Central, beautiful apartment!

Secure, quiet overnight yet in the centre of town. 10 minute walk to the station, close to all amenities. The apartment is modern, clean and has all necessary facilities. Beautiful apartment, we would love to stay again!

It would be nice to have a microwave, otherwise it's perfect!

Super apartment in the centre of Bolzano.

The apartment was perfect. Spacious, clean,modern and very comfortable. The shower was great, the bathroom very roomy and there was the bonus of a bathtub.The large bed was comfortable and we loved the big balcony. We stayed for 11days so use of the washing machine was extremely useful. The location was great, right in the middle of the old town. We were spoilt for choice with th number of bars, restaurants and shops nearby. Yet the apartment was in a quiet spot at night. Check in was very straightforward and the host was always contactable if we needed anything. Would definitely return and highly recommend.

A very comfortable stay

Super clean, spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It has a big lovely balcony looking over the castle and mountains where I had my breakfast every morning. Very peaceful. There is a big bath tab for relaxing after a long day. It had everything I needed. The landlord lady Ilse was very sweet to me. I felt taken care of. The location is super central, yet quiet at night. It was a perfect stay :)

Some instructions on how to use appliances would have been helpful. On Friday & Saturday nights, the pedestrian area below can get a bit loud, but the weeknights were pretty quiet.

Wonderful Stay in Bolzano

We were very impressed with these well designed, comfortable, spotlessly clean and fully equipped apartments in the historic centre of Bolzano. Our host, Ilse, was very friendly and we enjoyed meeting her. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend the accommodation.

Disappointing

location, apartment quality

The main problem of apartments is it's owner(((. Be careful when booking it!!! The final price will increase by almost 50% die to fees and taxes( towels, bed linen, light, ect). Everywhere there are signs what to do and what not to do... It's good that they don't count the number of breaths. And in the end will be suspected of illegal residence of other persons!!! This is the first time I've experienced such hospitality🙃

Beautiful experience

Everything is near downtown Bolzano. There is no noise, from the street if Windows are close, otherwise is within the normal limits. Full of facilities .The Bolzano card is a valuable key to move around or visit the different museums.

To have clear and simple instructions how to operate the oven/ microwave and other electrical appliances that may differ from other areas in the world..

Exceptional

My stay at this apartment was comfortable beyond expectations. The room was very clean, bright and warm. The bed was very comfortable too. The apartment had everything I needed and I received the Bolzano Card which allowed me to visit several museums for free. The apartment is centrally located and enjoys a beautiful view over the city. I strongly recommend spending your holiday here, everything was just perfect.

The location was good.

The internet connection almost doesn't work. One minute connected and 10 minutes disconnected. If one travel for work it doesn't work at all. Randomly connect and disconnect. Also, the owner was explaining how to connect to wifi instead of listening to the problem and she got repeating no one has problem. In short highly affect the quality of our business trip.

Located in the city center, the apartment has everything you need and is very well-equipped, everything is high quality. Host is very responsive and even has guide books to lend so you can make the best out of your stay!

There is no air conditioning in the bedroom, so it gets crazy hot in summer. Sleeping with open window difficult because of lots of parties on the street. The balcony can only be accessed via the bathroom, which led to weird situations in a group of friends. For couple ok :)

Nice apartment but not welcoming.

Modern and clean apartment centrally located in the old town. Soundproofing was really good, as was security. Bolzano card was included with the booking. Would be a nice place to stay for a weekend away.

A number of things were not available, which should have been, as per our reservation with booking.com. There was no microwave. The laundry which included washing machine and ironing facilities was locked all the time, even though we booked and paid for a room with a washing machine and iron. The laundry was only opened when the host thought we should have access and when we queried this she implied that we were taking advantage and that we should have packed more clothes. We ended up using the laundrette in town. It was easier. The wifi was poor. The only reliable connection was by the kitchen sink or in the bathroom. It wasn't possible to connect at the table, or in the bed. Whilst we were there, the host introduced a €10.00 per day charge for energy (to be paid in cash), that was not included in our contract when we booked several months earlier. We returned one evening to find a hand written note on our door and we had to contact booking.com to confirm that this charge did not apply to us. All of this made for a very stressful time and we couldn't wait for our six day stay, to be over. We felt we were an imposition rather than guests. Which is a pity.

Breakfast not included. This was a location where the owner owns a number of units on the fourth floor of a building. She has completely remodeled, everything new. The location was great. We received the entry codes to the building, reception area and room by email. So security was beyond belief.

Hervorragende Lage im Zentrum von Bozen in einem sehr gediegenen Altbau, nur wenige Schritte von der Uni, mein Appartment hatte die Fenster auf einen ruhigen Innenhof; sehr schönes Badezimmer; moderne, sehr funktionelle Küchenzeile mit (bis auf eine winzige Ausnahme) ausgezeichneter Ausstattung

Aus meiner Sicht nur zwei kleine Punkte: -) In der Küchenzeile habe ich keinen Korkenzieher gefunden, was angesichts der tollen Südtiroler Weine (die fast alle noch mit Korken verschlossen sind) schade ist -) Es handelt sich um mehrere kleine Apartments mit einem gemeinsamen großen Vorraum; dadurch, dass auf den Fotos auch der Vorraum abgebildet ist, entsteht der Eindruck, dass die Apartments als solche größer sind als es eigentlich der Fall ist; das ändert aber nichts an dem für diese Lage sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sowie daran, dass mein Apartment ausgesprochen nett, sauber und zweckmäßig war!

Perfektes Appartement - Differenzen mit Vermieterin

Perfekte Lage in der Innenstadt - zu Fuß keine zehn Minuten zum Bahnhof. Sehr sauberes, hervorragend ausgestattetes Appartement (- auch wenn die Größe der Zimmer bei gleichem Preis sehr unterschiedlich ist). Die Putzfeen waren überaus gründlich und extrem hilfsbereit. Die Bozen-Card, mit der man freie Fahrt in sämtlichen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln in Südtirol hat, war inkludiert.

Die Vermieterin: übergriffig, beleidigend - sieht Mieter eher als Jongliermasse und Bittsteller, denn als Gäste. Nach Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist und Überweisung der Miete, wurde uns in der Mail mit den Zugangscodes und den Hausregeln mitgeteilt, dass z.Zt. weder Heizung noch Klimaanlage aktiv sind - das mag saisonüblich sein, will ich aber vorher erfahren. In einer zweiten, fast identischen Mail ein paar Tage später war auf 1,5 Seiten ein Satz hinzugefügt, der uns für die letzte Nacht zum Umzug in ein anderes Appartement aufforderte. (Diesen Satz hatte ich leider überlesen und so wurden wir Mittwochnacht von dem erneuten Hinweis kalt erwischt - haben uns aber gefügt und sind anderntags - mitsamt unserer Bettwäsche und Handtüchern - in das wesentlich kleinere Zimmer umgezogen). Zur Übergabe der Kaution in Bar (war mir vorher bei Booking noch nie untergekommen) brach die Dame am ersten Abend sturmklingelnd und klopfend in das Zimmer, hielt uns einen ausufernden Sermon über die Pflichten und Unverschämtheiten von Mietern, erwähnte den notwendigen Umzug für die letzte Nacht aber mit keinem Wort. Als wir unserem Ärger über die nachträglichen Informationen, den Umzug und die gleichen Preise für größentechnisch extrem unterschiedliche Zimmer Ausdruck verliehen und eine Mietminderung (um 40%) für die letzte Nacht vorschlugen, ging die Vermieterin nicht im geringsten darauf ein. Im Gegenteil wurden wir mit einer Palette an Ausreden zugeschüttet. (Kritik am Zahlungs- und Anmeldeverfahren bei Booking; Für eine perfekte Auslastung Ihrer Wohnungen - die sie außerdem noch auf FeWoDirekt und AirBNB anbietet - sei ein "Jonglieren" der Mieter unerlässlich und wir die ersten, die sich darüber beschweren würden; etc.) Bei Rückgabe der Kaution beleidigte die Dame dann zuguterletzt noch meine Frau (von der sie genau wusste, dass sie sich im kleinen Zimmer in Hörweite befinden musste) als "schwierig" und bat gleichzeitig um eine gute Bewertung.... LOL
