Fabulous location with plenty of space, but with some room for improvement

- Great central location - Large space, comfortable beds

- The two bed two bath apartment is advertised as a two bath which it is not. It is a one bath (shower) with one separate HALF bath (toilet and sink only) - The only TV in the apartment is a very old non-Smart TV in the living room (no Netflix, Amazon Prime or anything) which is borderline unacceptable in 2025

It was very disappointing and definitely not value for money

The location is very central to the city. And is available upon a fee, with relatively easy access.

Apartment number 12 had a very small shower, which had broken doors - which made showering very uncomfortable. No shelving within shower for soaps and accessories. No toilet paper holder. Very basic. No wardrobes or shelving available to store clothes in. Sofa bed was broken. No dish washing soap available at kitchen sink so you would buy it yourself. One AC was not working and the ACs were very dirty and not maintained well.

Adorable, large apartment in a great area!!

Apartment is very large and clean! The location is fabulous and in such a cute area. The staff that helped us check in went above and beyond….our train got in later than expected and they stayed later to meet us. They were so friendly and accommodating.

A hair drier would have been very welcome as would an iron and ironing board as we travelled by motorbike.

Apartment was good, don’t regret booking it but wouldn’t book it again.

The property is fancy and in a great location! The size of all the rooms is big, bigger than you need to be honest. Bathroom was clean and the shower had great water pressure.

There were a few things rough around the edges. For example the freezer draw door was broken which was a pain every time you opened the fridge/freezer, also the furniture did have a number of marks on it. There isn’t much room between the toilet and washing machine in the second bathroom. Additionally I messaged to get the bins empty and got no reply, next day I asked in person and was told it would be done that day by house keeping, still wasn’t done that day. Asked again third time and was told he would do it now and when we came back a few hours later they were still full. I gave up and messaged to say I left them in the hall outside the apartment. (Showing a bad image of the place). I was out a hour later and they were gone.

Happy to stay here again.

The room was comfortable and was large en9ough to relax. The bathroom was good and the shower was excellent. The location is very good with it close to the train station and the most interesting sights. The host was very interested in making sure we enjoyed both the room and Bolzano (which is easy to do!).

The room could use a hot water pot and a trash can other than a tiny one in the bathroom. Minor stuff.

Stay ruined by bleach

The room is big and the apartment quite comfortable. The location is great.

The cleaning person left bleach in the bathroom (in the toilet brush) and this cause stains in 3 pieces of clothes from my family. I have contacted the property repeatedly and asked for compensation. They initially said they would pay, but then ghosted me.

A great stay in a lovely flat in the centre of Bozen

We had a great 2 night stay in this lovely flat in the centre of Bozen. We were in Flat 3 on the 1st floor of the Luna Mondschein building. Parking is expensive but there is a 50% discount for guests which does help a bit, parking in Bozen is expensive anyway. The reception is at Bindergasse 25 directly inside the arched doorway and is open from 14.30. As this is all a pedestrian area it's easiest to park in the Mondschein garage and then collect the keys. Alex at reception was really helpful. The flat is huge and well equipped, there was everything there we needed. The kitchen has a kettle and a Nespresso machine, there was enough crockery/glasses etc for 4 people. Washing-up liquid, cloths and tea towel were under the sink along with dishwasher tablets. The bathrooms both had soap/showergel dispensers and plenty of towels. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, a cafe directly opposite and a lovely artisan bakery across the road too. There is a Despar supermarket about 30m away.

The freezer door in the fridge is missing so the freezer is completely iced up!

Perfect Stay

The property was very conveniently located in the city center within walking distance of the shopping strip, supermarket and cafés. Underground parking is available at a 50% discount. You will receive the parking voucher upon check in. The room was very big and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.
