8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
size of the room, cleanliness, near the city center/train station.
the fact they don't have elevator is unimaginable. considering that many tourists are going to Bolzano with many suitcases/bags, they need to consider adding a connection with proper elevator.

Apartment in city centre
The apartment was in 4th floor without elevator, actually it was 5th or 6 so not good for older people.
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
Location and having a balcony
Climbing 70 steps with a heavy bag ☹️ No staff - - all automated check-in
6 / 10Average·Sep 2026
Room was clean, beds comfortable and reasonable space. Access worked ok.
Bathroom was in need of redecorating - paint was peeling off the tiles - but was otherwise clean and functional
