Отличное местоположение. От центра всего несколько шагов, от вокзала 3 минуты пешком. Рядом есть платная подземная стоянка, магазин и бары. Из минусов - если летом будете о крывать окна, внизу по дороге ездят мото и это очень шумно..
Слишком близко к дороге, шум авто и мото мешают отдыху, но только если окна открыты.
Нет кондиционера, но есть вентилятор

L’appartamento è situato proprio a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro, la sala e il bagno erano davvero puliti con le lenzuola e asciugamani che profumavano. La struttura dispone anche dell’ascensore. Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile.
La cucina non era pulitissima, non ha un forno o un microonde, e si trova in una zona con persone non italiane quindi per due ragazze è un po ansioso.

The flat is spacious in a nice condo not far from the center and station. Nice view from the window. There was a hair fan and a ventilator, no AC but for me it was good. Kitchen is great for cooking, plates and utensils were there. There is also wifi.
The staff met me during check in, all the communication was through WhatsApp. Everything was convenient.
