Overpriced hostel-like accommodations with no amenities in distant not-so-great neighborhood

Nothing.

Almost everything. Not in a great neighborhood and a good distance away from central area. An unattractive building, dim and dingy corridor and room. The “breakfast” - pre-packaged plastic-wrapped food was an insult.

It was very comfortable, clean and you had everything, you would have wished for. We got clean bed sheets and towels every day. The kitchen was always open, very well stocked and you could just take, what you wanted, whenever you wanted. The staff was always available, over WhatsApp, if needed, but otherwise, you were left in peace.

Very friendly owner.

Quite noisy, coffee machine was right outside the room and close to main entrance that slams everytime someone goes in and out. Maybe best ask for a room at the end of the corridor not room 2 which is what we had.

Roberto is a nice host. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Shower is a disaster. Water is collected not in the shower part of bathroom, but in front of washing basin. Indeed, after taking a shower one should brush teeth staring in water that is going away really slowly.

Budget hotel, a bit far from the center

Breakfast was self serve but fine. A previous room occupant left a pair of underpants on the radiator to dry, they were stiff. My wife did not see the free pre-worn underpants as a positive.

The bathroom light and bedroom light are all on one switch, so when someone needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night or early morning to take a shower--the overhead lights come on.

The room and bad size was ok. The host is very friendly, but he does not speak English. There are several stores near the location, bus station is also close.

I missed the air conditioning the most. With open windows is noisy. The bath is very small, you can hardly close the door.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non giustificato. la camera era molto piccola, bagno minuscolo senza ventola d’aria. I rumori come un colpo di tosse da una camera accanto all’altra si sentivano. Va bene per un soggiorno di massimo una notte. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

Molto deludente

L'unica cosa positiva: la posizione a circa 40 minuti di passeggiata dal centro. Il resto: deludente.

-170€ a notte per un meno che mediocre alloggio; -camera, bagno e struttura sporca (letto con peli, doccia con muffa e capelli, cucinino comune con il pavimento da pulire); -bagno senza bidet, micro-lavandino di cortesia direttamente in stanza (che emanava odore di fogna); -scarico del condizionatore dentro il piatto della doccia; -poco bimbo-friendly: c'era la culla-lettino, ma niente fasciatoio né seggiolone per la colazione; -è indicato parcheggio gratuito, ma al nostro arrivo alla richiesta di sapere dove fosse ci è stato detto che si trattava del parcheggio del Despar aperto h24, peccato che non fosse né aperto h24 né gratuito. Abbiamo comunque trovato parcheggio in strada; però non è che la struttura sia dotata di parcheggio gratuito. -Zona rumorosissima e mal frequentata; -richiesta di pagare in contanti la tassa di soggiorno. -Stanza rifatta in 5 minuti senza nemmeno sbattere le lenzuola. Siamo stati in questo B&B durante il periodo dei mercatini di natale, che ovviamente è il più costoso, però per 170€ a notte mi aspettavo almeno la camera pulita.

Buona la posizione, prezzi fuori norma, richiesta 180€,quando in camera c’era un documento con richiesta massima di 130€,servizi in camera inesistenti, pulizia discutibile,insufficienti addirittura neanche teli sufficienti per la doccia…fermiamoci qui !!!!

Solo la posizione….e volendo sotto un locale per il quale è possibile cenare ….

A dispetto dei commenti precedenti devo dire che la colazione è stata molto soddisfacente: merendine confezionate ma anche pane da tostare e, nel frigo, salume e formaggini in abbondanza. A due passi dal palasport dove avevamo prenotato i biglietti per il concerto di Nena

Manca un vero armadio, il lavello nel bagno è piccolo, le tapparelle presentano alcuni fori che fanno trapelare luce e la finestra non chiude perfettamente

Nicht empfehlenswert. Heruntergekommenen Absteige. Bilder entsprechen nicht der Wahrheit.

Zimmer sind dreckig, Schimmelbildung überall. Frühstück nicht vorhanden. Bettwäsche wurde einfach rumgedreht oder garnicht bezogen. Einfach unterirdisch. Dieses sogenannte Hotel sollte man schließen!!!

Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Grausig schmutzig!! Frühstück Buffet nicht vorhanden. Schimmel im Bad und veraltete defekte Ausstattung. Einfach unterirdisch!!!!

Alles rund um diese Absteige. Nicht einladend, laut von der Straße her, da Fenster ohne Gummi nicht isoliert!!! Müsste geschlossen werden. Am liebsten Geld zurück. Keinen Cent wert.

Kein Empfang des Gastgebers, die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte per telefonischem Abruf mit Aufforderung einer Ausweiskopie per SMS (geht normalerweise garnicht) auch sehr komplex, war so auf Booking.com nicht beschrieben. Zimmer extrem laut, Bad nicht sehr ansprechend, Frühstück im Selfservice mit abgepackter Ware, nur ein Kaffeepad pro Person, Hoteleingang schlecht erkennbar. Kein sichtbares Personal.

Hatten extra nach Hotels mit Parkplatz gesucht. Leider war es dann nur ein öffentlicher Parkplatz in der Nähe. Das Zimmer war auch nicht wirklich sauber und die Dusche undicht und ein Duschkopf ging gar nicht. Leider sehr enttäuschend für den Preis. Frühstück war auch nicht wirklich wie abgebildet irgendwas frisches vorhanden, sodass wir dieses dann ausgelassen haben. Dementsprechend wurden unsere 2 Kriterien Frühstück und sicherer Parkplatz nicht wirklich erfüllt.
