I had a great experience staying there.

The host was really helpful. The location was great. The space is quite cool. The location is about 7 mins walk from the train station, and it is right in the middle of major areas.

Good location and communication on how to get there.

Location was really good. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfy.

The two gates when entering the property were tricky to get used to as you as you had to jiggle the key and make sure it was partly out of the lock for it to open. There needs to be a bin in the actual room - a bigger one as we ended up having to use the bathroom bin for general rubbish but it was only small.

Disappointing Stay in Room 3 – Not Worth the Price

I stayed in this accommodation in Bolzano for three nights, and unfortunately, the experience—especially in Room 3—was very disappointing and far from what I expected. While the location was convenient and the toilet appeared new, that’s sadly where the positives end. Room 3 was extremely small and absolutely not suitable for two people. It felt more appropriate for a single person staying just one night. The bed was very narrow and attached directly to the wall, making it uncomfortable for two people to sleep. There was no nightstand to place personal items like glasses or a phone, and only one chair in the entire room. There was also no wardrobe or chest of drawers—nowhere to store clothing. The hairdryer was another issue: it would overheat and stop working after 2–3 minutes, leaving hair half-dry and the rest up to your luck. There was a small cupboard with some plates inside, but they hadn’t been cleaned properly for a long time. There wasn’t even a proper place to wash them. If the room had been better designed, it could have been a cozy space despite the size, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. For more than €100 per night, the overall experience was not acceptable. We even tried ordering food one night but had nowhere to sit or eat properly—there wasn’t even a small table. Additional issues included: • The garbage lid in the toilet was broken. • On arrival, the bedsheets had not been changed recently. • The room had visible dust and even spiders. We asked for the room to be cleaned, and communication with the owner was actually good on that front. I recommend reaching out to the owner in advance to clarify what room you’ll be getting, as the photos can be misleading (they show another, better room that looks nothing like Room 3). Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying in Room 3 unless changes are made. It felt claustrophobic and poorly maintained.

Soap diluted with water says it all...

Leaving 1☆ for the location. The room is dirty, there are cobwebs on the ceiling, towels and bed linen have the smell of cigarettes. Most likely, it is drying in a place where people smoke endlessly. The furniture includes a bed, a useless drawer, which is already filled with unnecessary objects such as vase and bucket, and a dying plant drying out without water. Everything is very messy and soulless. Seems that the place is saturated with greed and profit. Each guest is promised "Bolzano card" but of course you won't receive it.. There is absolutely nowhere to put belongings (although we have very few of them). There is no bedside table, no table, no closet, not a single extra hook to hook things. The owner responded to the messages indifferently and it was clear that he completely didn't care about the comfort of the guests. He apologized for the description not reflecting reality and said he would change it in the future, but this never happened. He also asks for a city tax higher than what is written in your reservation. I understand that the region is not cheap, but during our entire trip to Tyrol and South Tyrol, we stopped at many places of approximately the same price segment and this place is the worst in everything.

Superb

The apartment was located inside the city center and we had a lot of restaurant/grocery store options as well as sights in our proximity. The air conditioning was adjustable and the room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, there was a small problem with Booking.com so the initial room we rented was not available, but the host immediately contacted us, provided us with an alternative and was very attentive overall.

The only small complaint we had was the lack of a bin in the bathroom, but otherwise everything was great.

gerne noch ein kleiner Sessel o.ä., da man zu zweit auf der Bank etwas ungemütlich sitzt, wenn man abends nochmal gemeinsam den Tag mit einem Glas Wein beenden möchte;

Leider kommt dieses Apartment für uns nicht mehr in Frage.

Gute Lage.

Wie hatten 2 verschiedene Buchungen, einmal vom 23-24.12 und einmal vom 24-26.12. Theoretisch gut organisiert, praktisch standen wir aber in der 2.Nacht vor einem geschlossenen Tor. Es fehlte im Apartment der 2. Schlüssel wie bei der WhatsApp Nachricht angegeben und daher wurde unser Handy freigeschaltet um die 2 Eingangstüren zu öffnen. Leider funktionierte das am 24.12 nicht mehr und wir standen in der Nacht vor verschlossenen Türen. Der Vermieter war nicht zu erreichen, auch Booking.com konnte ihn nicht erreichten. So mussten wir uns in der Nacht um eine alternative Unterkunft bei Bekannten kümmern. Super für Weihnachten!!!

Appartamento carino ma poco curato e essendo in mansarda il bagno basso

La posizione è centrale, veramente comodo e silenzioso a parte il rumore dell’ingresso dell’ultima porta che fa rumore entrando perché suona per aprirla

Non mi è piaciuto molto che il bagno era sopra e per l’uomo era impossibile farsi la barba perché specchio e lavandino bassi. Non c’era nemmeno un doccia schiuma per lavarsi. Non c’era una bustina di the ma solo caffè e la stanza arrivati era fredda. L’aria calda l abbiamo dovuta accendere con la pompa di calore.

Bellissimo e perfetto

Struttura situata al centro di bolzano a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e dalla famosissima piazza Whalter con i suoi mercatini di Natale. L’appartamento é abbastanza pulito, ideale per una coppia ed ha i comfort necessari per poter soggiornare poche notti. Check-in in automatico e self , l’host da indicazioni precisissime su conw effettuarlo ed é sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora tu lo contatti. Lo consiglio

Ingresso un po’ labirinto, mancanza in bagno di ganci per poter poggiare gli asciugamani e prese messe attaccate al letto. Cose alla quale si può fare a meno ma che con una piccola attenzione in più migliorerebbero il soggiorno.

Grande potenziale

Posizione ottima, apprezzato il diffusore nel bagno. Staff disponibile alla risoluzione di un problema con il condizionatore. Entrata semplice con self check in, che io personalmente apprezzo. Molto bello il lavandino.

Consigli: - Inserire dello shampoo e del bagnoschiuma (senza e’ impossibile soggiornare) - Inserire una staffa dove poter poggiare asciugamani ed un comodino accanto al letto (il cellulare non può essere caricato se non mettendolo sul letto) - Il muro sporca i cuscini, consiglio di farci attenzione Piccoli dettagli che possono rendere la struttura sicuramente migliore

Es war ok, aber nicht toll!

Die Lage war sehr zentral in der Fußgängerzone.

Die Ausstattung war übersichtlich. Es gab kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten, der Schrank hat innen unangenehm gerochen, so das man dort auch nichts unterbringen konnte! Das Fenster konnte nachts nicht geöffnet werden, da es sehr laut war und ständig Essensgerüche aus dem Lokal nebenan herein zogen! Dafür gab es viele Mücken!

Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Einfache Baumwolldecken als Bettdecke sind ein bisschen gewöhnungsbedürftig. Laut der Buchung sollte die Bozen-Card mit der Möglichkeit der kostenlosen Benutzung des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs enthalten sein und in der Wohnung bereitliegen. Dies war nicht der Fall. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter erhielten wir noch nicht mal eine Antwort. Das war sehr schade, da der Gesamteindruck sonst super war.

Lage. Gute Restaurants und Bars im Umkreis. Mitten in der Altstadt!

Man sollte keinen leichten Schlaf haben. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage an einer Gasse in der Fußgängerzone mit Ausgehmöglichkeiten kann es mit den Nachtschwärmern am Wochenende schon mal etwas lauter werden. Die Lokale schließen allerdings nicht so spät!

Der Self-Check-In hat gut funktioniert, mit der Anleitung war das Apartment gut zu finden. Lage sehr zentral ... einige Parkplätze in der Nähe wenn auch nicht sehr günstig. Diverse Möglichkeiten in der Nähe zu Frühstücken - im Apartment nur Wasserkocher und Kaffee-Maschine.

Die Lage ist super!

Die Lage ist wirklich ideal: In nur wenigen Minuten erreicht man den Bahnhof, und das Appartement liegt mitten in der Altstadt. Es ist zudem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos und angenehm.

Die Unterkunft ist insgesamt angenehm, allerdings sollte man wissen, dass das Haus recht hellhörig ist – besonders, wenn nachts im Treppenhaus Bewegung ist (es gibt immer noch Menschen, die denken, dass man um 2 Uhr nachts laut sein kann). Auch Straßengeräusche von Cafés und Restaurants sind gut wahrnehmbar, mit Ohrstöpseln aber kein Problem. Die Matratze war für mich persönlich nicht so bequem, wobei das natürlich Geschmackssache ist. Sehr positiv war die vorhandene Kaffeemaschine. Ein kleines Detail: Da sie auf einem höheren Schrank stand und das Kabel zu kurz war, musste man sie zum Zubereiten des Kaffees auf den Boden stellen. Die City Tax war bei Anreise höher als ursprünglich bei der Buchung angegeben. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, dass Booking.com den Betrag nicht angepasst habe. Allerdings habe ich in den Bewertungen gesehen, dass bereits vor etwa einem Jahr andere Gäste von derselben erhöhten Gebühr berichteten.

Enttäuschend und ernüchternd

Die Lage in der Innenstadt ist gut.

Wir hatten drei Nächte gebucht und sind nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist und in eine andere Unterkunft umgezogen. Der Zutritt zum Apartment ist kompliziert aber hat überraschenderweise geklappt. Allerdings ging der Schlüssel nicht mehr für das erste Tor und wir waren immer auf Hilfe aus dem Restaurant daneben angewiesen. Zudem waren wir auch durch die Bilder sehr irritiert! Wir hatten eine kleine Küche oder zumindest einen Kühlschrank erwartet aber das gab es nicht. Dafür gab es in einem Schrank aus unerklärlichen Gründen ein/zwei Teller und Besteck. Jedoch gibt es keinen Tisch oder Ablageflächen um zu essen oder Sachen abzulegen. Das geht nur im Bett, welches ganz in der Ecke an der Wand ist. Dafür gab es in dem kleinen Zimmer einen größeren Stuhl sowie eine Bank mit drei Sitzplätzen, welche unnötig ist. Im Bad gab es auch keine Ablagemöglichkeit für Handtücher. Durch die zwei kleinen Fenster gibt es wenig Tageslicht und dadurch fühlt man sich etwas eingeengt.

Appartement placé en plein centre ville de Bolzano dans le quartier historique ! Très joli duplex design avec la climatisation qui est indispensable en ce mois d août … par 37 degrés en journée ! Très propre ! Hotel très serviable qui réponds à toutes nos questions ! Bon rapport qualité prix ! En août trouver un logement à un prix raisonnable sur Bolzano est très difficile !

- pas de balcon - pas de parking : nous le savions c’était indiqué ! Il faut se garer dans un parking de la ville et aller à pieds avec les valises / sacs … jusqu à l appart.

Heerlijk verblijf gehad

Mooie kamer op een top locatie. Winkels, restaurants in de buurt en het treinstation was op ongeveer 10 minuten lopen. Heerlijke airco op de kamer! De Bolzano kaarten die je krijgt bij de boeking. Hebben we goed gebruik van gemaakt. De gastheer was aardig en goed te bereiken.

Estancia de tres días en bolzano.

Ubicación perfecta cerca del centro histórico de bolzano y muy cerca de la estación de buses y tren. Lugar estratégico. La atención del propietario fue muy amable. También es una habitación cómoda con las cosas más importantes.

Faltaría un frigobar o mini nevera en la habitación para que fuera perfecto para los que requerimos mantener bebidas frías o mantener algo fresco. Además agradaría algún ganchito para soporte de toallas en el baño.

Wir sind leider von den Bildern irritiert gewesen, da zunächst ausschließlich das Penthouse abgebildet wird, also darauf achten, für welche Zimmerkategorie man sich entscheidet; durch die zentrale Lage in Mitten der Innenstadt war es leider extrem laut, weil die Zimmer zur Straßenseite ausgerichtet sind, sodass man ausschließlich mit geschlossenem Zimmer schlafen musste

Erholsamer und erlebnisreicher Aufenthalt in Bozen!

Die Lage war wirklich perfekt, zentraler gehts nicht! Man fühlt sich recht sicher da man, um generell in das Haupthaus zu gelangen, zuerst durch ein versperrtes Haupttor muß. Erst dann gehts zur ebenso immer verschlossenen Eingangstüre des Hauptegebäudes. Die Zimmer liegen sehr cosy unter dem Dachgeschoß. Unser Kontakt war absolut angenehm, zuvorkommend und sehr gut erreichbar! Die Beschreibung zum Check in sehr gut. Das Appartement wirkt frisch und neu. Schönes Bad mit geräumiger Dusche. Zur Espressomaschine gabs für 4 Tage auch gleich 8 Kapseln dazu. Wir erwähnen das deswegen weil es zumeist maximal zwei Stück sind. Parken kann man gut in der "Lauben Garage" Da gibts 4 Tage für € 50,- (sonst pro Tag 20,-). Beim Einfahren in die Garage ganz normal das Ticket ziehen und dann beim Portier (gleich neben der Einfahrt) in ein 4 Tg. oder auch Wochentiket umtauschen. Am Sonntag ist der Portierbereich nicht besetzt. Das Ticket dann einfach am Montag umtauschen.

Das Appartement ist minimalistisch ausgestattet. Da hätten wir uns mehr erwartet. Gefehlt hat uns z.B. ein kleiner Tisch mit Sesseln oder zumindest ein Stehtisch mit Hockern. Auch Ablageflächen sind wenige vorhanden. Es gab lediglich einen Kleiderständer, einen kleinen Sessel in der Ecke und einen kleinen Holzschrank mit etwas Geschirr. Fernseher ebenso nicht vorhanden. Das hatten wir allerdings vorab gar nicht geprüft weil ein Fernseher für uns zum Standard zählt. Bei gekipptem Fenster hört man den Geräuschpegel der Gasse, bei geschlossenem Fenster passt es. Unser Polster hatten unterschiedliche stärken und waren immer nur 1 x vorhanden.

photos de présentation mélangeant tous les logements. On s'attend à avoir une petite cuisine il n'y en a pas. Rien pour poser livre ou lunettes près du lit, pas une seule armoire, juste un porte-manteau pour 3 nuits et 2 personnes. Pas de crochet pour les serviettes dans la salle de bain. Pas de plan de ville ou documentation ni pass pour prendre les transports ou entrées au musée comme annoncé. Une seule chaise. Lit collé au mur d'un côté.

Ottima posizione, ma confort migliorabile

La posizione è eccellente, in pienissimo centro. Disponibilità dell'host a risolvere problemi in tempo breve al momento dell'arrivo.

Mancano basi di appoggio come mensole, comodini e portavaligie dove riporre effetti personali. Si è costretti ad arrangiarsi tenendo tutto sul pavimento. In bagno mancano ganci per le asciugamani. La tassa di soggiorno richiesta è più alta di quella riportata in fase di prenotazione e non viene fornita la carta servizi promessa nella mail di conferma prenotazione. Per il prezzo pagato il soggiorno è stato deludente.

È stata orribile mancava un armadio per appendere i vestiti. Mancava un appendino per le salviette viso, mancavano i comodini e il letto da una parte contro il muro, quindi bisognava scavalcare per andare a letto. Abbiamo dovuto lasciare le valigie per terra per quattro giorni.

L'organizzazione, l'appartamento molto bello, caratteristico, curato. Completo di tutto. Posizione comodissima. Un valore aggiunto è stata assolutamente la Bolzano Card, che permette di utilizzare i mezzi pubblici gratuitamente ed di usufruire di diversi ingressi gratuiti nei luoghi di interesse. Vicino alla Stazione che si può raggiungere a piedi.
