Struggled to set the heating to lower temperature, instructions on the manual would be nice. The many Velux were very useful and modern.

The location is good, walkable from city center. The apartment is modern and has kitchen basics.

Truly awful and terrifying experience. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I’ve traveled extensively throughout Europe, including during hot summer months, and I understand that air conditioning standards vary. I would have been fine with limited AC had the host simply acknowledged it. Instead, after I politely messaged about the extreme heat (it was in the high 90s and we were sweating inside), the host responded not with an explanation—but by barging into the property uninvited at 11:30 PM, using the door code (there was no deadbolt), while my dad was in his underwear. She entered without knocking, without warning, and immediately began screaming and stomping around the house. We were absolutely terrified and speechless. We didn't even raise our voices to her before she entered—we simply asked a question over WhatsApp. We did not sleep that night due to the heat, but even more so due to fear that this woman might return. Her behavior was erratic, invasive, and deeply unsettling. I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life, and it left me shaken. This stay made me realize how important it is to only book properties with proper locks and safety measures. I hope no one else ever has to go through what we did. This is not about the air conditioning—it’s about the complete violation of privacy and safety. Do not stay here.

Ac didn't work, floors were slippery, there was no airflow, shower flooded when using it, bed lumpy and terrible. Left before the stay was done and requested a refund

Fantastic spacious modern flat right at the edge of the center of Bolzano.

All things required for getting into the property were provided beforehand and in a timely fashion by the host. The flat was super new, modern and what stood out above everything was the cleanliness of it. The flat is spacious and extremely well lit as in naturally through many side and roof windows as well as led lights in the most interesting spaces.

Die Lage der Wohnung war super! Supermarkt, Restaurants und Stadtzentrum war fußläufig erreichbar. Parkhaus für das Auto auch nur einige Minuten entfernt.

Die Kontaktaufnahme zum Vermieter war etwas schwierig und den Code für die Wohnung haben wir leider erst auf Nachfrage erhalten, als wir schon in Bozen waren.

Appartamento in centro, ottimo per visitare mercatini

Posizione eccellente, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di Bolzano, dai mercatini e da locali e ristoranti. Accesso "smart" con credenziali fornite in anticipo dai proprietari. Appartamento spazioso, con due bagni, molto pulito e dotato di tutto il necessario per la cucina. Nuovo, moderno, ci tornerei!

Consiglierei di mettere a disposizione occorrente per pulire il pavimento: le pulizie non vengono effettuate ogni giorno e sarebbe utile avere almeno una scopa e raccoglitore per dare una pulita.
