Los que arriendan son amables y responden rápido. Estaba limpio. Bolzano es un lugar hermoso y muy pequeño por lo tanto todo es relativamente cerca.
ES EN UN 4 PISO Y SIN ASCENSOR. Es un edificio viejo de apartamentos y CERO funcional para viajeros. No es posible subir 4 pisos con el equipaje, en mi caso iba con mi hija y tuve que dejar mi equipaje en una caja plástica que ellos tienen en el primer piso para guardar maletas, cada vez que necesitaba algo debía ir hasta el Primer piso a sacarlas y los dueños casi no me permiten dejarlas ahí porque según ellos todos los huéspedes las suben los 90 escalones. Tuvimos que decidir salir desde la mañana y estar todo el día en calle porque era imposible volver y subir todos esos pisos para cualquier necesidad. Y finalmente es un apartamento pequeño una sola cama semidoble para 2 personas, muy pequeña y las almohadas muy planas. No lo recomiendo para viajeros y aunque Bolzano es pequeño este lugar siendo así no es central está a más de 5 minutos de donde empiezan los lugares de interés y a 16 minutos de la estación del tren. Es muy costoso para lo que es.
