Clean, lots of facilities, comfortable & convenient; a real pleasure to stay.

Max is very friendly and helpful. The location is literally walking distance to the airport. Free parking onsite was great. The kitchen had everything we needed including a dishwasher and it was very convenient to be able to use the washing machine. The free bus ticket into town was also a big help just for the convenience of it.

We had the entire apartment to ourselves so although it was shared facilities we did not have to share with anyone. All good 👍

Max was very thoughtful and helped us prepare the GuestPass in advance. The check-in process was smooth, and he also prepared some Loacker Tortina snacks for us. The accommodation was very warm with good heating. During our stay, I unfortunately twisted my ankle, and Max kindly helped me apply medicine to it. I’m truly very grateful. It’s a very cozy and welcoming place. If I come to Bolzano again, I would definitely choose to stay here.

Everything was great: a convenient location from the Flixbus arrival point, and despite its arrival and an additional delay, the host was very friendly and checked us in after 10 PM. Everything in the apartment was clean, it had everything necessary, it was comfortable and cozy. The check-in instructions were clear, and what was especially pleasant was the price – it was a very nice surprise.

Lovely stay, house is clean, room is enough for two with nice balcony. Max is really a nice host he’s responsive helped with all our inquiries and he gave us a guest pass that was really helpful in our trip(museum, cable car , trains and buses are all included) we found also little loacker wafer box in the room (cute gesture we appreciate it)

Casa Di Max was fantastic! Check-in was smooth and communications was too. The host, Max, is a super friendly guy who made our stay in Bolzano even better by giving us free transport passes in Bolzano and a chocolate to welcome us. He even let us check in early! The location is great as well being only 15 minutes away from the old town and the train station. I highly recommend Casa Di Max for anyone staying in Bolzano 👌🏼

Max is awesome

Perfectly clean and well provisioned room in a shared apartment. Host made it excellent though - picked me up from the train station, provided use of the washing machine and even let me store gear while hiking after checkout! Max is an absolute legend.

Max was a great host. He was able to communicate in English. He spent time assisting me with where I should visit. It was on a bus route which operated frequently and there is a supermarket 200 metres from the apartment.

Large room with good facilities. The property was close to public transport. Max was friendly and let us use the washing machine. The host kindly offered to pick us up and drop us off to the train station on check in and check out.

Slightly limited ventilation in the apartment but the room had a powerful fan so this wasn’t a major issue.

Nice tidy apartment very close to the airport. Great for one night stay to pick up the hire car. Away from the main part of town but easily accessed by taxi / bus.

The house is spacious. I like the homy feeling. Also Max was very helpful and resourceful. Though the location is one way from City Center, so kind that Max ready for me a pass free of charge for bus and museum and cable car to the peak of the mountain while my stay. The last but not least, Max picked me up at the bus station upon my arrival. That is really thoughtful. You know it is always stressful upon arrival at one new city. Thanks Max.

Gostamos de tudo! Max foi muito atencioso e prestativo desde o início, ele nos buscou na estação de ônibus, nos ajudou a olhar o transporte certo para o nosso próximo destino e nos deu o bilhete para o ônibus local. Conseguimos ir para o nosso próximo destino, que eram as Dolomitas, com esse bilhete. O quarto também foi perfeito: limpo, organizado e cheiroso. Os outros cômodos do apartamento também são muito bons e conseguimos até usar a máquina de lavar roupas e a secadora de roupas. Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas foi excelente!
