I had really pleasant days and so much grateful for the welcoming host.

The view of the property is really beautiful and it is located in the city center, close to the Train station. The host is super nice, we came from flixbus which the bus station is really far away from the city center, the host offered to take us a ride to the property.

The hotel is also ideally located, close to many attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

Absolutely liked everything about this hotel. From the nice staff (Enrico) to cozy rooms with stunning views, everything exceeded my expectations.

Not air conditioning in hot summer. A lot of mosquitos because we should leave the window open

Very friendly host. Fine location.

It was very dirty. Especially the kitchen area was disgusting. A dirty carpet was on the floor, hiding missing planks of the floor. Old, dirty cloth and sponge for cleaning. Not cool to have to clean the room yourself when paying that amount of money. The double-blanket is too small to be comfortable, and the beds are not good (also with a gap in the middle, which makes it harder to lie close together to share the blanket).

we really enjoyed our stay here. Lydia picked us up from the train station which was so nice of her. our favourite part was probably the little terraces and the gorgeous view! we spent most nights out there watching the sunset.

This is a great apartment that is comfortable and has a convenient location!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were met at the train station by Lidia who gave us a ride and spent time with us giving advice about what Bolzano has to offer. We appreciated the personal touch that Lidia gave us. . The location was perfect. It was within easy walking distance of the train station, old town city center, restaurants and the cable car. For a comfortable stay in a great location, I highly recommend this apartment!

It was great.

Our stay was great. The apartment has everything that you need for a city trip and was very clean and well equipped. Enrico met us downstairs and showed us everything. He even left us an umbrella when he saw that we didnt bring one :) Location is great - very close to everything. Parking was available behind the house for 10€

Monolocale davvero carino e nuovo nel cuore di Bolzano, davvero luminoso, con vista sul campanile. Il mio soggiorno è stato perfetto.

Localização excelente. Assistente do proprietário, Gabriele nota 10. Mas o apartamento não tem nem ventilador, ar condicionado. E o chuveiro esquenta quando quer. Existe um problema na energia elétrica do apartamento, liguei duas bocas do Cooktop , no máximo, e ao mesmo tempo, advinha?..caiu a luz. Gabriele foi um diferencial nessa acomodação.

Instalações. Banho gelado. Falta de ventilador. Limpeza.
