Geschmackvolle Ferienwohnung mit Aussicht

Wir haben drei schöne Tage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Alberto war sehr hilfsbereit und hat alle Probleme sofort gelöst. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in zentraler Lage in der Nähe vom Walther-Platz mit Blick auf den Dom. Die Ausstattung ist perfekt und geschmackvoll. Einziger Nachteil ist die Abtrennung zwischen Wohnraum und Schlafzimmer, die aus Milchglas besteht und lichtdurchlässig ist. Bei Belegung mit zwei Personen, von denen eine Person schlafen möchte und die andere Person den Fernseher laufen lässt, kann das störend sein.

Che fortuna aver trovato questa casa

La casa è luminosissima, pulitissima, calda anche adesso in febbraio, molto accogliente, si trova a un passo da piazza Walther e in una posizione pazzesca per me che lavoravo al Teatro Comunale. Arredi di alta qualità (ottima cucina di ottima marca, forno e forno a microonde, piano cottura a induzione e lavastoviglie), elettrodomestici nuovi perfettamente funzionanti, noi siamo stati 12 giorni e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Alberto e suo fratello, che gestiscono la struttura, sono di una disponibilità incredibile, immediata, direi quasi familiare per ogni più piccola richiesta. Ampie vetrate, un balconcino, una enorme smart tv, letto e divani molto comodi. Insomma lo consigliamo davvero, per chi voglia sentirsi come a casa.
