The location and Fabio was nice.

The furniture was not comfortable and old. We chose the apartment assuming it has air conditioning based on booking unfortunately we were shocked it was not working.

The apartment was perfect for 2 couples. The location is great and close to the station. It’s is very clean and had everything necessary for us to have a wonderful stay in Bolzano. Fabio is a great host and in arrival he organised Bolzano passed for the four of which was a big saving and very easy to deal with.

Everything about the property was good. It was so nice to stay in such a well looked after apartment

A restful, comfortable apartment in the center of Bolazano

Fabio was most helpful with helping us access the property and then meeting us at the apartment. He explained how everything worked and suggested places to eat and things to do while we were in Bolzano. Fabio was wonderful. There were waters and coffee available for us. Of all the places we stayed the wifi was the best. The two bedrooms were of very good size and the beds were comfortable

Nothing, we would stay there again should we return to Bolzano.

The property was clean and very modern. It’s a gorgeous 2 bedroom with access to parking if needed. Fabio was wonderful at making sure we had everything we needed. Just note that you need internet access to gain entry because it’s all through the Vikey app so make sure you’ve set up data on your phone before you arrive.

Fabio was easily contactable and he was very helpful and friendly. Location is fabulous, apartment is spacious and very clean and modern.

The only thing we didn’t like were the pillows were not good. Apart from that it was perfect.

Very nice apartment in a central location

This is a great property in a central location with all the attractions of the area within easy reach with the Bolzano card which gives free access to public transport and chairlifts. The facilities in the apartment are excellent. Fabio was fabulous to communicate with.

The CP value is definitely very high. Highly recommend this place to all. We will come back !

Fabio the host welcomed us on the day we arrived and gave us the key and the Bozen guest card which helped save a lot of troubles and money. Fabio even gave us a lot of suggestions about the itinerary and attractions there and is very kind and generous. The property is only 5 minute walk to the bus station/ cable car station. You can walk to old town in around 5-8 minutes. *Although the host charged 15 euros for parking, the parking lot is inside a closed gate. We don't have any worry about someone breaking the car windows. *The washing machine is a big plus.

The living room needs to double as a kitchen and as a place for airing out our wet laundry, and so it could be a little cramped inside. But since we spent most of our time outside exploring the neighborhood, this didn't seem a big issue for us.

Functional, new, good location apartment

The apartment is well equipped with all little things like small sharp knife in kitchen, dishwasher capsules, cleaning soap and sponge,.. everything is new Very close to city center and to minimarket Fabio the host is very helpful and so kind

It was nice to have no keys to the building and apartment (I.e. everything automatic), but less that it requires cellphone with working mobile connection

The host is very friendly and fast response. The location is in the centre of Bolzano and close to the Bolzano Bozen station. We can go to/from station by walk 6-10 mins. The apartment is equipped with a good package of kitchen set! You can cook together with your friends/family here.

The location: 2 minutes-walk from the historic centre: quiet AND central. The appartement: brand-new, spacious, nice and very comfortable. The parking place is in the backyard: safe and very comfortable: about 15 meters from your doorstep.

במקלחת היה רק סבון גוף חצי מלא, ללא שמפו. במקומות מסוימים ברצפה היו גלגלי אבק וסיבים. כרית הניקוי לכלים היתה משומשת ולא חדשה, יש כמה מדרגות לדירה שחייבים בהם להרים את המזוודות, לא נורא אבל לא כל כך נוח. הפתיחה של החניון היא עם מפתח.. שוב, לא נורא אבל גם לא נוח.

Super Appartement in einer liebenswerten Stadt

Das Appartement liegt sehr gut, sehr nahe am Zentrum aber wirklich um die Ecke gibt es alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt wirklich braucht. Supermarkt, Metzgerei, Slow-Food-Bäckerei. Und (für die Faulen oder die ein wenig Lädierten) die Bushaltestelle der 15 - Rundkurs ab-bis Bahnhof rund um die Innenstadt alle 20-30 Minuten in etwa 20 Minuten. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist wirklich perfekt, die Heizung funktioniert super (mir war es zu warm, aber dafür gibt es Fenster zum Öffnen). Fabio hat uns persönlich in Enpfang genommen und uns alles gezeigt - wirklich sehr sympatisch !

Für die Einen positiv, für die anderen halt nicht - das Appartement befindet sich im Hochparterre, was morgens und abends zum Berufsverkehr nicht so toll ist. Das Bett im "Kinder"zimmer ist sehr bequem aber unangenehm schmal - ein breiteres (es wäre Platz) zur Einzel- oder Doppelnutzung würde ich besser finden. Alles ist ziemlich "SMART", also ich brauchte 1 Tag um mit der Beleuchtung und den elektrischen Läden zurecht kam. Der Zugang geht geht ausschließlich über Smartphone - aber vermutlich ist das wohl die Zukunft.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Bozen

Die Kommunikation vorab war sehr gut. Fabio hat uns spätabends noch persönlich empfangen und und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung ist groß uns sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar Regenschirme wären da gewesen.

Die Wohnungstür mit Nummerncode hat uns etwas gestresst, aber sie ging zum Schluss immer auf.

Un beau point d’ancrage dans les Dolomites

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la localisation : à proximité des bus, des trains et du téléphérique et tout proche du centre-ville. Le système d’accès à l’appartement (sans clé) est aussi ultra pratique.

Schönes Apartment, prima Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung von Bozen und der Umgebung

Gastgeber hat uns bei Ankunft empfangen und den Weg zum Parkplatz im Innenhof gewiesen. Sehr nett und zuvorkommend!

Apartment liegt an einer Straße, auf der auch Nachts häufiger laut röhrende Roller/Motorräder fahren, darum mussten die Fenster zum Schlafen leider geschlossen bleiben.
