Location

Finding the apartment inside the building was confusing, we were told it was on the second floor whilst in reality i it was on the first. A permanent resident finally showed us where it was. The laundry room was locked and we has to get the manager to unlock it. The fliers and the dining table hadn’t been cleaned

Comfortable and stylish apartment in the old centre of Bolzano

Great central location. Spacious apartment with lots of room for just the two of us. Good kitchen with a street market and supermarket nearby.

Would have been good to have kitchen basics- oil, sugar, salt, pepper, tea, coffee etc. Access was by stairs plus a lift.

Nice, but not worth the price

Very clean and conveniently located in the old town near the station and shops, bakeries and restaurants.

Not worth the price you pay. Some of the lights were not working and we were told an electrician would come the next morning but he came 2 days later. We then had a power cut that same evening and the following day when we came back late in the evening we could see signs that someone had accessed the apartment again without notifying us, there were cables on the floor and things in the kitchen were moved, that didn't sit well with us. The apartment isn't well equipped for example the hand-wash bottle was actually empty and the shampoo and body wash was almost empty. The kitchen was minimally equipped with a few pots, plates and cutlery only so but nothing else like salt or oil. There is also no living area as the sofa was made into a bed so no where else to sit except at the dining table. No check out instructions were given, and when I messaged to ask, no one replied.

Very good!

Very well located in the City centre but close to a parking garage. The apartment is good size, the kitchen is well equipped and all very clean.

You can hear the noise from the street even when the windows are closed so good ear plugs for the weekend stay is a good idea. No A/C so it's pretty warm in the summer..

Terrible communication issues with the property

The apartment is big, well-located, and well-equipped.

We experienced several issues during our stay in this flat. First, the crib we had requested didn't arrive until 9:30 pm. Our daughter sleeps at 7:00! A second problem is that the window in the room was broken and we could not close it properly. It was a very dangerous situation. Due to the open window, we had trouble sleeping at night because we could hear the noise from the neighborhood, and the room was too bright since there were no blinds. The third big issue is the lack of communication. Since we arrived, we asked for a receipt. So far, we haven't received one. Without this, we cannot get a reimbursement for our work. We have requested it twice in person and multiple times via email, and so far, nothing. This is the biggest reason for my low rating, in the hope that the property will finally reply. The rating can be changed.

It was clean and had everything we needed for a long weekend stay.

I obviously liked the location and everything else was just fine.

Everything was fine, but I was a little bit surprised and amused with the difference between expectation set by the images and the reality we experienced on arrival. The second floor flat we stayed in had everything we needed, but it lacked a lot of the cosiness that presented in the photos of the stay. I attached the photo of the living room to illustrate what I mean.

Excellent location, super modern, attentive hosts

We loved the location right in the middle of downtown Bozen. Though the checkin location is different than the apartment, it isn't far away but still not the easiest hauling luggage around cobble-stoned Bozen but we were prepared.

It will be nicer when the building elevator is fixed which is not the property manager's fault but the unit is on the 4th floor.

Very clean, lots of space.

The communication with the property was terrible. They were not responsive when I needed a later check in, the apartment was so difficult to find and the check out process was awful. The apartment was nice but the customer service was horrible.

Great apartment close to the museum and train station.

The location was excellent, and the host that met us to hand over the keys was exceptionally nice and helpful. The apartment was a short walk to the train station and museum. The entire apartment was very spacious, upscale, and the bathroom was beautiful.

The kitchen was huge, so we decided to cook a meal, but you couldn't use the oven and stovetop at the same time without tripping the breaker. The host quickly helped us reset it, but a small sign in the kitchen would be helpful.

Great location and comfortable but not without problems.

The location, size, and basics were all great. The bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure.

The elevator was broken so climbing four flights of stairs with luggage was difficult. There were also ants in the bedroom and bathroom. The property was responsive and immediately addressed it, but ants were a regular issue. There was no clear instructions about when the apartment would be cleaned and linens cleaned. There were no instructions about trash or recycling. Cleaning supplies were not available especially problematic for using the kitchen and cooking meals.

Beautiful, cozy apartment in the heart of Bolzano

Very spacious, cozy and bright apartment, literally in the heart of Bolzano. About 10min walk from the train station. I would definitely come back.

Just couple of things that could be improved. We were 3 people staying for 2 nights and only 2 capsules for coffee were provided. A bin in the bathroom would be convenient. Also the communication before the stay was a bit difficult. Otherwise everything was perfect

Outstanding service and wonderful apartment!

We loved our stay in this apartment. We're very grateful to the manager Alex who was exceptionally helpful and attentive. The apartment is fantastic and the location is dreamy.

If you arrive by car be prepared to pay a lot for the parking garage suggested (even with the 50% discount you automatically get) or to spend a lot of time looking for one of the city's few paid public parking spots. The fan in the bathroom automatically turns on when you turn the light on which is a bit annoying as it's loud. FYI: There is a washing machine in the apartment but the room it's in is kept locked. But you just have to ask and someone will come and unlock it.

The bathroom wasn't properly clean, the shower drain was clogged. Plus during my stay, i contacted the structure for use the washing machine (included in the description) since it was inside the only room of the apt that was locked, but sadly I didn't get a single reply.

Very cozy apartment, large kitchen well equipped, very nice bedroom, living room. Very warm in winter time, all furniture is new. Location is in city center. High recommendation for a families with children and solo travelers.

Sono arrivato al famoso hotel alle tre del pomeriggio. Non avevo ancora iniziato a pulire. Il personale ha detto di dargli dieci minuti. Abbiamo aspettato alla porta per mezz'ora. Dopo la pulizia, c'erano ancora dei capelli sul letto. Anche il tavolino del soggiorno era sporco. Anche la luce in cucina era rotta. Durante la cucina era molto buio. Anche il divano sporgeva. Non riuscivo a stare fermo. Anche la sedia da pranzo e il tavolo ondeggiavano. Al momento del check-in, il personale ha detto che c'era un ascensore quando sono tornato a casa. Di conseguenza, anche l'ascensore era rotto. Il giorno in cui siamo arrivati, il personale ha detto che l'ospite precedente era appena partito per dieci minuti, cioè verso le tre. Il giorno in cui siamo partiti, non l'abbiamo sentita. Ha cercato di entrare direttamente. Fortunatamente, avevamo la chiave dentro, ma non poteva entrare. Questo rende le persone molto senza privacy e sicurezza

Die Unterkunft ist direkt in der Innenstadt gelegen. Besser geht’s nicht. Das Bett war sehr groß und die Ausstattung hatte alles was man brauchte.
