Great spot for visiting old town Bolzano

Great location for easy walking access to Bolzano old town. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom. Washing machine, elevator, and dishwasher a plus. Nice balcony. Quiet despite so close to town. Staff very responsive and helpful.

Parking was a 10 minute walk away, but we made it work.

Lovely and comfortable apartment in Bolzano

Great location, clean, spacious and fully equipped, very clear check-in instructions. Lovely view of the mountains.

I would have liked more than one set of keys for a party of three adults. We didn’t want to spend every second together and only having one set of keys makes coordinating a little annoying.

A terrific place for a large group or family, spacious and comfortable.

It’s very central but quiet - excellent facilities - double glazing. Lovely outlook with spacious balcony. Modern, comfortable, everything worked, secure. Staff were super helpful. The office just down the road - 7 of us could store our bikes there overnight. For a group of 7 excellent value for money too. Very impressed.

Great stay, apartment can really level up with some minor extras.

Location of the stay was impeccable. Right at the center of Bolsano. Apartment is modern and spacious. Beds are nice.

Because it was an apartment, we expected a little more. We now got a very bare bone apartment. The only thing provided was cutlery. No hand towels, tea towels, cleaning wipes, a dishwashing brush or sponge, small things like pepper, salt or olive oil.

Spacious, quiet penthouse in a perfect location with stunning views, great amenities. A++

Key pickup was easy from an office just a few blocks away, and the staff there were super friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was in an amazing location — safe, secure, and quiet. We stayed in the penthouse suite, which had stunning views, a large clean interior, and a great outdoor balcony. The space was well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a spacious bathroom and a very convenient clothes washer (no dryer, but air drying worked just fine). On-site basement garage parking was a big plus. Overall, an A++ property — we loved our stay.

Exceptional apartament in the very heart of Bolzano

Amazing, very clean, comfortable and good quality. Very easy communication, however, the “customer portal” always adds extra layer of burden. Very ggod sound isolation. Loved it

No salt-pepper-oil, would be nice to have at least those staples in an apartament this big - obviously families are cooking in and buys such things - just like we did.

Great location, very nice apartment - could do with some more care

Location is great, especially with the garage in the building. The apartment is nice, spacious.

There is a burger restaurant in the ground floor from which the smell is really bad, you can’t leave the windows open during the evening. Also the maintenance of the apartment is a bit neglected.

The cleanliness, attention to detail and comfort of the appartament very inviting and the position truly enables you to enjoy the mountains views and the the city center. The excellent communication of the staff who are available and helpful prior to, during and post stay. Will be my fixed stop whenever I come to bozen for sure !

Overall it is a great stay !

The location was good and near to shopping area and train station.

Facilities was good. They have pot, pan, plate and bowl but they forgot about the cutlery. I do not have the spoon to stir my coffee or knife to cut my fruits.

I will not stay here again!

The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

For almost 400$ a night, I would expect they provide laundry pods in the room. In fact, this is the first apartment style room with washing machine I have stayed at that do not provide laundry pods. There were no paper towel in the kitchen, no water in the fridge. These are inexpensive items but they do make a big difference in your experience. The soundproof is terrible in this apartment, you better not make any noise on the floor because grumpy neighbours will knock on your door!

Spacious modern apartment with all the expected amenities. Very clean. Quiet location and shutters cut noise from the street. Great central location close to restaurants, grocery store, shops and market. Comfortable beds. Living room is spacious and bright with the large windows - a great place to relax. Large terrace with lounge furniture and a view of the mountains. Lots of pots, pans and dishes. Staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage at their office until mid-afternoon.

Superb

It was very comfortable and new and well equipped for our group of 6 older adult travelers. The location was excellent - an easy walk to a grocery store, the open air market, the train. We were there for just a night but our group would have been very comfortable there for much longer. Bolzano was a delightful town!

My only complaint was that one of the bathrooms had no shower door or curtain, but I think I remember the attendant saying that there was something not quite finished. It was a very minor issue.

We arrived late in the night, the owner answered the phone and helped us to check in.

Some more kitchenware would help. We haven't found a pan. Also we could not find how to open the blinds on the windows, the buttons on the wall, which I would expect to open the blinds, didn't work
