Es ist ein sehr nettes gut ausgestattetes Apartment. Der private Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist optimal. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war problemlos und freundlich. Die Lage am Rand der Altstadt von Bozen ist wunderbar, um die Stadt zu erkunden.
Leider besitzt die Wohnung keine Klimaanlage, was den Aufenthalt in der wärmeren Jahreszeit schwieriger gestaltet. Das Lüften mittels offener Fenster, gerade über Nacht, ist problematisch, da es durch die vorbeifahrenden Fahrzeuge ziemlich laut ist.

The location is excellent! Close to train, cable cars and bus.
There is no central A/C. It was a bit hot at night with windows closed. A portable fan is available in the apartment.

the apartment is great, in the city center, good for 2, small for 3.
there is NO AIR CONDITIONING!!! it is unexpected :) in bolzano in summer e 35-37-40 degree as usual. to rent an apartament without air conditioning is very very bad because this is like bathroom - no one is going to chech if there is a bathroom or wifi!?!?! air conditioning is a must, especially in bolzano during summer. the host is obliged to tell it to the guests!
