Stay COOPER l CITY LOFT

Overall the apartment is nice and clean with great location, we were 6 and moved to other apartment runs by COOPER and was much suitable for us. we stayed here for 1 night

The main problem was the check-in process. We arrived late in the evening, when there was no representative available to contact, and we had a lot of difficulty finding the entrance. We eventually had to ask people passing by for help. Although check-in is based on a code, the instructions were not clear enough. There is a main entrance with several entrances inside, and the main lobby was closed when we arrived. We had to walk around the building to another entrance in an area that cannot be accessed by car, which was quite confusing, especially late at night with luggage. We were also unable to use the parking garage as expected. Another important point is the air conditioning. There is only one air-conditioning unit in the main living area. The upstairs bedroom and another bedroom do not have air conditioning, which can be uncomfortable during the summer. Finally, the kitchen was missing some very basic items, such as salt, which are commonly provided in rental apartments. With clearer check-in instructions, better availability for guests arriving late, and a few additional amenities, the experience could be significantly improved.

Great location, amazing blackout blinds, clean washing machine (without that mouldy smell you can get in apartments sometimes), comfortable bed and clean, modern kitchen. The breakfast that’s included at the Bistro was amazing. Thanks for a good stay!

The property was nicely updated and had all the appliances needed for our stay. Check in/out was extremely easy with the online portal. The location is incredible, just minutes away from food, shopping, and transportation.
