I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property and found the check-in process to be very simple and smooth.

However, I was disappointed with the restaurant team. Specifically, a heavy-set woman on the staff was quite rude and unpleasant in her interactions.

The hotel is older at first glance, but the rooms have been upgraded. The room including the bath was nice. The staff was great. Breakfast was sufficient. Parking slots. Dog friendly.

The location is far from Bolzano center, so you need to take a bus or taxi to get to the restaurant and bar area.

Good hotel to stay for one night or for a few days.

The room was very nice and spacey. Location is not great (a bit far from city center), but still quite good, and calm.

For breakfast they didn't have enough cups and tea, so we ended up without having tea :( Even for cappuccino the cups were insufficient.

Friendly and helpful reception.

Sometimes noisy construction next door. Parking difficult to access. Rooms are quite small. We were in an 'accessible room' as my wife is in a wheelchair, but moving the wheelchair around the bed was a challenge.

Guests were nice who we talked to. Overall not impressed .

Fire doors top of main stairs and along corridors are wedged open, thus the safety function of the doors in the event of a fire is lost. So I ask myself does the fire alarm system work etc etc. Would not stop here again. For breakfast I wanted a tray to carry my items of food to my table but the staff would not let me have one. so had to carry items one by one, bloody stupid.

Good location in Bolzano. I only stayed one night but Management were happy to leave my car there in the morning so I was able to walk into the city centre so visit the Iceman Museum and explore some of the old town. After driving a few hours to get there it was also ice to spend some time sitting on the balcony and chill in the evening. Easy to get to from the Brenner pass & autobahn

staff friendly but the hotel is old and tired. The room was too hot and stuffy, and opening the windows when it is freezing outside is not possible. Nylon sheets on the beds, tired, worn decor, grimy bathroom, dark corridors, and at €200/night for 1 room quite expensive. Nylon sheets! They went out with the 70's!

A night in Bozen

The hotel is located in a quiet area far away from the main road. The staff is really friendly. We got a triple room which was recently renewed. The room's size was good and it was extremely cleaned. In general, the entire hotel is nice and the wellness area functional and well maintained. Really good value for money
