Decent stay for a night or two!

Great location. Pretty decent stay!

It is located near the central station

We got a room on the fourth floor, which does not have an elevator. It is not recommended for older people or families with little children. The hot water doesn't work properly.

Extremely overpriced

Location is in the center

The main downside is the extremely high price for very mediocre accommodation. Our room was located on the 6th level from the ground, with no elevator. The room had an unpleasant smell, like cheap air freshener or cleaning chemicals. The bathroom was tiny, with no place to put toiletries and not even a proper hook for towels. The biggest issue was the lack of communication after 7 p.m. — there is no reception and no emergency contact number. During our stay (in cold weather), we discovered there was no hot water at all. As it turned out, the boiler in the building had broken. Since there was no way to reach anyone, we simply had to go without a shower that evening. The administrator only replied to my message the next day. They did refund 50% of the stay, which I appreciate, but honestly, I would have preferred to have hot water for the full price. Even putting that incident aside, the place is overpriced for what it offers. Didn’t try the breakfast, so I can’t comment on that.

Don't waste your money on this one

No staff, no service. All automated with no one to guide. You keep reading through their link to understand what is going on and how to get access to the room or breakfast, etc. Very small beds and room is suffocating. It should not be this costly with such experience. The breakfast is fixed menu and even in that items are unavailable.

Noise in the room overnight, of some plumbing vibrating, it seemed… every 3 minutes for many hours over the night… I was able to sleep very little.

The room was clean, spacious and located within walking distance to restuarents, the train and bus station as well as the mountain cable car. The receptionist Michela was extremely helpful and attended to our requests.

It is a bit of a struggle to carry the suitcases up the stairs to your room in the absence of lifts

Nothing.

Stop there if you want to get sick by getting infected with a fungus. Or another microorganism - dramatic level of hygiene. Stop there if you don't want to keep your eyes old all night after a day's tour. In the same building there is a club - noise, screams, screams, loud music prevent sleep. Stay there finally if after a whole day on the road you want to climb with your luggage to the fourth floor by stairs - there is no elevator. A place created by cynical sly people who want to take our money disproportionate to the prepared offer and in the description of the object "forgot" to mark the shortcomings disqualifying this object. On the other hand, if you want to be sick, stay up all night and overcome many floors with weights on the stairs - this is the right place for you. My strong recommendation: avoid.

Perfect stay in Bolzano

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting the Christmas market. The parking garage was busy, but had plenty of spaces even for a large SUV. It was about a 5 minute walk to the apartment.

If you struggle with stairs or have heavy luggage, be sure to get a room on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator service available.

the location is perfect; check-in is very flexible since you do not have any time frame; the bed was comfortable

it was not the cleanest - the bathroom could have been cleaned better ; the door downstairs is quite hard to open (you have to push quite hard) which was confusing at first; also once some opened this door you can hear/feel it upstairs in the apartment;

These rooms are great! I’ve stayed here a few times. The beds are comfortable, the walls and windows are thick enough to not hear neighbors.

Simple but enough!

Great location: 5-7 minutes to bolzano train station. Downtown with many restaurants and supermarkets. convenient self check in service. Clean,simple and modern room.
