Loved the location! Warm and cosy even in the middle of winter. Comfy beds and well stocked kitchen do great for families.

I would recommend the property.

We picked up our room key at the Bogen Bistro, which was adjacent to our apartment. We had only booked a studio, but it was spacious enough, had great air conditioning, and had a large refrigerator. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

There were no negatives.

We enjoyed Bolzano but next time will book outside old town where there is free parking

Location was great as it was center of old city.

The steps leading up to the unit was not specified. Two flights of steps for 2 older women to drag the suitcases down was a challenge. Also the car park charges were very high

Great location. Right in the heart of the pedestrian zone, on a narrow street with cafes/bars/restaurants just out the door. Also surprising quite given its location.

When I come back to Bolzano, i'll definetely choose the same apartment.

All the personnel was fantastic, very attending to any issue. The property has private parking (very important for me) at an extra low cost. The location could not be better, right in the center of old city and exactly where the fuzz is. Super clean, with coffee maker (important). Very effective A/C.

This apartment was fantastic. Great size for a couple and stylishly decorated. Perfect position in the centre of the old part of Bolzano. The adjoining Bistro was also a great feature with excellent service a food.

Great location, nice, clean and welcoming place

Amazing location within the pedestrian area, very nice and clean apartment. Original layout, nicely decorated, warm and comfortable. We only stayed for a night, but this is a place that invites one to feel at home. The parking option (in a garage just outside the pedestrian area) was great, too.

Great location for the apartment, surrounded by shops and restaurants and bars. Well equipped for cooking and longer stays in case you don't want to eat out every day. The hosts were also really helpful and quickly answered any questions we had! The bistro downstairs is already really nice with a good selection of drinks!

The internet connection was not great, we tried to work from the location while visiting, but we needed to use our own hotspots - we had to keep out phones outside the window to get internet unfortunately.

Super friendly staff - from the people handing over the keys to the cleaning crew. Great location and it looked great. Nice books to read, coffee, etc. Easy online check-in.

Mattress was not the most amazing one (more on the hard side) - but was comfortable enough - so totally fine. Check out wasn't clear - as on Sunday the bistro was closed - we assumed we had to leave the keys in. Later we confirmed it with the cleaning crew. No place to keep the luggage after the check in (not on a Sunday, as the bistro was closed) - we didn't planned it in advance because we didn't know the bistro was closed on Sunday - but that's more on our end.

The rooms was clean and excellently provisioned. Great location in the old town. Downstairs the bar and bistro was also great. We had a lunch and breakfast there and really enjoyed it.

Nice clean spacious room with all the facilities needed for a few days in Bolzano. Located in the centre of the old town, with parking facilities nearby: very quiet. One of the best places we have stayed during our three week European trip.
