Great value, clean place!

Very nice apartment, 3rd floor walk up if that is a concern. Nice kitchen though we never used it. Excellent location, park 10 minutes away in public spaces where you can find one.

Bring white noise! Loud bar right downstairs out in the street until 12am at least. Some jack@ss parked their Mercedes in the owners garage, leaving us without parking. Owner wasn’t aware.

Good location, hygiene and parking facility need to be improved.

Amazing location and spacious apartment. It has everything in the kitchen in case someone wants to cook.

You have to keep your windows closed otherwise it gets very very very noisy at night. Bed was uncomfortable. The comforter, pillow covers and towels were very questionable in terms of hygiene. Adding onto the above is the parking which of course is a big trauma considering your paying for it. It wasn’t user friendly at all. The trip was supposed to be a relaxing one but ended up making us anxious.

It was clean, with a good location, the owner informed us everything well explained before.

I saw a lot of people complaining about the noise from the bars downstairs. And indeed it is very loud, very difficult to fall asleep. Maybe during the week is better. Towels for the bathroom were not that good

location great, shower and sink were dirty, water were not going through.

The location is perfect as surrounded by shops, restaurants and market.

The bathroom was not cleaned properly. The water in sink and shower were stacking and my husband was supposed to clean it on his own by taken bunch of hairs from shower and sink. it should be cleaned by cleaning personal not by guests. Even tap and walls in shower was not cleaned properly. Plus apartment are located above the bar and till 2 am there are horrible noise and even with closed windows you can hear everything.

Loved this apartment in Bolzano!

Perfect location right in the heart of Bolzano. Lovely apartment. Very communicative host with clear instructions for entry and responsive to issues.

The sheets and linens were clean but the floor and table had some crumbs. A lift would have been nice but we knew that already. Just be aware of that when booking. Some noise from the restaurants and bars below but only faint. It didn’t bother us but if you are a light sleeper it might. Happy sounds of diners though - no booming music!

it wasn’t clean when we arrived - damp towels, dirty bedsheets, bins not emptied - needed to let owner know about it. difficulty accessing car park initially - the key needed a bit of a wiggle to open the garage door

Great location, beautiful apartament

Apartament is very well furnished, spacious, has everything you need and located just in the city center. Great contact with the owner, who offered also a garage just 2 min walk from the apartament with extra pay. Noises from the street are quite loud but with closed windows you can’t hear anything and it’s very calm inside.

SOGGIORNO ORRIBILE

Solo la posizione della struttura, centrale a un passo da tutto

Struttura sporca, trovati capelli in bagno in più zone, trovata polvere in cucina su cappa di aspirazione e mensole, lavabo non pulitissimo e il frigorifero puzzava fortissimo di aceto, odore così sgradevole da non poter riporre nulla all’Interno. Garage pagato 15,00 a notte, sporchissimo sia la porta di chiusura che all’Interno non come da foto inviate prima di confermare, non ci è stata fornita la chiave per usare l’ascensore poiché era stata smarrita in precedenza ma non ci era stato comunicato e dovevamo usare le rampe per accedere al box con il pericolo di essere investiti da chi saliva o scendeva. Con le chiavi fornite non si riusciva ad aprire la serranda principale e ogni volta per accedere al box dovevamo aspettare che arrivasse qualcuno per aprirci. Il box è stato un grandissimo disagio, per quanto abbiamo pagato, un furto!!! Sconsiglio l’appartamento a chi ha bambini molto piccoli con passeggini e bagagli vari poiché ci sono un bel po’ di scale da fare per accedervi.

Lage sehr zentral, wenn auch laut nachts. Geräumige Wohnung

Die Details haben nicht gestimmt. Die Jalousien an den Fenstern konnte man nicht so richtig verstellen ohne Angst diese kaputt zu machen. Handtücher müffeln und sollten schnell ausgetauscht werden. Bettwäsche hat nicht richtig gepasst, und das Bett hat gequietscht. Garagenzugang und Handhabung etwas umständlich aber hat geklappt

셀프체크인과 주차방식을 잘 몰라 헤맸습니다. 한번 하고나니 익숙해지긴 했지만 처음이면 헤맬 수 밖에 없을 것 같아요. 호스트와 연락이 잘돼서 다행이었습니다. 건물 탑층인데 엘리베이터가 없어서 왔다갔다하기 조금 힘들었습니다.

Nie wieder!

Die Lage in der Altstadt, man muss sich aber bewusst sein, dass es bis weit in die Nacht hinein ziemlich laut ist.

Als wir anreisten war das Apartment nicht gereinigt und es gestaltet sich ziemlich schwierig jemanden zu erreichen. Die Eigentümerin lebt anscheinend in Singapur, was mit dementsprechenden hohen Telefonkosten für uns verbunden war. Im Endeffekt saßen wir gut 4 Stunden in der Bar vorm Haus und warteten darauf das die Unterkunft endlich gereinigt wurde. Die Getränkerechnung wurde uns erstattet. Das Apartment selber ist sehr abgewohnt, es riecht modrig und sauber ist auch etwas anderes. Z.B. hängen die Schubladen im Bad auf halb acht, die eine Nachttischlampe hat keine Birne, die andere einen Wackelkontakt, Geschirr war nicht sauber usw. Die Bilder auf Booking.com täuschen sehr über den tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung, sind wohl schon etwas älter.

В первую очередь хочу отметить шикарное месторасположение. Эти апартаменты подойдут для тех, кто хочет жить в старинном, историческом доме в самом центре Больцано. Квартира двухкомнатная, окна выходят на очаровательную шумную центральную улицу. Вокруг магазины и рестораны. Кровати удобные, тепло. И очень аутентично. Нам понравилось

Не подойдёт для тех кто хочет суперсовременные апартаменты, тут налет ретро. Экстремальная лестница, высокий четвертый этаж. Но нам понравилось. Бесконтактное заселение и выселение. Но хозяин дал очень понятные инструкции.

Boa casa, mas faltam comodidades

A casa tem muita luz, WC grande, quarto espaçoso.

Quando chegamos, a casa não estava limpa, estava tudo dos últimos hóspedes. Tivemos de ser nós a dar a chave à equipa de limpeza. Pode acontecer, mas a limpeza estava mal feita, havia lixo na WC, as gavetas e móveis da cozinha estavam sujos por dentro. Faltam comodidades como máquina de café (e não cafeteira), microondas, guardanapos, pedem para deitar o lixo e não havia sacos de lixo. Um dos candeeiros do quarto não tinha lâmpada. A casa está localizada no centro, perto de tudo, mas na zona de noite movimentada de Bolzano. Há sempre barulho até à 1h, de manhã o barulho também começa cedo com as carrinhas de lixo e entrega.
