Esperienza positiva da ogni punto di vista.
La struttura si presenta accogliente, molto pulita e comoda, provvista di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno prolungato.
Posizione ideale, in pieno centro, per muoversi in tranquillità e in pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione e le vie turistiche della città.
Indicazioni dettagliate da parte dell'host, per la gestione dell'ingresso e dei servizi in casa. Peccato soltanto non averla conosciuta.
Infine il Guest Pass, compreso nel prezzo totale, è un valore aggiunto offerto dalla struttura che permette di muoverti gratuitamente su alcune linee di trasporto della regione.

Cozy. Kitchen has everything to make a delicious meal. Close to everything. Clean. Comfortable bed. Great communication from host.
There was some dust on the heater rungs in the bathroom.

Appartamento in ottima posizione centrale per visitare la città e i dintorni, utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni e poco di più per la funivia che collega a Soprabolzano ed al bellissimo trenino del Renon. Si entra in una zona comune che da accesso ad appartamenti singoli ed indipendenti. Appartamento n.2 piccolo, luminoso e con spazi molto funzionali, cucina fornita anche di macchina del caffè e capsule. Bagno nuovo con doccia molto grande. Ottima la pulizia. Bar proprio sotto l'appartamento, ma uscendo e proseguendo pochi metri sulla destra c'è una pasticceria memorabile.
Comunicazione con la proprietaria problematica, poiché risponde diverse ore dopo le richieste, sia via SMS che mail che via messaggio booking. A causa della scarsa comunicazione abbiamo ricevuto, dopo diversi solleciti, i pass gratuiti per i trasporti solo la mattina del terzo giorno della nostra vacanza.
Avendo già letto recensioni precedenti riguardanti la problematica, abbiamo iniziato a chiedere e ad inviare dati e copia dei nostri documenti già a partire dalla mattina presto del nostro arrivo, usando SMS, mail e booking, poiché il pass trasporti gratuito spetterebbe già dal primo giorno di check-in.
Questo ritardo ci ha creato un disagio non solo economico poiché abbiamo dovuto pagare i biglietti per i trasporti, ma soprattutto un disagio generale dovendo più volte durante il giorno tentare di contattare e verificare eventuali risposte dalla proprietaria, e non vivendo quindi in piena serenità il nostro viaggio. Visto il disagio creato la proprietaria ha poi risolto decurtando di sua spontanea volontà un ipotetico importo da noi pagato per i trasporti, dalla tassa di soggiorno dovuta. La struttura merita e ci siamo trovati bene, ma servirebbe più efficienza nella comunicazione con gli ospiti.

Modern and clean apartment centrally located in the old town.
Soundproofing was really good, as was security.
Bolzano card was included with the booking.
Would be a nice place to stay for a weekend away.
A number of things were not available, which should have been, as per our reservation with booking.com.
There was no microwave.
The laundry which included washing machine and ironing facilities was locked all the time, even though we booked and paid for a room with a washing machine and iron. The laundry was only opened when the host thought we should have access and when we queried this she implied that we were taking advantage and that we should have packed more clothes. We ended up using the laundrette in town. It was easier.
The wifi was poor. The only reliable connection was by the kitchen sink or in the bathroom. It wasn't possible to connect at the table, or in the bed.
Whilst we were there, the host introduced a €10.00 per day charge for energy (to be paid in cash), that was not included in our contract when we booked several months earlier. We returned one evening to find a hand written note on our door and we had to contact booking.com to confirm that this charge did not apply to us.
All of this made for a very stressful time and we couldn't wait for our six day stay, to be over.
We felt we were an imposition rather than guests.
Which is a pity.
