The location could not be beat. Close to the train station & right in the middle of Bolzano's city center, yet we were up on the 3rd floor so it was quiet & we had a private balcony with wonderful views.
The apartment was poorly stocked. There was not enough toilet paper, there were no paper towels, and too few cleaning supplies to comfortably prepare or eat a meal. You also have to climb 70+ stairs (we counted!) to reach the top floor apartment where we stayed, so keep in mind it is not accessible for those with mobility issues.

Loved the location - how well equipped the apartment was. All basic kitchen amenities, a washing machine, etc. were available. They even provided the Bozen pass for bus transport.
Nothing major, but on opening the ceiling windows we realized there were some cobwebs. Rest of the apartment was pretty tidy though

The staff was very quick to resolve problems.
The kitchen was supplied with the bare minimum equipment. The air conditioner was a portable unit that on a hot day minimally cooled one area at a time.
There wasn't a wine bottle opener, the knives we're dull, the tea kettle was broken and the last day, there was no hot water.
Of all of our accomodations on this trip in Italy, this was the most expensive, and so far, it ranks last in terms of our satisfaction.
