Definetly worth it!

The location was very nice, very close to the center. There's a supermarket in a 2 mins walk, with also the christmas market being VERY close. The loft was big and beautiful. The terrace was our favourite area. There was a sunroof and overall the apartment was sparkly clean. Will definetly come back here if we ever decide to vist Bolzano once more. Definetly recommended.

It would've been better if the apartment had extra basic needs in case they were almost finished, for example toilet papers.

Great location ruined by terrible service and faulty amenities.

Location was walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and the train station.

The single A/C Split unit in the main room is completely insufficient for the size of the property. When we checked in, the A/C was off. It was 95° F outside. We put the A/C on the coldest setting. The next morning, the bedroom, loft, and bathroom were still hot when we checked out. We all slept terribly. There were no ceiling fans and no other relief from the heat available. Additionally, the washing machine smelled like mildew so strongly that it made the entire apartment stink and made washing clothes useless. We messaged the staff for help but received no response.

Super nice and modern apartment at a great location to visit Bolzano. Very well equipped, beds were comfortable and showers with pressure.

It wasn’t too easy to find and it’s a walk if you have heavy luggage.

Quiet modern and spacy appartement in the historic center of the city

Great location in the lively historic city. Absolutely quiet in a grassed courtyard with your own garden seating area. All kind of shops, restaurants, bars and coffee shops are just around the corner. Less than 10 min. to the train and bus stations and to the cable car for the Ritten high plateau. The room was really spacious and well equipped. Check in was hassle free with digital key pad and code

If you have mobility problems, you should ask for a room without steep stairs to the bed on the balcony.

After dragging our cases through the town, we found out we had been given the address of different apartments. Then spent over an hour on the phone trying to get directions from Stay Cooper to the correct apartment's. Very disappointing to the start of our stay..

Very nice stay but missed the Bozen card...

There is a Bozen card (including public transportation, cable cars, museum entries etc.) that is only available from certain hotels and apartments in the region and given for free to visitors. Stay Cooper unfortunately doesn't participate in this program and there is no other way to get this card except from the participating hoteliers. For the price charged and otherwise overall nice experience with the room and breakfast it could certainly be expected not to be excluded from this card.

The room was very clean and huge. We loved the terrace/balcony wirh this view.

We almost needed a instruction manual for all the (light) switches 😀 also the fridge was very noisy at night. The breakfast Service was very poor, but the quality of the food was nice.
