione è favolosa, a cinque minuti da piazza Walter! Il giorno della partenza volevamo lasciare i bagagli per girare ancora un po' per Bolzano, avendo il treno nel pomeriggio. Nella struttura è presente un grande baule, con lucchetto a combinazione, dove abbiamo potuto riporli in tranquillità. La combinazione del lucchetto e la password per accedere nell'edificio sono gestiti da Hanna, che carinamente li ha modificati per adattarli alle nostre esigenze. Il check-in lo abbiamo fatto da remoto prima del nostro arrivo.
Insomma, l'organizzazione di Hanna è eccezionale e rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Sicuramente quando ritorneremo a Bolzano, soggiorneremo al Townhouse Bozen!
