Peaceful and central

Great place right at the centre of Bolzano, accessible and comfortable - really felt like a home away from home.. really great staff, very quick to answer any queries. Would definitely recommend 😃

Nothing 😃 Short note - 2 flights of stairs is easy if you're travelling light, could be a little hectic if you have a lot of luggage - but it is clearly mentioned in the description and we were well aware

nice and renovated apartment. a little bit far from the railway station to walk with suitcases, but there are bus routes to the apartment

Only 4 hangers for clothes for 4 persons. There were no paper towels or napkins so we had to go to the SM to buy. No side tables to put a bottle of water or a book beside the bed and nothing to put the suitcases on. we had them on the floor all the time. There is no elevator but it is clearly stated at the accessibility section.

Struttura centrale, vicina a piazza Walther dove si svolgono i famosi mercatini di Natale. Personale gentilissimo e disponibile a risolvere qualsiasi problema. Abbiamo dormito e risposato bene.

Struttura e servizio eccezionali!

Struttura e servizio perfetti! Hanna, la proprietaria, mi ha contattato qualche giorno prima del nostro arrivo dandomi molte informazioni utili. L'ingresso nell'edificio è con password, quindi molto sicuro. L'appartamento è molto spazioso e pulito. L'angolo cottura ha tutto quello che occorre, addirittura la lavastoviglie, e sia il letto matrimoniale che il divano letto erano molto comodi, cosa mai scontata. La posizione è favolosa, a cinque minuti da piazza Walter! Il giorno della partenza volevamo lasciare i bagagli per girare ancora un po' per Bolzano, avendo il treno nel pomeriggio. Nella struttura è presente un grande baule, con lucchetto a combinazione, dove abbiamo potuto riporli in tranquillità. La combinazione del lucchetto e la password per accedere nell'edificio sono gestiti da Hanna, che carinamente li ha modificati per adattarli alle nostre esigenze. Il check-in lo abbiamo fatto da remoto prima del nostro arrivo. Insomma, l'organizzazione di Hanna è eccezionale e rende il soggiorno davvero piacevole. Sicuramente quando ritorneremo a Bolzano, soggiorneremo al Townhouse Bozen!

Ottima posizione, vicina a dove avrei dovuto lavorare ed in zona centrale per permettere alla famiglia di girare con tranquillità. Buona colazione e servizi presenti in casa, oltre a disponibilità dell'host.

Eine tolle Unterkunft in einer tollen Stadt!

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort war tippi toppi. Die Gastgeberin war immer erreichbar und hat sofort geantwortet. Ein kaputter Spot wurde innerhalb von nur wenigen Stunden gewechselt! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!!

Uns hat alles gefallen und haben daher keine Beanstandungen zu machen.

Schöne, zentral gelegene Unterkunft mit tollen Vermietern

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, die Gastgeber sehr hilfsbereit und super organisiert. Sie antworten sehr schnell und kümmern sich wunderbar.

Der Lärm. Die Straße ist leider sehr laut. Den Balkon haben wir daher gar nicht genutzt und immer nur zwischendurch gelüftet. Hinzu kam zu unserem Aufenthalt auch noch ein Umzug der Nachbarn, der auch nachts und früh morgens stattfand. Hierauf haben die Vermieter natürlich keinen Einfluss, aber es hat ein wenig Erholung geraubt.

Tolle Wohnung, super Lage & sympathischer Host.

Grosszügige Wohnung in super Lage. Einfach mit dem Auto zu erreichen und trotzdem ist man super schnell zu Fuss in der Stadt. Alles vorhanden. Die Wohnung wird sehr sympathisch, flexibel und zuverlässig betrieben. Kann sie sehr empfehlen.

Apartament bardzo czysty w samym centrum. Było wszystko czego potrzeba. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Zero problemów i dużo przydatnych informacji od właścicieli. Polecam z całego serca. Sam apartament ma super klimat starych kamienic.

Bequeme Schlüsselübergabe, alles über whatsapp geregelt - sehr großzügige Wohnung mit perfekt isolierten Fenstern (kein Außenlärm)plus Loggia, gute Küchenausstattung, toller Fernseher, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr gutes Bett. Tolles Bad nicht zu vergessen.
