Unbelievable location!!!
You can't ask for more, at the centre.
A family of 6 stayed there for 3 nights and it was fantastic! Above all (literally) was the view from the balcony, surrounded by the Dolomites mountains and the city of Bolzano, there is no better view than that.
Marcus, the host, is a gentleman, he is super kind and helpful!

L’emplacement très bien par contre pas de place de stationnement et pas d’accès en voiture possible.
Il y a un parking public à 5min
Il n’y a pas la climatisation et c’est au 4eme étage sans ascenseur

We loved the location. And the view from the roof terrace. It was a spacious apartment that suited a family of 5 well.
No aircon, but that was no problem there was plenty of windows to bring in breeze and a great fan in the lounge room. This would be no problems in winter time. As there is heating.
