Very cold room, shower without curtain flooding the whole bathroom

Centntrally located for a decent price

It was very cold. There is only an old bathtub. not shower curtain nor any hook to hang the shower. If you shower, be ready to splash a lot the bathroom. I showered only once in a week, then I went to the spa, I can't really live in a flooded bathroom for a week. Towels were never changed for 8 days.

Felt uneasy about the property when we turned up outside. We walked into the apartment and it was filthy. The photos on booking.com do not represent what you walk in to. The bedding was stained, toilet roll was dirty, taps and shower head was rusty, marks all over the wall. We immediately left and booked another hotel.

The cheapest option but you can expect more

-It was the cheapest around -Check-In and Check-Out was easy

-our neighbors had Sex the whole night and you can hear everything through the thin walls -it was way to warm in the room -the bed wasn’t comfortable

Overall it did the job I needed a place to stay before I stayed at youth hostel

I loved how easy it was to access the room it was all done by PIN number! I loved the sleeping in the bed and how clean the bathroom was it was very modern.

I did not like how there was no Wi-Fi. It’s 2023 that’s unacceptable for the price. I also did not like that there was only a fan to cool off. S

You get what you pay for - very central location

Very central. We were afraid to try this hotel as the reviews were quite bad. In the end we were positively surprised, as it was all clean, a comfortable bed and self check in without any problems. The ventilator was not needed as it gets quite cold during the night in the mountains even in summer time and during day time we were not in the room.

It’s true that the walls are very thin, so you can hear a lot.

The staff is impolite and not friendly at all. The room was very small, all towels were very thin and 50x 90 sm , not a hangers or glasses in room. Not comfortable at all. Avoide

Someone got into our room in the middle of night. absolutely unacceptable and I don’t have any reply from the owner to my messages yet. I find this place unsafe.

For me, one night stay was enough

Easy to find. Good instructions on how to enter the building and a separate code for the room assigned to me.

Apparently, the heat is turned off at night so it got cold. It seem to come on automatically in the morning. I awoke around 8 am the next day and found the shower water tepid. It was not hot so it was not a good shower. Maybe many other occupants showered early in the morning so that is the reason for no hot water. Disappointing. I am glad I only needed one night’s stay.

Terrible experience.

I got problems for comunications about the check in and i got a Terrible costumer service, not answer at that moment for callings, or helps in any way and no compensations afther the stay. If you are reading to see if you will make a reservation, don't do it the place is not worth the money.

Really good locations and privacy

Location is really good. Its pretty easy to go in with the instructions given by whatsapp. For the price its really ok.

There is no reception in this building you have to go to another location but you talk by whatsapp, beside that, I had a silly problem (no tv remote) but noone solve it (they told me to use manually, with the buttoms, but it had none). I had some towels on the room 2 of 4 had stains on them.

Nice, very convenient location and affordable, but they need to do adjustments regarding customer attention

It has a lot of space, with a confortable twin bed and its own private room. The system to get into the building and to the room is very convenient too. It is also very close to the center of the city and to the bus station, quite good!

At the beginning, comunication through WhatsApp was convenient and working quite well. But unfortunatelly, I started having problems with availability of hot water in the shower and the person that was answering kept on lying saying that it had been checked and working, but it wasn’t true. It was a long stay and I did not have hot water for three days, even though they kept saying it was fixed. It was bad, I actually caught a cold those days. I went to the offices of the provider to ask for a solution and the lady there got mad because I insisted on getting the problem solved :( She said she was too streassed. It is a shame! They have everything to be a really good option. Another thing, they only have shampoo, not as announced, and towels need to be bigger and more absorbent.

Ok for one night

The room was big and the location was great.

The room is a converted shop so it was next to the street and was steaming hot with no AC. We had to sleep with the windows open and didn't feel very safe. The power pockets didn't work, so we had to charge our phones in the tv socket. Shower has no base so it is impossible not to wet the whole bathroom. The lamps didn't work.

nightmare, very confuse door open. small clausofobic room, when you open the window is a place that people could access your room so we closed.A not working fan, terrible bed, dirty toilet, We both got allergies in that bed. do not recomend!

Small, simple place, not clean

Location is good, easy check in and check out. Very basic room, bed was comfortable.

Room much smaller than in photo. Furniture was very worn out, entire place felt a bit run down. Ok for a short night, bit wouldn't like to stay longer. Window looked broken too and only entire window could open, next to a flat roof, easy to break in. The place is also DIRTY. There is someone cleaning, toilet and sink were clean, but dust, hair, stains, mould everywhere. For the price, way too expensive. Water for shower was not really hot.

Good

The staff was very friendly, they replied quickly on Whatsapp. When the garage was too narrow for our car (it's 1.95m wide), they did not charge us the money for the parking. Everything from checking in to checking out was very easygoing. It's good value for the money.

We had to find a public parking lot because we couldn't fit the car in the parking lot (it's a big one, though, 5.3x2x1.95m, lenghtxheightxwidth). Also, the TV did not work in our room, which was not a huge problem for us, though. There was no soap in the bathroom for washing the hands.

Bad

It was so hot you couldn't breath. We will not recommend or stay there again. When I asked receptionist for help she basically hung up bcs dont have time for guests. Small fan but it did nothing to help with cooling room and only 1 window so no circulation. Thin small towels and a few packs of shampoo. Really stay somewhere else

Will never recommend or stay again, room was sweltering hot and no circulation. Not good value and receptionist doesn't care about you. Buyer beware.
