Unfortunately, I don’t know the name of the young woman from Bogen Bistro who helped us with everything, but she was absolutely wonderful. I would like to say a huge thank you to her. She made everything so easy—from the check-in and check-out process to helping us with all kinds of questions during our stay. We truly appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help. She made our experience even more enjoyable.
There was a slight sewage smell in our Purple apartment.

Excellent location close to restaurants but quiet. Immaculately clean. Exactly as pictured. Comfortable bed and shower.
The huge low-hanging lamp shade next to the bed. I bumped my head twice in the middle of the night and I’m not tall- a hazard and liability.

The breakfast was not included, however I was offered a 50% discount on a ver delicious breakfast at the bistro. The apartment was specious and stylish decorated. The bed was comfortable. The room was very clean.

Location was great as it was center of old city.
The steps leading up to the unit was not specified. Two flights of steps for 2 older women to drag the suitcases down was a challenge. Also the car park charges were very high
