Posizione e alloggio soddisfacenti: spazi ampi, luminosi e ben arredati. Cucina super fornita.

Consigliamo di permettere il ritiro delle chiavi anche al mattino, per lo meno dalle 12:00. Water e doccia/lavandino separati che per noi è stato positivo essendo in 9 ma nello stanzino del water non andava la ventola e il bidet o un lavandino dovrebbero essere presenti nella stanza.

Posizione ottima ma appartamento migliorabile

Posizione ottima, appartamento grande anche se con un solo bagno.

Pulizia non impeccabile, struttura datata e con qualche difetto. Una volta prenotato arriva una mail in cui si richiede l’utilizzo di ciabatte idonee in quanto il pavimento è pregiato. Tolto il fatto che il pavimento sembra tutto tranne che pregiato le ciabatte in questi casi sarebbe il caso di fornirle, detto ciò se si ritiene necessario preservare il pavimento sarebbe magari il caso di aggiustare ad esempio le maniglie delle porte che si staccano andando a cadere ripetutamente sul pavimento danneggiandolo visibilmente! Il messaggio invito quindi, visto l’appartamento risulta un po’ antipatico. Le porte non chiudono bene, avendo accesso diretto sulla zona giorno la mattina se uno dei due ospiti è ancora addormentato é necessario chiudere facendo rumore svegliando la persona che ancora sta riposando! La vasca non aveva la tenda né un vetro, facendo la doccia quindi si rischiava di allagare tutto il bagno. Considerando il prezzo forse servirebbe qualche accorgimento in più, ad esempio fornire una bottiglia d’acqua o far trovare il riscaldamento acceso all’arrivo considerando la temperatura esterna.

1. ci hanno chiesto di pagare 35 euro per il soggiorno del nostro cane, cosa che non era indicata nelle condizioni 2. un solo bagno degno di questo nome ma senza water né bidet; a parte c'è un bugigattolo di 1,5 metri x 1,5 metri di superficie dove c'è il water: veramente troppo poco per un appartamento che può accogliere 10 persone.

Appartamento molto grande e accogliente! Provvisto di tutto il necessario. L’ascensore, anche se un po piccolino, ti porta davanti all’ingresso dell’appartamento.

Tolle Lage, sehr ruhig, 6. OG mit kleiner Dachterrasse, sehr große Wohnung, bequeme Betten, unkomplizierter check-in, Bettwäsche u Handtücher vorhanden

Lage super, Aufenthaltraum geräumig, Wir ( 6 Mädels) haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Aufsperren mit Schlüssel war etwas mühsam. Wasserkocher war kaputt. Fenster im Bad geht auf den Hausflur. War nur mit Pappdeckel verdeckt. Dusche wäre gut, nur Badwanne vorhanden.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt. Eine tolle stylische Stadtwohnung mit allem was man braucht.

Es gibt nur 1 Badezimmer und 1 WC. Wir waren nur zu dritt, da ist das kein Problem. Sollte die Wohnung aber von 7-8 Personen bewohnt werden, könnte es eng werden.

Top Unterkunft und herzliches Personal

Die Apartment ist groß, sehr sauber und besitzt eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Neben einem großzügigen Wohnzimmer gibt es einen schönen Balkon mit Blick auf die Fußgängerzone. Die Lage ist perfekt (Innenstadt), in unmittelbarer Nähe liegen Restaurants, Eisdielen, Supermärkte etc. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen sowie bei der Planung der Gepäckaufbewahrung und Aktivitäten in Bozen unterstützt. Wir konnten sogar kurzfristig weitere Apartments buchen, nachdem wir unsere Hüttentour aufgrund von Unwetter unterbrechen mussten. Alles in allem eine klare Empfehlung! Vielen Dank für alles.

Fantastico soggiorno a Bolzano

Checkin facile e veloce, soprattutto grazie alle info che ci hanno permesso di parcheggiare non molto distante dall'alloggio e avere uno sconto del 50% sull'importo. La casa era davvero luminosa, ampia e spaziosa, pochi dettagli ma sicuramente comoda. Avevamo lo stretto necessario che ci serviva per passare il weekend a Bolzano. Eravamo vicini al centro storico e potevamo raggiungere i posto più caratteristici della città.

Per una casa così grande un solo bagno forse è un po' limitativo.
