Iceman Room's Central

It's a Budget friendly Property, compared to other B&B's hotels AirBnb's in Bolzano. Location is Perfect( town center) Staff is prompt to respond to any questions.. The staff let us check in before check in time, as room was already done! At check out, we left bags and picked up before train departure. Building code, and rooma acces through Vikey(app) was easy. (ps.. dont get your mobile phone drained😊) We had a comfortable stay to conclude. Definitely we'll be staying here again😁.

Location is great but how can you offer a place to stay without AC? I think this is a basic need for anyone. It was like sleeping inside an oven during the summer. It was like slow death plus we got bugs and moths inside coz we have to open the balcony door cos we are dying from heat. So we went home with bug bites.

The location is very good, 5 minutes from the center and the railway station. Friendly staff, answers all the questions in real time by messenger. They moved my luggage from one room to another (I had two different bookings), so I didn't have to take the bags with me between check-out and check-in. Self check-in, which is good when you come late in the night.

The bathroom is a different room in the corridor. Though it's only for you (you have a key), it's not very comfortable to go through a corridor. There's no teapot in the room. Also, there's no any kitchen or common room where you can make tea or coffee at least.

It got very loud at night, the host was not responsive - our train was delayed and we were not able to make it in time for check in, we messaged the host at 12pm and got no response, hence had to check every single door in the building to find our room. A random worker stormed into our room in the middle of the day, one day before checkout without knocking and told us checkout was then when we still had one day - granted he got confused, but to invade our room WITHOUT knocking prior was off putting. Then to get into the room you have to have internet, which at some point was not working (thinking they checked us out early) to which he couldn’t open the door??? Even though moments before he stormed into our room with an access code?? The shower rarely had warm water and the pressure was bad - kept switching from warm to cold.

1) It was five flights of stairs, my cousin that I was with is 70 years old. It was a little hard on him. There was an elevator in the lobby, but not in use. 2) Inside of the room, there was barely any furniture to put your suitcase or anything on. No little table to eat no small refrigerator. It was the only place in Europe that I stayed They didn’t have a small refrigerator. 3) The bathroom really didn’t have any shelf or comfortable place to put toiletries. What’s a little tricky to maneuver with two Guests and their individual toiletries 4) I was promised a credit back for the first night that we couldn’t come and I gave a five day notice that we weren’t gonna make it on the date that I booked and I was told they would give me a credit. 4) The host or whoever I was communicating with was a little bit odd. He asked me for pictures of my trip, but yet wouldn’t answer a simple question as to when I’m getting my credit back. After asking him for four or five days in a row at the very end when I checked out, he said He wasn’t able to give me a credit back, which I thought was deceptive. 5) Code for room door was very long, But not a big deal in the end

Very good location and staff customer service, love the room and so comfortable . Only need to check they have no lift .

No lift I was carry 30 kg to 4/F . As I'm a girl. But the staff very good for let me keep my luggage in their reception until late.

The room was dirty upon arrival, and we were not comfortable. It smelt very bad, there was trash left in the bathroom and there was no hand soap. Would advise not staying here.

No fan or air con. Incredibly loud street noise, extremely hot. The worst in years.

Photos are not representative of how tiny the rooms are. The corridors are messy, and the outside door was open during the day. The walls are very thin and conversations from other rooms can be heard. The bed was creaking very loud.

The location of the room was nice as it is in the centrum of bolzano. The staff was friendly and matched our demands without flaws. There was an elevator wich needed time to arrive but that much was fine. There was a ventilator wich is a plus to me. The receptionist was speaking multiple languages which made it easy to get information ans communicate.

The room where we were, had multiple glass walls wich felt extremely unprivate despite there being curtains wich offered a bit more of privacy. The towels had spot on it but they were clean for sure. The shared facilities such as the toillets and showers were a little bit dirty but they were cleaned each morning as it seemed, the dirt was probably because of our neighboor who was noisy and even smoked in his room and didn't seem to know how to shower without puting water everywhere...

The size of the room was great, way bigger than I expected. The bathroom was clean and the price was really low respect to the quality of the room.

Unfortunately, the room was not good isolated from the sounds coming from the surroundings. There was lots of music till late at night, that didn’t bother us much but it could have been better

The property is located in the heart of the city of Bozen Bolzano.

- The beds are not comfortable. - There is NO WIFI in the room (something which is crazy for this day and age, and something which is taken for granted to be available) - The wooden floor was slightly broken, the toilets were not so clean and the room is really small with a low attic ceiling where you can easily hit your head. - In order to enter the property, one must stay walking with all heavy equipment and luggage to another place, then back and once back, it is not so easy to find the room the first time. I would not recommend anyone to stay here and would not stay again here.

the location was the only thing positive about this experience.

After a 10 hour trip we got to the room and it stinked really bad like cigarette. Everything was impregnated of that horrible smell and we had to keep opening the window to let the smell out (during winter temperatures). There was bubble gum sticked to the bathroom door and mould in the shower. The shoe rack was broken.

So tiny walls and noise from neighboring rooms and the street from 6 am. Photo of room not so correct, mb cos I got another Flor.Also situatione with bathroom not so good, water was arrived into the corridor..but at reservations girls very quickly fixed any problems.

very good location. You can have some supermarkets, bakery, and cafes. It takes only 10 mins from the station.

Too simple fascillity. You have only one IKEA bed. There is no other thing. At least, I wanted disposable cup for toothbrusing.

The room and bathroom were very large. It was a spacious area.

The room did not have all basic necessities. I recommend the hotel to include in their rooms a cupboard, a desk and a small fridge. Also, the shampoo and shower gel need to be inside bottles and not in small sachets.

Location is nice. Central and about a 15 min easy walk from train station. Price OK, but you end up paying the difference with your own sanity. Yes, you get what you pay for.

Room small, only one of us could stand at a time as it felt clostrophobic. The lock! Fix the lock! Took five tries and others have complained. Just change it. Little things like shelf in bathroom needs to be fixed, no place to put toiletries except on top of toilet. Dark and stale. No AC. How about a fan? Italy is the hottest place now with heatwaves, just give me some air in the room. Window opened to noisy street and crying babies. Man who owns the sausage place out front very friendly and one of the highlights of my stay there.

The room was large and clean, with a balcony and very quiet at night. Entrance is on a pedestrian only street in the center of town. Great location! Bolzano is a great place to visit, wish we would have had a few more days.

Main complaint was that the wifi did not provide internet. Also the hallway was dirty and the bathroom didn't smell great, though it was clean.

Location is good but very difficult for car park to find

They send me previous day of my booking email, not days in advance so to be able to read ALL the instructions, had to go to a different location to collect my key and then go to my room, imagine having your luggage and on foot wonder around the town. The young lady who acted as the receptionist was very RUDE and IMPOLITE. The room had NO private bathroom as they say that they provide, we shared the bathroom. The walls of the room were NOT sound proofed, i could hear the next room even if they whispered. TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED

The only positive thing was that it was near the center but anyway too much noise came from outside if you left the window open.

I dont want to be rude but nothing was good. I was dissapointed. the location to find the entrance door was difficult. the room was to small, nothing like the photos. the bed and pillow were very uncomfortable. there wasnt any soup to wash your hands (forget about the shampoos). there werent slippers, so we crawled on our socks all the time. there was only one electrical power, i had to charge the phone from the one of the tv. the walls there very thin, you could hear absolutely anything from other rooms.
