Overpriced hostel-like accommodations with no amenities in distant not-so-great neighborhood

Nothing.

Almost everything. Not in a great neighborhood and a good distance away from central area. An unattractive building, dim and dingy corridor and room. The “breakfast” - pre-packaged plastic-wrapped food was an insult.

It was very comfortable, clean and you had everything, you would have wished for. We got clean bed sheets and towels every day. The kitchen was always open, very well stocked and you could just take, what you wanted, whenever you wanted. The staff was always available, over WhatsApp, if needed, but otherwise, you were left in peace.

Very friendly owner.

Quite noisy, coffee machine was right outside the room and close to main entrance that slams everytime someone goes in and out. Maybe best ask for a room at the end of the corridor not room 2 which is what we had.

Convenient location, lovely staff, breakfast and coffee provided daily and great air-conditioning. Laundromat, restaurant, parking, supermarkets and many facilities easily accessible by foot. Simple kitchen facilities.

Roberto is a nice host. Breakfast is simple but sufficient.

Shower is a disaster. Water is collected not in the shower part of bathroom, but in front of washing basin. Indeed, after taking a shower one should brush teeth staring in water that is going away really slowly.

Budget hotel, a bit far from the center

Breakfast was self serve but fine. A previous room occupant left a pair of underpants on the radiator to dry, they were stiff. My wife did not see the free pre-worn underpants as a positive.

The bathroom light and bedroom light are all on one switch, so when someone needs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night or early morning to take a shower--the overhead lights come on.

The room and bad size was ok. The host is very friendly, but he does not speak English. There are several stores near the location, bus station is also close.

I missed the air conditioning the most. With open windows is noisy. The bath is very small, you can hardly close the door.

redelijk adres voor 1 nacht als er geen betere alternatieven zijn.

Het was ‘selfservice’: fruit, joghurt/vla , koffie en thee, koekejs enz waren voldoende aanwezig. Lekkere douche.

het was: - erg lawaaierig: een drukke straat (je moet tegen een korte nacht kunnen), een café/cafetaria als buur, én een gehorig huis. Ben dan ook eerder, na 1 nacht, vertrokken. -een anonieme ontvangst: digitaal en telefonisch. Dus je hebt pech als er lawaaierige logés aanwezig zijn. -ver van het centrum en station in een anonieme buurt. - De prijs: heb de volgende nacht uiteindelijk voor vergelijkbare prijs overnacht voor dezelfde prijs (zonder ontbijt, maar ook zonder kosten voor bus) vlakbij het station (in het centrum) beter en rustiger geslapen.

Un Disastro

La pizza nel sottostante locale, e il parcheggio tranquillo e ben illuminato sebbene a pagamento. 12,20 € per 13h di sosta (la prima ora è gratuita) ATTENZIONE, accetta solo banconote e monetine, NO CARD! ma davanti alla cassa automatica vi è sia la posta che una banca, l'ATM non manca.

All'arrivo mi son ritrovato la cialda del caffè tra gli asciugamani, ho guardato in giro, e a parte la macchinetta a cialde e pochi biscotti confezionati nel corridoio, non ho visto altro come colazione e sala ristoro. Vero che il check-in è stato all'ora di cena, ma tale "accoglienza" non ha inspirato affatto. Stanza fredda, termosifone che sembrava una ghiacciaia, il climatizzatore ha a malapena stemperato funzionando tutta la notte a 30°. Bagno freddo senza termosifone con box doccia con perdita, nel tempo che ho atteso l'acqua calda, ho lavato le ciabatte e il tappeto. Una delusione rispetto alle foto viste sul vs sito. Mi meraviglio che Booking consigli strutture di questo livello.

Parcheggio privato inesistente, camera molto piccola, bagno terrificante, la colazione self service scarsa e con prodotti di bassa qualità, il prezzo, mancanza di ascensore, mancanza di prese elettriche nella stanza, pareti divisorie intercamera troppo fini dalle quali si sente distintamente le persone nelle camere adiacenti, finestre non anti rumore lato strada, tassa di soggiorno data a mano senza ricevuta.

Muito caro o valor para o que a estrutura entrega

Nada, somente o anfitrião que foi atencioso

Péssimo. As fotos não correspondem à realidade. O quarto em que ficamos não tinha isolamento acústico e o hotel fica numa rua movimentada 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. O quarto não era completamente escuro, pois a iluminação era fluorescente; parecia a lua. As toalhas tinham um cheiro ruim, uma delas estava até úmida. Não acredite que o café da manhã está incluído, porque uma máquina de café com biscoitos numa cesta no final do corredor não pode ser considerado café da manhã. E há uma taxa de estacionamento paga, o que não condiz com a comodidade descrita no Booking.com. Por fim, cães são permitidos, e havia um ao lado do nosso quarto que latia para qualquer pessoa que passasse no corredor.

Rapporto qualità prezzo non giustificato. la camera era molto piccola, bagno minuscolo senza ventola d’aria. I rumori come un colpo di tosse da una camera accanto all’altra si sentivano. Va bene per un soggiorno di massimo una notte. Proprietario gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

L'unica cosa positiva: la posizione a circa 40 minuti di passeggiata dal centro. Il resto: deludente.

-170€ a notte per un meno che mediocre alloggio; -camera, bagno e struttura sporca (letto con peli, doccia con muffa e capelli, cucinino comune con il pavimento da pulire); -bagno senza bidet, micro-lavandino di cortesia direttamente in stanza (che emanava odore di fogna); -scarico del condizionatore dentro il piatto della doccia; -poco bimbo-friendly: c'era la culla-lettino, ma niente fasciatoio né seggiolone per la colazione; -è indicato parcheggio gratuito, ma al nostro arrivo alla richiesta di sapere dove fosse ci è stato detto che si trattava del parcheggio del Despar aperto h24, peccato che non fosse né aperto h24 né gratuito. Abbiamo comunque trovato parcheggio in strada; però non è che la struttura sia dotata di parcheggio gratuito. -Zona rumorosissima e mal frequentata; -richiesta di pagare in contanti la tassa di soggiorno. -Stanza rifatta in 5 minuti senza nemmeno sbattere le lenzuola. Siamo stati in questo B&B durante il periodo dei mercatini di natale, che ovviamente è il più costoso, però per 170€ a notte mi aspettavo almeno la camera pulita.

Da non ripetere….inbarazzante…

Buona la posizione, prezzi fuori norma, richiesta 180€,quando in camera c’era un documento con richiesta massima di 130€,servizi in camera inesistenti, pulizia discutibile,insufficienti addirittura neanche teli sufficienti per la doccia…fermiamoci qui !!!!

Solo la posizione….e volendo sotto un locale per il quale è possibile cenare ….
