Perfect location from which to explore & experience Bolzano.

The location could not be beat. Close to the train station & right in the middle of Bolzano's city center, yet we were up on the 3rd floor so it was quiet & we had a private balcony with wonderful views.

The apartment was poorly stocked. There was not enough toilet paper, there were no paper towels, and too few cleaning supplies to comfortably prepare or eat a meal. You also have to climb 70+ stairs (we counted!) to reach the top floor apartment where we stayed, so keep in mind it is not accessible for those with mobility issues.

Well equipped home, great location

Loved the location - how well equipped the apartment was. All basic kitchen amenities, a washing machine, etc. were available. They even provided the Bozen pass for bus transport.

Nothing major, but on opening the ceiling windows we realized there were some cobwebs. Rest of the apartment was pretty tidy though

The apartment was clean and bright and centrally located on a small but very busy square. Our host gave excellent instructions for checking ourselves in. We stayed 3 nights and had the basic items needed to be comfortable.

Lots of stairs to walk up - and the entrance is literally hidden behind mirrors. After we found our way in, however, we really found this place to have a luxurious feeling.

A fine place for young travellers.

Location was great.

Sadly the stairs were far more than my 82 year old knees could take. We decided to leave after the first night. Also, the handrail on the stairs ended before the top of the staircase, which is quite dangerous for older people.

I liked the location and the big windows at the front. It is perfect to sit in and watch the town below. You're also right in front of a market.

The kitchen has a bit of a strange set up. I also found the keycode on the door difficult to use.

No Air Conditioning and it was very hot weather. We had to leave windows open as so hot and then it was extremely noisy.

Location, it’s smack in the center of Bolzano old town. it’s walking distance to train station, bus station, and lots of choices of restaurants and cafes. the bathroom is heated. Interior decor and design is simple and super cosy, especially the long corridor from the room to the living area. they charge an extra Eur50 for the 3rd person who is able to sleep on teh comfortable sofa bed in the living hall.

1. It’s not easy to find it, the entrance is very unassuming 2. There is not lift, prepare to lug your luggage up the flight of stairs 3. Water pressure in shower is average 4. Only 2 wine glasses are provided and 1 is already cracked. 5. Would be nice if some housecleaning tools are provided especially if one stays for more than 5 days or more

Highly recommend.

The apartment was clean, very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for two. The location was excellent with a lovely view over the square from the sunny window nook. The kitchen facilities for breakfasting and cooking an evening meal were provided. The bathroom was spacious, with a hot, powerful shower and washing machine. Could have stayed much longer. Definitely recommend.

Amazing view in central location

Amazing apartment with a great view of the piazza and surrounding mountains. Large windows opened in the upstairs bedroom and we could even see the Dolamites. The location was perfect. The rooms were very clean and had all the amenities needed. The bed was large and comfortable. It was quiet in the building despite activity outside. We had a great stay!

It was 30+ degrees in Bolzano and the bedroom got quite hot at night because it was so high in the building. However there was a fan and windows for air flow.

Great location, less than adequate accomodations.

The staff was very quick to resolve problems.

The kitchen was supplied with the bare minimum equipment. The air conditioner was a portable unit that on a hot day minimally cooled one area at a time. There wasn't a wine bottle opener, the knives we're dull, the tea kettle was broken and the last day, there was no hot water. Of all of our accomodations on this trip in Italy, this was the most expensive, and so far, it ranks last in terms of our satisfaction.

Good location but very essentially furnished.

Excellent location

The apartment was very minimal. Not much furniture, not enough towels, the minimum of plates and cutlery (not even one small spoon) and the sofa bed had a missing sheet (just a badly put mattress cover). The pillows were of poor quality. With a little more effort and a few more pieces of furniture it would be much more comfortable and welcoming. The access through a steep staircase was also a bit of a surprise. People with prams or lots of luggage must struggle!

Great location and well presented

The location of the apartment is excellent in the heart of the historic centre of Bolzano. We arrived by train. Shops and restaurants to hand. Very nice, modernised, open plan apartment. We would certainly stay there again.

It would be a good idea to tell guests exactly how to find the apartment, as it is above a shop and the entrance was not at all obvious. The building number may not have been visible.
