Buen precio y ubicación

El anfitrion nos esperó con las llaves y nos dio las indicaciones del apartamento, está ubicado sobre una avenida donde pasan varias lineas de colectivos, la zona es tranquila y con restaurantes e supermercados cerca

Deludente

La posizione era abbastanza centrale.

Esperienza decisamente deludente. Avevo prenotato un mini appartamento con bagno privato ma solo arrivati alla struttura ho scoperto che il bagno era esterno, un dettaglio mai chiarito in fase di prenotazione. Tra l'altro nel corridoio tra il bagno e la camera era presente una telecamera. Inoltre la camera era posta in un seminterrato umido e freddo le cui finestre affacciavano in un parcheggio. L'host, pur presente, non ha mostrato particolare interesse nel risolvere la problematica segnalata, se non dopo l'arrivo delle forze dell'ordine. Nonostante volessi trovare una soluzione comoda per entrambe le parti, l'host si è arrabbiato e ha reagito buttando le valigie fuori dalla struttura, intimandoci di andare via. Sono state violate le norme sulla privacy diverse volte. Mentre eravamo in camera all'improvviso l'host ha aperto la porta senza bussare, aprendo e chiudendo subito la porta pensando che non ci fosse nessuno in camera. Inoltre una mattina mentre stavamo tornando abbiamo trovato la porta dell'appartamento aperta con all'interno un lavoratore, senza alcun avviso, stava aggiustando il frigo. Non consiglierei questa struttura e spero vivamente che vengano apportati miglioramenti soprattutto in termini di chiarezza.

La persona che gestisce la struttura è stata estremamente puntuale e cortese. Tutto semplice e l'appartamento ha un'eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo: nel centro di Bolzano, con un parcheggio convenzionato (a 15 €/gg) vicinissimo e senza sorprese.

El ruido insoportable de la avenida. Ambulancias, bomberos,policía,todos transitan por allí. La puerta del baño no cerraba y no se ocuparon en arreglarla

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt im Keller ohne private Toilette

Sehr nette und kompetente Einweisung.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer, das im Keller war, davon war in der Beschreibung nie die Rede! Außerdem hatten wir keine private Toilette. Um auf die Toilette zu gehen, mussten wir über einen öffentlichen Gang, der sogar Video überwacht wurde. Kein Wort davon in der Beschreibung! (Sonst hätten wir das nie gebucht). Dafür viel, viel, viel zu teuer. Außerdem benötigt man 20 Minuten zu Fuß, um in die Innenstadt zu kommen.

L'appartamento è ristrutturato.

Il sistema di raffreddamento a pavimento crea una condensa che sembra di essere in una grotta; peccato perchè basterebbe avere due condizionatori a parete, uno nella sala ed uno in camera da letto e non un macchinario che dovrebbe deumidificare ma in realta' non funziona e fa solo tanto rumore. Inoltre, l'appartamento è a 1 km a piedi dalla stazione dei treni.

El apartamento, aunque pequeño, era agradable y acogedor. Teníamos de todo lo que necesitamos para las 3 noches que pasamos. De agradecer que hubiese aceite y sal.

Se escucha bastante el ruido de los coches (está en una avenida concurrida). La cabecera era algo incómoda. Se agradecería que además de haber gel, hubiese champú.

Zu teuer für das, was es ist.

Wir haben leider das Apartment im Keller und zur Straße hin erwischt, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Außerdem gab es einige Mängel: Das Badezimmerfenster war kaputt und unser Hinweis darauf wurde nicht wirklich angenommen. Eine Glühbirne in der Küche war ebenfalls kaputt, dass eine von uns durch das flackern Migräne bekommen könnte wurde damit abgewehrt, dass das Flackern bald aufhört. Mindestens die kaputte Lampe war also bekannt und wurde nicht gewechselt. Geschirr war teils dreckig und es fehlte Seife. Am vorletzten Tag wurden wir außerdem darauf hingewiesen, dass wir um 10 Uhr hätten ausschlecken müssen, weil sich im Apartment vertan wurde. Das, und auch das dreckige Geschirr, das sicher die vorherigen Mieter hinterlassen haben, kann passieren. Alles zusammen hat uns leider den Aufenthalt in Bozen etwas verdorben.

Bolzano

A belvárostól kb. 20 perc sétára található, a közelben több bolt is van. A szálláshoz zárt parkoló (mélygarázs) is tartozik, ami nagyon kényelmes volt. A szállásadó segítőkész volt, bármely kérdés esetén azonnal válaszolt.

A lakás szuterén volt, az utcára néz és elég sötét. Érték ne maradjon a lakásban, mert a takarító személyzet nem megbízható. 😕

Ich fands super gemütlich, und man ist in Bozen schnell drinnen aber genauso schnell draußen.

Das Appartment ist sauber, relativ groß (da kann man auch die Gymnastikmatte ausrollen) und hat einen modernen Charme. Das Appartment liegt im Tiefparterre und bleibt auch an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl. Die Dusche ist angenehm geräumig, da wäre eventuell auch Platz für Zwei ;). An Küchenausstattung ist nur das notwendigste vorhanden, aber für ein Frühstück reicht es. Es gibt aber einige gute Lokale in der direkten Nähe, ansonsten ist auch die Innenstadt in 10-15min zu Füß zu erreichen. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße sorgt zwar tagsüber für viel Verkehr, aber nachts ist es eigentlich immer ruhig und die Matrazen sind ganz ausgezeichnet - ich hab geschlafen wie ein Bär.

Die Küchenausstattung ist schon ein wenig spartanisch.

Ausstattung gut

Extrem laut , besonders Nachts. Martinshorn von Krankenwagen, da Hauptzufahrtsstraße zum Krankenhaus. Hauptverkehrsstraße (Busse im Minutenrhytmus) - offenes Fenster,oder Balkonnutzung unmöglich. Erholung sieht anders aus Parkplatz ist im Parkhaus und muss extra bezahlt 15€ /Tag werden. Kein Halten oder der Parken (Busspur) vor dem Haus möglich, um Gepäck auszuladen. Nur nach Telefonat wurde der Code für ein kurzes Halten auf dem Grundstück freigegeben. Es sind 16 Kameras im Haus und auf dem Grundstück installiert. Das muss man mögen.
