Fabulous apartment and would highly recommend.

Lovely, very comfortable, clean and warm apartment, which had everything you need for a short stay. Excellent location- near railway station, buses and centre of town. Very good communication with the host. Thank you for the Bolzano Card - terrific for catching public transport and cable cars. Pity the archeological museum had changed its policy on accepting it, but still worth a visit.

The Loft was in a really good location, handy to everything. The Loft was well equipped with most thing you need. The shower and bathroom really good.

We had problems with the door lock. It seemed you needed to turn it lots of times to get it to open. Slight smell of smoke in bed linens and towels which was not so good. Also we found it hard to find the air conditioner remote.

Il comfort, la posizione (vicinissimo a stazione, mercatini e centro storico) e il self check-in molto smart!

L'assenza di un ascensore e di un buono colazione (con quel rate ci poteva stare); il dover lasciare la tassa soggiorno sul tavolo in soldi contati (erano 10,20 €, fortunatamente avevamo una banconota da 10 disponibile, non è scontato).

Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Waltherplatz/Zentrum ist sehr gut. Bad ist neu und praktisch.

Im Gegensatz zur Beschreibung hat dieses Loft leider nur einen Raum und nicht 1 Wohnzimmer und 1 Schlafzimmer. Hätten wir das vorher geswusst, hätten wir diese Location nicht gewählt. Das ist sehr schade gewesen und irreführend! Handtücher riechen sehr stark (Waschmittel) und müffeln nach einem Tag. Wenig Platz in dem einem Raum durch die beiden Betten.

Centraal gelegen appartement/studio in Bozen

Het appartement ligt super centraal en was heel schoon. Het zit op de derde verdieping en heeft een prachtige badkamer, fijne bedden en airco. Het is eigenlijk één ruimte, dus meer een studio met een tweepersoonsbed en een slaapbank. Met twee tieners was het wat krap, maar voor één nachtje prima te doen.

Toen we aankwamen rond 1600 uur werd er nog schoongemaakt en konden we er nog niet in terwijl check-in tijd 1430 was.

El apartamento es pequeño pero está muy bien decorado, cuidado y limpio.

La ubicación, si vas en coche como era nuestro caso ya que no hay parque gratuito. La cocina es un poco pequeña.

Boa localização

A localização é excelente, fica na ZTL, então tem fácil acesso ao centro histórico, bares e restaurantes. O loft é reformado, a cozinha é bem básica em termos de utensílios.

Apesar de constar na descrição que era no terceiro andar e não possuía elevador, foi sofrido subir com as malas. O estacionamento próximo é bem movimentado e caro.

In una bella e viva zona del centro, vicinissimo al museo di Otzi ma tranquillo. Bagno nuovo con ampia doccia e grande soffione, con ottima aspirazione che sopperisce al fatto che sia cieco. Alessandra è gentile e fornisce istruzioni e consigli.
