Position very close to train station to go to Bolzano centre and Merano. Very nice breakfast.

Strange elevator key thing where it only allows you to go your floor (fair enough) but isn't explained very well.

A reasonable stay.

Comfortable spacious room, good bar and breakfast facilities.

The location is in an industrial area so not great. The heating in the room and on the floor were far too hot.

Stress free stay.

The room was large with a comfortable bed, the bathroom was spacious with the shower properly palced without needlessly wetting the whole room. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh with something for everyone. The Hotel is close to the Industrial area of Bolzano and the airport but you need transport to visit the city centre. Overall relaxing

Parking inside the garage was tight and on Sunday evening, even though we had booked a parking slot, the garage was full. The staff found us a slot to park in the disabled parking slot. Others were given alternative parking off site. All in all not much to worry about.

We loved the Seventh Heaven pool, whirlpool, exercise areas!

The breakfast was excellent! Chef calls ok Ed omelets and eggs to order, huge variety of foods and beverages. Delicious yogurts and pastries.

We were not near any historic sights..,it was convenient for business travelers and had wonderful pool and exercise areas…but no historical sights within walking distance.

Breakfast was with less variety and quantity. E.g. within the hour of starting if breakfast basic things like cucumber was told to be finished. Less options for vegetarians.

Comfortable stay in Südtirol.

Main attraction here for kids is the pool and jacuzzi of course, also for adults the pool is enough for some good laps. There is also spa for adults only. Room was very spacious and modern, kids had plenty of room to play around. Breakfast and dinner both perfect, everyone got something they like. There is an underground parking (25.- per night) on spot, you might want to book your spot in advance, as the number of places is limited. It is a bit away from downtown, but ideal for trips around Südtirol.

The hotel is a bit outside town, but with direct bus reaching to city center, which would be easier to skip the hassle of looking for parking.

We were there during holiday and no conference, there are only a few restaurant options around, unless one would go to city center.

The neighborhood was not very fancy, located in the suburb close to an industrial area the breakfast was relatively poor, with, cold scrambled eggs, and no vegetables
