Lovely apartment, modern and spacious.
Lots of space, great furniture, warm and comfortable.
Kitchenette available (though I did not use it), wide bathroom, large and firm bed, very quiet.
The building is in the historical center, smack in the middle of the city.
Beautiful hallways, full of stuccos and frescos.
Absolutely recommended.
The only thing I would say is that the duvet are "nordic style", where they are barely big enough to cover the mattress.
This means that the sheets/duvet cover are real small, and you right ending up with your feet out while tossing and turning.
Also, there are two individual duvet for a king size bed, which I find weird; you're with your partner and you sleep under separate duvets? Might be a cultural thing, no big deal.

- The two bed two bath apartment is advertised as a two bath which it is not. It is a one bath (shower) with one separate HALF bath (toilet and sink only)
- The only TV in the apartment is a very old non-Smart TV in the living room (no Netflix, Amazon Prime or anything) which is borderline unacceptable in 2025

Beautiful apartment in a great location within the old town of Bolzano. Easy access to train, restaurants, shops and surrounding wineries.

The location is very central to the city. And is available upon a fee, with relatively easy access.
Apartment number 12 had a very small shower, which had broken doors - which made showering very uncomfortable. No shelving within shower for soaps and accessories. No toilet paper holder. Very basic. No wardrobes or shelving available to store clothes in. Sofa bed was broken. No dish washing soap available at kitchen sink so you would buy it yourself. One AC was not working and the ACs were very dirty and not maintained well.
