Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in der Altstadt von Bozen. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt – mitten im Zentrum, sodass man Restaurants, Cafés, Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Das Apartment war sehr sauber, gemütlich eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefallen hat uns, dass alles vorhanden war, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Das Bett war bequem und die Wohnung insgesamt sehr ruhig, sodass wir gut schlafen konnten.
Auch der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war schnell und freundlich.
Insgesamt können wir diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten, wenn wir nach Bozen kommen.

The location was great for seeing the old city, museums and great restaurants.
The checkin process was misleading. The description on Booking said the “property features private checkin and checkout service, elevator, indoor play area, and family rooms.” Implying the checkin was at the property, like the elevator was.
The checkin location was actually about 6 blocks away at another location over cobble stone streets. I would not have booked this property if this was disclosed prior to booking. The cancellation policy did not provide for cancellation without penalty when the checkin location was disclosed. The manager/owner was very rude and refused to honor my reservation when I challenged him on this after the very nice clerk had checked me in. He finally relented by requiring me to cancel my reservation so I could not leave a review because he feared a poor review from me. The actual property was nice and I would rent again if it were not for the manager/owner.

Posizione e alloggio soddisfacenti: spazi ampi, luminosi e ben arredati. Cucina super fornita.
Consigliamo di permettere il ritiro delle chiavi anche al mattino, per lo meno dalle 12:00.
Water e doccia/lavandino separati che per noi è stato positivo essendo in 9 ma nello stanzino del water non andava la ventola e il bidet o un lavandino dovrebbero essere presenti nella stanza.

1. ci hanno chiesto di pagare 35 euro per il soggiorno del nostro cane, cosa che non era indicata nelle condizioni
2. un solo bagno degno di questo nome ma senza water né bidet; a parte c'è un bugigattolo di 1,5 metri x 1,5 metri di superficie dove c'è il water: veramente troppo poco per un appartamento che può accogliere 10 persone.
