Nice place to stay in Balzano

Location is the best, walking to main attractions of town. Room is comfortable. Staff is helpful, admin was responsive, quick reply. Cleaning crews are friendly and helpful too. Grocery store near by. Bus stop is also close. Very good value for money. Will stay again for next visit.

Nice Location with a fabulous view!

Location was convenient and spectacular view from the window. The room was comfortable and large. It was a very short walk to all the sights and museum. The person who we contacted on WhatsApp was quite prompt in replying and was helpful.

No cupboard for storage. The amenities like toiletries, linen were totally inadequate. There were no hooks or shelves in the bathroom. One of the blackout roller blinds was broken and as a result didn't come down all the way. There was no one to show us how to use the stove.

Very dirty, disgusting (see photos), sink almost clogged, bad smell, very noisy, zero attention to detail, no hand soap, no shower gel. Everything was old, dirty and/or broken. One of the worst apartments I've ever stayed. Misleading photos in booking.

Room with a VIEW, and very close to historic center.

Waking up to this view every morning was INSANE. I enjoyed the proximity to the historic center and very short (and scenic) walk to the Otzi museum. It is also very strategically located next to a bus hub in town. Great location for solo traveler or couples.

There was a bit of housekeeping that might have been missed but the proprietor was quick to respond and made sure to stop by the next day to ask if I needed anything. Other than this, the accommodation was really wonderful.

The receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. She speaks English with a heavy accent and could not convey the instructions for check in clearly, which meant we had to make an additional trip to the office to get a clear idea of what we needed to do. She definitely doesn’t have the right temperament for this sort of work.

Great location but needs a finishing touch

The view from the room is stunning, the bed was comfortable, and the location is one bridge away from city centre and perfect for some beautiful walks along the river.

As it is now, it's rather a room than a studio because some useful things are lacking: the lampstand needs a lightbulb, and the addition of a kitchen towel, a toilet brush, a closet and a bigger table would make this the marvelous place it can be. Also the blinds do not keep any streetlight out at night, so thicker curtains might be helpful.

Location. Maybe….

All the rest. The host was very rude. She told us to collect the keys at a bar. The bar was closed for holidays… she then told us the sheets and blanket are underneath the sofa bed. But nothing there. Someone got to come at night to bring the blankets… and she was very rude…. Never again… horrible experience!

Troubles while getting the keys

We had a painful experience with this apartment and their owners. As we were arriving late, the owners left the key between some chairs on the street. When we arrived at the destination, there were no keys. We called to explain the situation, so initially, a girl picked up the phone and she told us she was going to check with their colleagues. No one returned the call aftwards, we were waiting at the street for 40minutes, calling to the responsible several times and she never replied. No news, nothing. So we had to look for another apartment of course. They called us next day threatening us to leave the apartment (where we never accessed to), non sense... After trying to explain the situation, there was no resolution from their side, we were claiming the money back and still no answer... be carefull!

We were three people and we found settled only two beds. I text to the host but she didn't answer. We looked for sheets amd blankets into the apartment and prepare the bed by itself. No hairdryer

La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, dispone di ascensore e dispone di una buona privacy.

Purtroppo durante il giorno dopo ore di treno volevo riposare ma i vicini del piano superiore hanno iniziato a suonare, probabile del conservatorio di Bolzano. La sera invece non ci sono stati rumori fastidiosi. La stanza non era pulita bene, specialmente il pavimento del bagno e la doccia. Il materasso non era questa grande comodità ma per un soggiorno breve non era un problema. Il fastidio è stato usare i cuscini messi disposizione in più senza fodera (l'ho cercata nei respettivi scomparti sotto il letto ma non li ho trovati).

Tappa intermedia per Ortisei.

Struttura in posizione strategica per visitare il centro di Bolzano con due parcheggi pubblici molto vicini così come la fermata del pullman. Cosa abbastanza nuova, con qualche problemino di usura, ma spaziosa.

Porta del bagno rotta, bagno cieco senza finestra, pulizia non eccellente.

Struttura datata, muri pieni di crepe, portafinestra terrazzo rotta, ventola del bagno con rumore assordante, 1 shampoo monouso a persona per 2 giorni.... Il prezzo per la notte e tantissimo in confronto al servizio. Se dovessi tornare a Bolzano di certo non sceglierei più questalloggio.

Pernottamento passabile in una ghiacciaia in posizione top a Dicembre

La posizione è ottima. Molto vicino al centro storico (meno di 5 minuti a piedi).

Mi dispiace dover inviare questa recensione negativa, ma non ha rispettato le attese. La struttura è fredda ed il riscaldamento, basato tutto su un condizionatore (poco funzionale e funzionante) montato sulla porta di ingresso, non riesce ad arrivare in tutto l'appartamento. A parte il tavolo nel soggiorno-cucina, non ci sono piani di appoggio. Il prezzo di 207 euro a notte è troppo alto rispetto alla scarsa qualità dell'appartamento. Le asciugamani in dotazione erano sporche. Nonostante ci sia scritto che il bagno presenta il bidet, non è assolutamente vero. Il piano cottura ad induzione sporco. Non vale la pena soggiornare in questo appartamento. Tuttavia, potrebbe essere consigliabile il pernottamento per una singola notte per persone che si accontentano di poco e non hanno troppe pretese, nel caso in cui non dovessero esserci alternative migliori con lo stesso prezzo che, ripeto, per la qualità offerta, è troppo alto. Dovrebbe costare almeno la metà in alta stagione.

La posizione era ottima, si poteva andare in centro a piedi senza problemi. Ho trovato parcheggio facilmente e le indicazioni del gestore sono state utili.

Da vi ankom efter kl 20 (med børn) kunne vi konkludere at det var lang tid siden at der havde været rengøring af køleskab og fryser. Servicen var også beskidt. Vi måtte derfor i gang med rengøring af disse. Generelt manglende rengøring mange steder. Stor skjold/plamage på den ene madras. Næste morgen da vi skal bruge ovnen kan vi se at den heller ikke har været rengjort i lang tid. Der er meget larm fra trafikken - dette havde vi dog læst os til inden besøget. Manglende info omkring hvor vi skulle gøre ad skraldet - selvom vi spurgte til det kom der ikke svar retur. Generelt mangler der mange ting i lejligheden. Ingen mulighed for kompensation trods billeder tilsendt til udlejeren.

Camere sporchissime: non c’erano lenzuola ma solo copri materassi e anche sporchi con macchie e peli, pareti con muffa, armadio con lenzuola vecchie all’interno, pavimento con polvere e capelli, cuscini inadeguati. Era talmente viscido che abbiamo dormito vestiti. Quando abbiamo espresso disappunto all’host, è praticamente scomparso. Camera e bagno con cattivo odore. Bagno con ventola malfunzionante e rumorosa. C’era macchinetta del caffè senza capsule, ma onestamente mi sembra il meno. Le foto dell’annuncio non rispecchiano la realtà.
