Fine for a short stay

The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was very clean, and the hosts left all of the cleaning products we needed. The city centre is easily reachable by walking (roughly 25 minutes) or by bus, which stops right in front of the apartment. Communication with the hosts was easy as well, and they let us check out an hour later.

Both beds were EXTREMELY uncomfortable. All of us woke up with back pain every day. Both bedroom and toilet were very dark since there was no overhead light. A small but annoying detail in an apartment with 4 women was the lack of a trash can in the bathroom. Lastly, this was also the only place I've stayed in Südtirol that didn't provide the option to acquire a Bozen card for public transport, which was a bit frustrating.

Nice affordable accommodation near Piazza Gries

Location near the Piazza Gries, which has great tap houses, wine bars, and restaurants. Felt like we were living with locals. The price was excellent for the amount of time we stayed.

One of the two double beds was a pullout couch which was uncomfortable for two sleepers.

Great for a family. Well priced.

Great bang for buck. Apartment was clean, setup for families and couples, alike. Only 15 minute walk to downtown.

Gemütlich wohnen in Bozen

Sehr netter Kontakt mit den Inhabern. Keine Probleme beim ein- und auschecken. Parkplatz direkt und abgesichert vorm Haus. Sehr ruhige Wohngegend. Die Unterkunft liegt zwar nicht direkt im Zentrum, dieses ist aber dennoch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Sehr schöner Ausblick von der Wohnung auf die Berge/Stadt. Gerne wieder. :)

Die Matratze war zu weeeeeeeeich. :) Aber das Gästebett war prima.

Muy incómodo.

El aparcamiento en la puerta.

Tercer piso sin ascensor. A 25 minutos a pie del centro. Al lado de una iglesia que toca cada hora a partir de las 7h de la mañana. El sofá-cama es muy incómodo y hace mucho ruido. No tiene microondas, ni horno para cocinar.

Séjour très agréable

Le propriétaire est très gentil et accueillant. Le wifi était en panne donc il nous a prêté un téléphone pour servir de hotspot, nous permettant de nous connecter durant tout notre séjour. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les jeux à disposition, qui ont permis à notre fils de s'amuser avec des puzzles et un petit train. Comme il faisait chaud nous avons apprécié profiter du ventilateur et du climatiseur. L'appartement est vraiment très agréable dans un très bel immeuble, bien qu'un peu reculé du centre-ville.

Tolle Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten zu zweit einen tollen Aufenthalt in der sehr schönen, großzügigen Dachgeschosswohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Die Wohnung befindet sich in der wunderschönen Villa Schmid mit Parkplatz hinter dem Haus, einer gemütlichen Café Bar im Erdgeschoss in einem ruhigen Viertel von Bozen. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten erreichbar, der nächste Bäcker in 5 Minuten und ein Wanderweg startet direkt hinter dem Haus. Die Schlüsselübergabe/Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Allgemein alles soweit in Ordnung. Es war etwas mühsam für meinen behinderten Mann auf die dritte Etage der Unterkunft zu kommen. Die Atmosphäre und Umgebung der Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Im Erdgeschoß gibt es eine Gastronomie, wo es sich sehr gut frühstücken und auch zu Mittagessen lässt. Unseren PKW konnten wir kostenlos auf dem kleinen Bereich abstellen. Die Unterkunft war sehr ordentlich und sehr sauber.

Die Dunstabzugshaube in der Küchenzeile ist komplett defekt. Kein Beleuchtung und auch keine Abzugsfunktion. Auf der Toilette fehlte das Toilettenpapier bei Ankunft. Es war nur noch ein winziger Rest auf der Rolle. Es gab keine weiteren Rollen. Die Duschkabinenabtrennung ist undicht. Wasser läuft nach ausserhalb auf der Seite der Toilette. Es war ab morgens 6:00 Uhr etwas laut im Treppenhaus durch die Anwohner.

Fortunatamente riscaldamenti accesi

Casa molto riscaldata. Non in centro quindi devi camminare per arrivare in paese oppure prendere la macchina e pagare un parcheggio. Parcheggio super comodo sotto casa non a pagamento.

Materasso molto molto morbido. Non ottimale per la schiena. Rampe di scale per arrivare all'appartamento.

Eine schöne alte Villa am Rande der Stadt.

Ruhige Lage an den Weinbergen mit schönem Ausblick auf das Gebirge. Fensterläden schützen vor zu viel Wärme. In der Nähe befand sich eine Bushaltestelle sowie einige Lokale zum Essen gehen, eine Konditorei und eine Apotheke. Wohnung sehr sauber. Wanderwege in der Nähe.

Leider kein Aufzug (3. Etage), was bei schwerem Gepäck ungünstig ist. Zähle ich aber als Luxus. Da nur zwei kleine Fenster, war die Wohnung etwas dunkel.

Es un cuarto piso sin ascensor. Al final te haces a la idea pero es un dato a tener en cuenta.

L'appartamento è un ampio sottotetto in un edificio d'epoca, ubicato in una zona di pregio, dotato di due abbaini, pulito e dotato di ogni accessorio per un soggiorno confortevole.

In considerazione della stagione estiva, sempre più calda, sarebbe necessario dotare l'appartamento di un efficiente impianto di condizionamento; i due condizionatori mobili presenti sono stati assolutamente insufficienti; abbiamo letteralmente sudato due notti ...veramente troppo caldo. Solo per opportuna notizia evidenzio che è un terzo piano senza ascensore.
