Stairs by the entrance, apartment isn't accessible if you have disabilities or heavy baggage. the bathroom constantly smelled of sewage, also all the towels smelled a little of sewage.

Amazing location! Could use white linen and towels.

1. Location is supreme! Super close to the train station, in one of the main streets in the city center, just perfect! 2. The apartment has a nice view of the back street and is on the 3rd floor. (Keep in mind that there is an elevator, but the first floor needs stairs to get to, which were ok to us, but might not be for everyone). 3. The apartment is spacious and has AC. 4. Pet friendly! 5. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook! 6. Check-in is simple, and no need to interact with a person.

1. The bed linen and towels were all dark gray or dark blue. So it was hard to see if they were clean or not, which I dislike. 2. The bed linen didn't feel clean to touch. I'm not sure how to explain it, but it made me feel uncomfortable. 3. (Minor detail) We stayed for 3 nights (4 days ish) and they left only 4 coffee capsules, we were 2 people. So one of us had to not drink coffee for the other to be able to. It wasn't worth it to buy a capsule box (with +10 capsules) at the supermarket and have to carry it with us afterwards. Anyway, it is a small detail, but it doesn't make sense to do this in my view. If a person is staying for several nights, there should be enough capsules for that.

Great little place for a night or two right on the banks of the Rhine. Perfect for a short stay or bikepackers. Good space indoors with kitchen plus a large garden with table and chairs for outside dining. Highly recommended

Friendly host and neat appartment right at the Rhein. The appartment has a big garden and terras. It has everything you could think of, up to a small washing machine.

The location is superb. This is a non tourist part of the Rhine. Food exceptional. I will be recommending to others.

Excellent host. Very laid back and helpful. The food on the adjoined hotel was outrageously good.

It is not a 5 star hotel so some of the facilities are a bit tired but nothing that took away from the enjoyment of the stay.

Sehr zentrale Lage, wirklich mitten in der Altstadt. BEtt ok, großes Zimmer mit Kochzeile.

Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr rudimentär, einige Teile waren nicht abgespült. Komplett von IKEA. Leider nur ital TV SEnder. Leider fängt sich der Schall in der Laubengasse in den Arkaden und unter den Dächern, so dass man jedes Wort von draußen hört. Ab 7.00 beginnt die Geschäftszeit in der Straße, so dass man nicht mehr gut schlafen kann..

Mitt på gågatan. Går inte att bo mer centralt. Superhett i Bolzano och som tur var fanns en välfungerande AC.

Svårtillgängligt med bil, vilket inte framgick. Vi kom sent och körde fram till boendet på gågatan då vi hade en del bagage. Gick inte att begripa skyltarna i stadskärnan, så jag lär få hemskickat böter då man tydligen fotas då man kör in. Svårt hitta närliggande parkeringsplatser. Närmast var ett parkeringshus ”Piazza Walther” ca 200 meter bort. Hade varit bra att veta innan. Det går inte att parkera på gatorna pga tusen olika avgifter och tidsangivelser. När vi sent kom fram fanns ingen nyckel i den låsta boxen vid lägenheten som utlovat. Fick till sist med hjälp av andra boendes där tag i Raphael som skickade en kille som kom med nyckel efter en kvart. Ingen microvågsugn som enligt informationen skulle funnits. Handfatet läckte vatten på badrumsgolvet som blev livsfarligt halt. Vi orkade dock inte påpeka detta

Na chegada, recebemos o código errado para ter acesso a chave e tivemos que esperar na rua por uma hora e meia para solucionar o problema embora nesse período tivemos várias conversas por telefone com o proprietário, consideramos isso como um problema muito grave e falta de qualidade no serviço.

Gerne wieder!

Die Lage ist hervorragend, wir waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im gleichen Appartement. Ausreichend Platz vorhanden, insbesondere genügend Ablage-Fläche im Badezimmer. Die Küchenausstattung haben wir bis auf den Wasserkocher für Kaffee sowie den Kühlschrank nicht benutzt.

Bei 7 Tagen Aufenthalt fanden wir je 1 Badetuch und je 1 Gästetuch pro Person zu wenig!!

Per noi è stato come un caccia al tesoro, per lo meno i bambini l'hanno vissuta così, sia nel prendere le chiavi con il codice e a seguire le indicazioni per arrivare alla porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento, veramente meraviglioso!L'appartamento è molto spazioso, noi ci siamo fermati solo una notte ma la comodità di essere in centro e di avere un'appartamento già pronto con un pernottamento così rapido, ci è piaciuto molto il fatto di essere Indipendente e con indicazioni chiare e precise.

Si sentono un pochino i rumori della via ma comunque sopportabile niente di preoccupante.

Ein sehr gepflegtes Appartement mitten in Bozen. Super Ausgangslage, um überall hinzukommen. Trotz Lage fand ich es ruhig. Nachts war nahezu nichts zu hören. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief auch sehr gut. Ich habe das Appartement mit der Beschreibung und dem Video sofort finden können.
