Pretty good considering other options, but not the greatest

Easy self check-in, love that! Location was very good, close to center but on a pretty quiet street at night. Staff responded in time through WhatsApp, apartment pretty ok but lacks some stuff.

Apartment needs drapes that you can see through during day time, has only the ones that make complete darkness so you need artificial light during day time unless you want everyone in the building in front to see you. Internet wasn't working but after talking to them and doing a reset it did, we found the door opened one day though they said nobody was there, nothing was taken but that was odd, we definitely locked it and they have cameras they can check, was probably the maid but we didn't have daily cleaning. The room could use more cleaning after each customer, the table was filthy, someone ate some oily fish on it and we had to wash it... We lacked some of those recycling bags and never got proper ones also they didn't say exactly where you can take your plastic and paper trash with and dump it into recycling bins, we had to look ourselves on the streets, a little map wouldn't hurt. Otherwise no complaints other that apartments in this area are way too expensive, in other countries you can get a 4 stars hotel with a pool and free breakfast for far less... A kitchen towel could be useful too and good nightstands, and the black mold in the bathroom needs a good anti mold spray. Apartment seems pretty newly renovated but other guests weren't so careful with it walls.

Ideal location for visiting Bolzano.

Everything was great. The only thing missing was I would have liked a few teabags on arrival as it was late and I forgot to bring any. Fabulous location, lovely little balcony, it was 40 degrees outside but the aircon was fine. Highly recommended.

It was good, good location computable apartment

Very close to the old city but still quiet There is an option for parking for extra money. It is not too simple to enter (3 different keys) but it save a lot of time and money if you want your car close

Perfect location, comfortable bed, nice shower, practical kitchen

they say within 12 hours you have to report any damages, otherwise you are responsible. Am I supposed to test all the machines? thats not my job ... also there was no soap for hand washing the dishes and no towel. we had to use the dishwasher for 5 cups. also no salt, tea, coffee (better bring some, if you want to cook).

Disappointing

I think there are much better options arround the town.

I cannot recommend neither the host nor the apartment. We had quite some issues with the communication and were totally unhappy with the accomodation for this price. So if you have another option to choose from I would consider it instead. Also I do not understand that booking allows the guests to be financially responsible for the apartment conditions if the damage is not found in the first 8 hours. So imagine you have arrived late in the night after a long trip and what you do first is have to check everything or otherwise you will be responsible for any unreported damage.

Enjoyable!

Great location! Beds were comfortable and the room was clean, we had a bit of a problem with the A/C, not working properly and the bathroom door was not closing all the way. A good option for a couple of days.

Beside the A/C and the bathroom door problem the rest was excellent. It was equipped with a coffee maker and a tea pot but not coffee or tea available. Personally I didn’t care as they are numerous cafes around the block, but maybe someone will appreciate the gesture.

Excellent location. although hard to get there by car if you don't know the city. Driving and parking instructions would have been very useful. The room is small but enough for a few days. The bathroom is a nice surprise. The apartment is really close to most sites of interest in Bolzano and has beautiful park really close.

The booking instructions are not clear, I thought I was booking the diamant apartement, not the orange, this could have been a problem. This problem should be solved because many other guest had the same problem. The kitchen is ok but i really missed having at least a cloth...

Small but modern, clean, comfortable in great, central location.

Very friendly, efficient and helpful management agency. Small apartment (more like a large room with the sleeping area separated by a wardrobe) but modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. Perfect for a couple with or without young children. Walking distance (2 minutes) to the pedestrian area of the city centre. Kitchenette equipped to prepare and eat meals if required, Clean modern bathroom with large shower.

The WI-Fi did not work (i did not contact anyone about it though). It would have been nice to find at least some cooking oil, salt and sugar in the kitchen and shampoo + shower gel in the bathroom.

comoda mancavano alcune cose

bellissima posizione, comodissima per tutto. letto molto comodo, coperte pesanti utili perché fuori faceva freddissimo. molto belli i due balconi. bella doccia comoda larga

vengono forniti tanti plus come la lavatrice senza però la possibilità di usarla perché non c’erano le pastiglie per pulire, nessuno straccio per asciugare i piatti. a me non piace lasciare la casa in disordine o sporca quindi magari una scopa li avrebbe fatto comodo. non c’erano i sacchetti per l’organico e quando li ho chiesto mi hanno dato dei sacchetti di plastica… io non ho problemi ad utilizzarli ma nelle regole c’era scritto di usare quelli carta per cui non sapevo se poterli usare o no. la stanza rimane comunque abbastanza fredda nonostante l’aria condizionata accesa a 30 gradi, penso per colpa delle finestrone.

Wandhaken für Jacken, Mantel oder Tasche wären praktisch, Nachtkästchen mit Schublade fehlen, Geschirrkorb für nasses Geschirr und Küchentuch mit Lappen wären auch gut.

Das Haus war sehr hellhörig, das Fitnessstudio im EG nebenan war auch die ganze Zeit zu hören. Außerdem konnten wir erst ca 45min verspätet ins Appartement und mussten mit den Koffern vor der Tür warten.

Sarebbe stato utile avere più stoviglie. Mancavano i coperchi delle pentole, lo scolapasta, le presine per le pentole. Una pentola antiaderente. Un canovaccio.
