Never again.

Parking at the Building.

We had to wait 20 minutes for the host, even though we had arranged our arrival time in advance. She wanted to charge us 5 euros more in tax upon arrival. There is some kind of penetrating smell in the whole apartment, which they are trying to suppress with air freshener. The apartment is unpretentious, the bathroom is moldy, the bed creaks, the blinds don't work, the fan is a bad joke.

Nice lodging in Bolzano

Although the apartment was quite comfy, we missed a piece of furniture such a sofa in order to get relaxed. It was pretty clean and Olga, the lessor was very nice and solvent to us since we had a small kitchen issue, so that was fantastic. In addition, the place was super well located and there were many stores to buy some supplies.

Nice views, lacks personal touch

Modern building in a residential Gries area. The renovated spacious apartment is on the top floor and boasts great views from a huge balcony. Free parking next to the building

The apartment looks quite cold and impersonal. With 30 degrees outside we really missed an aircon, No bidet or similar hygienic solution. No microwave.

Decent and quiet option close to Bolzano!

Very good location. Great for a short stay. The building is a bit old and not so bright, but if someone needs it for a proper accomodation close to the city , then this option will be super 😊 Great communication with the host as well

Very spacious appartment in a quiet location with an excellent view on the mountains. the city is 20 min walk away. It is a plus that the car can be parked safe.

It was quite hot the moment we were there (35 degrees). Fans were placed but we could have used some airco :-)

Die Unterkunft ist enttäuschend!

In der Dusche ist Schimmel in den Ecken und das Wasser läuft nicht ab. Im Schlafzimmer hängen die Tapeten teilweise von der Wand. Die Schranke der Zufahrt liess sich nicht mit dem zugehörigen Schlüssel öffnen. Der Gast wird aufgefordert, den Müll selber wegzubringen.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in Bozen!

Das Apartment war sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin war sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar. Toll, dass man vor Ort kostenlos parken kann.

Noch ein zusätzliches scharfes Schneidemesser in der Küche wäre toll.

comodità come il parcheggio sotto casa e l'ascensore per portar su i bagagli(5' piano), ambienti abbastanza spaziosi

assenza zanzariere nelle finestre di tutte le stanze(sono entrati zanzare, mosche e un calabrone), cucina non molto efficiente(fornelli a conduzione, poche posate, poche stoviglie...).

La qualité du linge de bain et l’accueil par Olga. La place de parking.

Équipement de cuisine insuffisant. L’impression de faire du camping avec une plaque de cuisson de secours. Parois de douche moisies sur le bas, lunette de toilette instable… Mur de la chambre avec papier cloqué et plâtre s’effritant. Lit qui grince car pied central cassé. Volet coincé. Absence de canapé ou fauteuils pour se relaxer .

Der fantastische Blick auf die Berge! Vermieterin war jederzeit erreichbar. Kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Tür!

Glücksgriff

Ein echter Glücksgriff! Die Wohnung ist wie auf den Bildern, große Schlafzimmer, super ausgestattet (Wäscheständer, Waschmaschine, Besteck, Töpfe und Co., Föhn), alles sauber und ein riesen Balkon. Unser Host Olga war super zuvorkommend, wir konnten früher ins Apartment und hatten einen absolut unkomplizierten Austausch. Die Lage ist toll. Direkt an der Straße fährt der Bus in die Stadt, zu Fuß spaziert man etwa eine halbe Stunde, Parkplätze gibt's kostenlos vor der Türe, es gibt einen Bäcker in laufweite und richtig gute Pizzerien (auch zum Abholen, war mit kleinen Kindern sehr praktisch!).

Die Wände sind super dünn und da es gerade richtig heiß war, war auch die Wohnung extrem warm. Ventilatoren stehen bereit, die Jalousien sind super und es gibt auch ordentliche Vorhänge. Morgens lüften und dann alles dunkel machen hat geholfen aber eben auch nur mäßig. Für die paar Nächte war's aber voll okay!

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt gut geeignet.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich von der Betreuerin der Wohnung empfangen. Sie erklärte uns alles Wichtige und war auch pünktlich zum Auschecken wieder vor Ort. Eine so nette Dame haben wir noch nie zuvor bei FeWos erlebt. Die Aussicht auf die Berge und die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut.

Leider sehr ungemütlich und abgewohnt.t. Die Küchenausstattung ist schlecht.

Abbastanza centrale ben collegato con i mezzi pubblici e comodo il parcheggio. Appartamento in zona silenziosa, letti comodi, cucina attrezzata, ci ha fatto piacere trovare caffè, biscotti e marmellate per la colazione. Un sacco di spazio per riporre le proprie cose.
