Not a good experience

Unnecessarily complicated to and fro with the staff to get entry info, more so than any other property I've stayed at with Booking.com. Had to squeeze past cafe tables to get to the steep stairs to the building entrance. Room was like a furnace all night. No sign of the südtirol pass or how to get hold of it.

Warm and clean guesthouse with free Südtirol Pass!

The hotel gave me a Südtirol card and it was super awesome!! Free ride for the bus from Bozen to Seceda Cable Car, free musuem entrance to see Ötzi, free regional trains to explore beyond Bozen. The location is really central! No staff on site which might not be everyone’s preference but staff were highly responsive through WhatsApp and made sure I had everything I needed. Very clean and there was a very pleasant smell in the room. Had towels, shower gels, coffee capsules and a map. The shared bathroom is very clean and the kitchen was nice and well equipped but I didn’t get to use except the fridge. Wanted to give a 7.5 for overall hotel amenities and hardware but the guesthouse deserves a 9 when it comes to service and hospitality!! Danke / Grazie :)

Many staircases, not nice for people with bulky luggage and accessibility needs. Even as a young person I found the staircase leading to the 4th floor a bit steep. Possible to leave your luggage at the guesthouse but no designated room for it. would be great if cabinets or lockers were available.

Spacious, well equipped kitchen, very clean, comfortable beds, lovely view and location, complimentary drink at the downstairs bar upon arrival, great communication from host

Coffee pods turned out to be matcha 😂 still tasty but not what we expected. Could do with some bigger mugs!

The place is clean and located very centrally in Bolzano

The blankets were a little rough and not so comfortable. The entrance is a narrow staircase which I had to drag my luggage up.

Nice stay in central Bolzano

Really large room right in the centre of Bolzano. Beds were comfy, and the shared kitchen and bathroom were really clean. Contactless check-in was easy, and the staff was easy to reach.

The room was really hot, but it's typical in Italy/Central Europe in the summer. Stairs might be problematic for some people but didn't bother me.

Super-expensive place for the few services: no elevator (we had a room in the second floor), the toaster had remainders of bread of previous guests, wifi not working, bottle of soap was nearly empty, and the best part, no hot water. The towels and the sheets smelled humidity.

Disappointing

Smelled like smoke.. The lady in the morning cleaning up was very rude. Location amazing but realize you’re renting a room in an attic with shared bathroom. Plus checkout too early. 10am and rude wake up call.
