Lovely stay, everything as should be.

The apartment was perfect for our stay. Had all the essentials, it was clean and in a good location. 5 minutes walk from the start of the shopping area leading to the centre. The owner was very helpful and gave detailed instructions for everything.

Was not a problem for us but it should be noted that the apartment is on the fourth floor with no lift. It didn’t affect our stay.

A comfortable place to come back to after a long day

A very cute apartment with everything one needs. The owners were very helpful when we had a little trouble finding the place and when we couldn’t close the window. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well.

If you have a big suitcase, you might find it hard to climb the stairs. We only had a backpack and we took it as a good exercise 😉

Too many stairs for large luggage (eight flights up), but we managed! Not a deterrent, though. Could not find the soap for the laundry machine (but perhaps we missed locating it).

Clean and well appointed apartment

The apartment was very well appointed, spacious and was very clean. We enjoyed having a lot of space and some basic cooking items such as olive oil and salt for our self-catering. The supermarket was conveniently located.

The apartment was very noisy each night with loud cars speeding around the road outside for several hours after dark. It made sleep a little difficult.

No microwave, no hot water kettle. Not negative, but noteworthy: it‘s 4 floors up, 89 steps, without an elevator. It’s clear from the description and reviews, but worth bearing in mind.

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Bolzano. It was nice and spacious and very clean. The apartment had everything we needed and communication for check in and check out was fantastic. The location was only a 10 minute walk to the train station and just steps away from restaurants and shops. The provided washing machine was a huge plus for us as we were travelling for several weeks.

Tranquil eyrie on Bolzano's eastern edge.

Lovely place to rest up in and look out into the mountains over the cityscape. Access into the streets at the NW corner of town & the more direct connectivity they have with the hills & local culture, but also the central & east side of the city through attractive thoroughfare.

I found myself yearning for a balcony or a sofa to enhance the experience even more. The 5 storey no-lift entry was a challenge but good exercise.

Great location. Comfortable and clean.

The apartment was In a lovely area close to the river. It was very clean and had most everything that one would need except for a few minor items that I shared with the host. Hannah was exceptional with her responses and her help. You can see the mountains from the window which is very nice. It is perfect for a pied a terre for anyone wanting to explore the beautiful town of Bolzano. There is a great museum right next door and a scenic path along the river right out the back.

One should know that this is on the fourth floor and until now there was no air-conditioning or fan.

Buonissima posizione, vicina al centro. Casa accogliente

In alcuni momenti della giornata, alcuni ambienti, tra cui il bagno, erano un po freddi, il che rendeva un pò più difficile spogliarsi e rinfrescarsi prima di vestirsi. Inoltre, consiglio di non portare valigioni troppo pesanti, perché l’appartamento si trova al quarto piano di un palazzo senza ascensore!

Ottima posizione a pochissimi passi dal centro storico e adiacente al parco della città.L'appartamento è ben diviso ed ha una lavastoviglie,comoda se si decide di cucinare. La vista dalle finestre è molto bella e si vedono le Dolomiti.

Excelente ubicación, anfitriones y servicios.

Ubicación perfecta en la zona centro de Bozen, apartamento muy cuidado y en buen estado. La cama y el sofá cama muy cómodos, wifi de buena velocidad. Las ventanas aíslan bastante bien del ruido del tráfico. Hay esenciales en la cocina como aceite, sal, pimienta, azúcar, café soluble,... Muy buena comunicación con los anfitriones, nos enviaron una guía muy completa de la ciudad, nos dieron instrucciones por WhatsApp y resolvieron nuestras dudas en todo momento, ¡muchas gracias por todo Hanna!

Las cortinas de la habitación principal son bastante finas y al amanecer a las 5h de la mañana entra muchísima luz. Estaría bien poner unas cortinas gruesas de fondo como hay en el comedor para atenuar la luz. La vajilla de la cocina está bien, pero la única sartén y las ollas no tanto, están muy viejas y usadas, sería conveniente actualizarlas.
