Beautiful building, in a very nice neighborhood, lovely garden and views but very close to town center. Large airy rooms.
It does have shared baths so cleanliness/ availability is dependent on the other guests. It was all fine for our stay.

We loved everything! The location is excellent, within short walking distance to everything. The people who run it are beautiful, the room itself is huge and the bed extremely comfortable. We had our own bathroom right across the hall which was great. The breakfast was excellent! Recommended highly!

Beautiful location with a picturesque area. The receptionist Zoe ( I might have misspelled her name) who is a wonderful young lady fron Argentina was very helpful.
Our room was and is still advertised as offering free wifi, but when we got there, we couldn't get the signal. The owner, Giorgio, acknowledged that our room #6 cannot receive a signal and suggested for us to go down to the lobby to get signal which we thought was ridiculous given that we booked the room under the understanding of wifi inclusion. He offered us euro 20 discount, which we gave half of it to Zoe-the receptionist for being super helpful with our laundry. I did suggest to the owner to inform future guests of room 6 that it does not include wifi for honest and transparent advertising.
