Great price for a two bedroom flat

Lovely and very helpful host, great location, great price! All in all a super stay.

The only recommendation I would make is to sort out the ants in the bathroom and provide some softer pillows. But regardless I would still stay here again. We wanted two bedrooms and this was the only affordable place we could find.

The apartment is not the best chioce for seniors and not for those whom expect descent temperature

The location is very good...adjacent to the city river park and at the edge of the old city center.

The apartment is not a good choice for seniors..since you have to cary your suite cases up two flights of stairs....and access every day of your stay.....no elevator. The apartment does not have air conditioning....facing the westerly sun in the afternoon...the apartment becomes very hot. The apartment kitchen is not adequate to cook your meals in...it's very small.... the utinsels furnished are at very minimum. The apartment living/dining area is very small and is not furnished with a couch nor chairs.

Spacious apartment with a view.

Large apartment with a nice view, very close to the river, which you can hear nicely and soothes you to sleep. Has a full kitchenette and washing machine as well as a nice little porch. The host is very responsive, flexible, and kind.

It seems to be just a few apartments that are rented out within a larger apartment building, so there’s no reception like a normal hotel. The host has to meet you in front of the property to let you in as there is no key box. This setup may seem a bit odd to Americans.

Nice and clean and close to the old town

Clean. Comfortable beds. Coffea to make espresso. Washing mashine. Olga, who met up at arrival, was so helpful and nice and have us plenty of good restaurant options. And har also gave us the Bolzano card!

No air condition so due to the hot weather it was to hot inside during the night.

Beautiful city, great location and good value for Bolzano!

Olga was great- she waited patiently for us at the door as we arrived a little late.

Had a few issues with the building's heat. It was turned off in the evening, and the room was cold. The second night, that issue was resolved.

Great location in centre of Bolzano

We were met by our host who waited an extra hour for us as our Flix bus arrived later than expected! We were surprised to be given a public transport pass for our stay which was fantastic value as we used it to travel by bus and train further into the mountains! The apartment was super clean and comfortable.

the apartment is 4 bus stops from the station. they gave us guest pass to use for free access on public transport,museum and funivia. staffs are always available and accomodating. the apartment has everything we need. there is a supermarket nearby.

Great location for the Christmas Markets!

This apartment is in a great location. Walking distance to the main piazzas, food, bars, shopping. The apartment was well equipped for my family of 4. The bed was comfortable and hardly any noise at night which made for great nights rest. Also, the host was very accommodating and was easy to reach. He greeted us at our arrival time with water and cookies.

Saverio is a great guy and seems to always be available by text/WhatsApp/EM. Location is perfect…2 blocks from all of the action beginning at the Talvera Bridge. And go visit Pietro next door at the little restaurant/bar. You will be glad you did

Saverio said he is changing out the sofa (sofa bed) in the living room soon. So, that will be helpful. I would say a coffee set up…except 1 euro coffee next door and 2 euro Italian breakfast with Pietro! Maybe a little more “ambiance” is needed.

We had a great stay. I recommend this hotel.

This is the second time I've stayed here. The location is perfect for us as it's very close to the dog park, and it's in the main part of town. I particularly like that the manager is dog friendly and very helpful.

The street is noisy until pretty late at night. It doesn't stop me from sleeping, but not much does.

Perfect location near the old town, clean and comfortable. Lovely host.

Andrea, our host, was extremely helpful, patient and kind. He stayed out late to meet us as we were delayed on our way in and made sure we were settled. Parking isn't free Or cheap in Bolzano so It was great to pay less for a parking space that he offered where the car was protected Behind a gate. I saw mixed reviews before coming and must admit I was a little apprehensive with what to expect in terms of cleanness and service. But when we arrived, the apartment was spotless, the bathroom is very nice and had plenty of towels, toilet paper and hand soap. The bedrooms had spare bedding too and the mattresses were clean and comfortable. I think real efforts have been made in response to the mixed reviews; keep it up! For the price, I was very happy with it.

The only downside is when you go in summer, it does get a little warm and there was one fan for the sofa bed but no fan for the Bedroom. So I would say a second fan would be all that was missing! Air con of course would have been perfect but I understand that its expensive to install. As a long term purchase though, if they put air con in, this place would get 10/10 across the board.

Prezzo troppo alto per tipo di struttura offerta. Approvo al secondo piano senza ascensore e la possibilità di parcheggio non adeguato e con un supplemento richiesto fuori dalla piattaforma. Richiesta di 5 euro per la tassa di soggiorno quando normalmente è 1 euro, in più la struttura era al corrente che c’era una persona con disabilità ed accompagnatore e non ci hanno informato dell’esenzione a noi spettante.

Posizione buona..Colazione N/A. Il contatto è stata una persona gentile..risponde subito su whatsapp..In generale l'appartamento è stato comodo e caldo..Abbastanza silenzioso.. Acqua fluente e bella fresca..La caldaia per l'acqua calda produce subito..Al check out offrono la cantina per lasciare i bagagli momentaneamente; Un po scomoda la scala per scendere con valige pesanti però la cortesia c'è..

Purtroppo in questo edificio manca l'ascensore..Abbiamo dovuto comprare qualche pentola. I coltelli tagliano poco..Materasso divano letto macchiato e poco spesso quasi si sentono le molle e ha anche assunto una piega fastidiosa lato testa..Il prezzo pagato per la casa per 4 giorni mi pare eccessivo.

L'appartamento non è nuovissimo e andrebbe almeno imbiancato, ammobiliato così così, il letto matrimoniale è scomodo e troppo grande rispetto alla stanza, la cabina doccia non chiude bene, cucina piccolissima ma più di tutto manca un divanetto dove rilassarsi un attimo prima di andare a dormire.
