Comfortable apartment in great central location.

Great central location, welcoming host, well equipped.

Noisy at night with windows open but expected being in the centre. Could have done with a toaster.

Comfortable and very convenient

The location is superb, in the heart of the old town and easy walking distance to the museums, cable car and restaurants. The property is comfortable and clean, and the host helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here, however the description of sleeping arrangements could be clearer that it is open plan with 1 double and I single in the upstairs, 1 single & sofa bed in the living room.

The owner upsold a bigger apartment to us based on one adult and 3 small children. The smaller apartment would have been just fine because we did not utilize the extra bed.

Good

Loved the location. Apartment was spacious and clean. Not noisy even though it was next to main shopping street. So pleasant to stay in old town. It was lovely. Host was very nice.

One thing that was an issue and affected our sleep was that there was no block out curtains. The room faced a main street and it was bright. Also there is no aircon (we knew this). But it does get hot and we didn't realise that it gets this hot. So something to consider if travelling in summer.

Great location. Extremely central. Spacious flat with nice windows onto the pedestrian street. Plenty of natural light.

Excellent! the property was spotless and comfortable. All amenities as described. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect and smack bang in the middle of the centre but quiet and well kept. Walther Piazza is a 3 mins walk and the Bus station and train station is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants both in the same street as well as in the piazza. Great location! The host was extremely helpful and went out of his way to make us feel welcome, sent suggestions as to restaurants etc as well as answered any questions immediately. Wonderful stay. Truly recommended !

the Location is very central and the apartment is nice, clean, warm, bright and very silent, Max the host is very king and available at my time. In the Kitchen there are also available cooking utensils, a kettle, coffee, salt, sugar, oil and some spices.

The bed is not very much conformable maybe should be changed.

No breakfast

Apartment great location but very basic, cheap furnishings. Nowhere to sit and read a book. No comfortable chair. No bedside lamps. This apartment was not comfortable but super location.

Ottima accoglienza

La struttura è centralissima, vicina alla stazione dei treni e ancora più vicina al Duomo. Appartamento curatissimo, molto accogliente e ben riscaldato, dotato di cucina e attrezzata per cucinare. Mi ha fatto molto piacere aver trovato persino l' olio , aceto , e altro. Il signor Max è molto disponibile e previdente, ci è venuto incontro a tante esigenze. Devo dire che ne siamo stati soddisfatti e felici, sicuramente torneremmo volentieri e speriamo al più presto.

Manca il wifi, in alcuni momenti il collegamento dei cellulari è molto debole e sarebbe stato comodo avere wifi ma non indispensabile. Non la considero come punto negativo, semplicemente sarebbe stato molto gradito.

Di base consiglierei un estintore , un rilevatore di fumi e una segnaletica in caso di incendio. Qualche prodotto piu in cucina non guasterebbe.

Posizione ottima, facilmente raggiungibile e comoda per visitare la città a piedi. Il proprietario accogliente e disponibile, ci ha anche lasciato un gradito regalo. La casa è molto carina e comoda.

Tutto soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del proprietario, il dolce offerto dalla casa, posizione e riscaldamento. Bolzano ed i posti limitrofi sono molto belli, io ed il mio ragazzo ce ne siamo innamorati per tranquillità,efficienza e pulizia.

Niente. Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo ma forse consiglierei di lasciare in camera qualche set di cortesia per il bagno e un piumone matrimoniale (che risulta più comodo) per ottenere il massimo dell'esperienza di soggiorno 😍

Ottima struttura, centralissima, silenziosa e molto calda in inverno. Ottima accoglienza anche per il nostro bimbo di 2 anni. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e questo host.

Die Lage ist optimal. Besonders, wenn man mit dem Zug anreist , ist man in fünf Minuten da. Die zentrale Lage ist sehr empfehlenswert, egal ob für das Shoppen oder auch für Wanderungen.
