It was centrally located and great value for money, with working air con a nice clean, modern bathroom, comfortable beds and was spacious for the money. Check in was very easy and there was no hassle.
The only complaint id have is the walls were quite thin and we could hear a lot of banging from other rooms. The door was also making noises during the night from the air con so we had to put a door against it.

The self-checkin is really convenient and the place is smack in the middle of old town Bozen (everything in walking distance).
Unfortunately the room was quite dirty (hairs on every surface and in every corner), the bathroom very tired (the shower needs a do-over) and both the cups provided in the room as well as the water cooker had residue in them and hadn't been cleaned properly. The water cooker even still had smelly, coloured water in it that was quite offputting. We won't return.

Great location, awesome and very helpful staff. Air conditioning worked fantastically!
Moldy bathroom (ceiling of bathroom and floor of shower). Very thin walls and could easily hear noise from neighbors and hallways. Earplugs were absolutely necessary in order to fall asleep and I am a heavy sleeper normally (very loud/distracting/thin walls)
