Good location, nice building, service could be better

The location was very nice, 5 min to the center on foot. The room was very spacious and it had everything we needed. The kitchen was quite useful. The coffee corners that were available on each floor was a nice thing to have in the morning.

Even though they advertise that they have a reception between 8 and 20 during the day, we rarely have someone there. When needed we always had to call a phone number and wait for 20 minutes before someone appeared. On the street, it is a bit unclear where to find the entry.

Would be nice to update big bathroom tech. Also it was little bit uncomfortable to wash the dishes without kitchen sink and towels for that, so small kitchen area are missing.

A Wonderful Stay 🌹

From the train station, you walk through the historic cobblestone streets past the Franciscan Church to this wonderful quiet, almost hidden place, a short walk down a beautiful driveway that is tucked behind a large secure gate. The rooms are huge and beautiful. The shared baths also huge, modern and clean. Everything is easily accessible. To be close to everything yet have the peace and security of a private mansion is a wonderful way to Be in Bozen. 🌹

The staff at Villa Anita went above and beyond to make our stay special. The hostess brought a bottle of prosecco to our suite, as we were visiting to celebrate our engagement. She also was extremely helpful and thorough when explaining the activities in the city.

Good place to stay

I was very happy with my stay at Villa Anita! I had a private room, and the bathroom and shower were shared. At first, I was a bit unsure about sharing a bathroom with other guests, but it turned out to be absolutely fine — everything was very clean, neat, and comfortable. There was no kitchen, but the shared area had a kettle, microwave, coffee machine, and some snacks, which was very convenient and thoughtful. The atmosphere was calm, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended!

The villa was beautiful with large rooms. The location was excellent - quiet but near the action. The host was very pleasant and was always available for questions. Over-all a great place to stay, I would stay again and recommend it to others.

Great location, no internet in our room

Beautiful location with a picturesque area. The receptionist Zoe ( I might have misspelled her name) who is a wonderful young lady fron Argentina was very helpful.

Our room was and is still advertised as offering free wifi, but when we got there, we couldn't get the signal. The owner, Giorgio, acknowledged that our room #6 cannot receive a signal and suggested for us to go down to the lobby to get signal which we thought was ridiculous given that we booked the room under the understanding of wifi inclusion. He offered us euro 20 discount, which we gave half of it to Zoe-the receptionist for being super helpful with our laundry. I did suggest to the owner to inform future guests of room 6 that it does not include wifi for honest and transparent advertising.

Really great location and very good price. Bed was comfortable and it's a lovely building. It's a shared bathroom but it was kept clean. The staff were very friendly and there was a kettle and snacks for tea time 😄

Lovely place to have a good rest

The room where we stayed at had a lovely view with big window and comfortable bed. The shared bathroom was big and clean. Great location close to the center and train station yet very calm for a good rest.

Lovely relaxing stay in a beautiful part of Italy.

Beautiful building and gorgeous room in a great location for train station and exploring Bolzano. Extremely friendly staff. Complimentary tea, coffee & small snacks available as well as water and cups. No air conditioning in the room but a very good fan was available and the room was nice and cool despite the days being hot! Excellent stay overall, would definitely recommend to others.

Shared bathroom could be a little inconvenient but not too much of an issue!

friendly, clean and welcoming stay close to everything you want to see and do!

I loved the friendly atmosphere, the location was perfect, nice and close to the main part of the city. We had access to the outside seating so I was able to work outside. Everything was very clean and the hosts were very accommodating.

The wifi didn’t reach our room so when we had work we had to sit in the hallway or work outside which was kind of annoying.

The location is close to the center. The house is an old house that is very beautiful on the outside. When we had issues, the staff was kind and helpful.

The room felt basic. Its difficult to lock the window. The room was also missing towels, but I recieved a pair after calling the host. There is a common bathroom for 4 or 5 rooms - but it is built in an in-efficient way. Its just a single room with a shower, a sink and a toilet. So really, nothing happens in parallel and you might need to wait for 10 minutes just to use the toilets. There is a small reception but I almost never saw anyone there. They did reapond relatively quickly when I gave them a ring - but it was good to know in advance that this is how I should contact them.

Exceptional stay

Perfect location, in the center of Bolzano. Parking on site. Cozy accommodation. Very helpful and kind host. Excellent value for the price. This was our base for skiing in Dolomites east and west of Bolzano.

Vila Anita is really nice place to stay in. Waking distance to city centre and suited in calm and nice neighborhood, place feels safe. Views from windows are really nice and room was very clean and well equipped. Bathroom was clean and spacious.

we had a room with shared bathroom but wasn’t a problem at all the floor has two bathrooms to be used, the Villa provides kettle, microwave and fridge to use with free tea and coffee any time. Villa is close to city center.

Great location, would go back again.

Our room was on the top floor in the eaves, quite quirky with lots of interesting angles - though a tall person would have had to watch their head at times. The bed was very comfortable. Tea and coffee-making facilities were just outside our door. The villa is in a great location close both to the town centre and to the parkland by the river. Good to have a parking option on site (daily charge)

The shower was in a glass cubicle in the bedroom, which might not be to everyone's taste. As the villa did not serve breakfast, a bit more in the way of cutlery and crockery by the coffee machine would have been good for making up a sandwich. Some rooms may have had kitchen facilities.
