There was an air conditioner in the room, but we couldn't find the controller. It was a surprisingly warm weekend in April.

Lovely stay in Bolzano.

Quiet area yet close to shops, restaurants, and transportation. Large flat nicely furnished. Good secured wifi, good shower, comfortable bed. Great location. Host provided a very helpful list of local attractions and recommended restaurants and also guest card to use for local transportation and museums.

While upper floors had elevator access, one had to climb 2 sets of small stairs to get to the elevator. Not a big deal, but this could be challenging to someone with heavy luggage or inability to climb stairs.

Clean and central, but not very cozy.

The apartment is located in the heart of Bolzano, everything is within walking distance. Hot water worked very well (a must in December) and the shower heated up in no time.

The apartment is very clean and new, but doesn't have any kind of unique decoration or furnishing, which makes it feel a bit sterile. A toiletries pack was left but didn't include soap, which we bought at the store. At one point the WiFi went out, which the owner tried to resolve it as soon as possible, but it took a day.

A beautifully designed apartment - super central, walking distance to all landmarks & right next to the bus stop (but really calm), super clean (i thoroughly inspect bedsheets & towels), super safe (new apartment & bldg with locked gate downstairs). A real gem! Also offering slippers, shampoo/shower gel, shower caps, vanity kit & toothbrushes. Giordano is amazing too, very helpful and easy going, all he cares about is that you have great time in Bolzano, a city truly not to be missed!

If i were to be picky, i'd say add a toothpaste, since there's already a toothbrush. But who cares, just bring yours lol.

Nothing to complain about

I think the flat was renovated just recently as it looks fresh. It has everything you may need - kitchen stuff to cook food, washing machine, AC, wifi works well too. It’s also close to the bus station that will take you to Ostirei - the paradise of any hiker. Oh, and it was waaay cheaper then all the other places we looked in Bolzano.
