A perfect hidden gem in the center of Bolzano

Wonderful design hotel in the center of Bolzano. The atmosphere is beautiful, the rooms are amazing with a lot of love for little details. Going back to the room feels like coming home! Highly recommended. Breakfast room is very nice too, and the staff was fantastic.

So glad I chose La Briosa..the staff and location, service & comfort were excellent!

Excellent location- easy walk to restaurants, shopping areas, museums and landmarks. Rooms were quite spacious and modern. Enjoyed having the lightweight comforter for bedding. Very convenient & multiple 2prong plugs for US adapters. Staff and manager were so very helpful & kind.. They appreciate their guests and offered suggestions on things to do.. The server at breakfast went out of his way to take care of you.. I felt very pampered.. The cleaning ladies also did an excellent job. Enjoyed our first time stay in Bolzano so very much!!

The modern decor and the location - the sustainability factor and the overall design of the property. Room was with wonderful Mountain View and filled with high tech features - great shower room with consistent heat and water pressure!

A bit more room amenities would be great - there was tea but no coffee, and perhaps a body lotion and toothbrush and paste? I am a solo traveller and the bed was setup as a double bed A it would be great to have one large duvet instead of 2 singles?

The Hotel is very clean, and very central. There is underground parking, which is a bonus in the centre of Bolzano. The staff are amazingly helpful and friendly.

Friendly, helpful staff and owners. Location on quiet street just a few mins from main piazza. Everything is new and modern, but warm and beautiful. The layout of the room works well for 2+ people and the shower room is fantastic. (You could fit a whole family in there!) Beds are firm spring mattresses. Blackout shades and double-panes windows for a good night’s sleep. Would definitely stay again, and I rarely feel that way.

Modern and unique gem in the heart of Bolzano

La Briosa is a very unique and modern hotel right near the center of Bolzano that left a great impression. I went on a two week Süd Tirol trip with my dad and we stayed mostly in Gasthauses in the Dolomites, but this hotel was a really nice change of scenery. I loved the motifs and you can tell the family/owners took great pride when designing this hotel. The room seemed brand new and was extremely clean. Beds and amenities were comfortable. The Frühstuck was delicious and plentiful with many local options. I will always remember my stay here and if I ever return to Bolzano I will be booking La Briosa again. If you are looking for a place to stay and La Briosa has availability, do not hesitate to reserve a room!

The interior design and every little detail of the room, the wood that feels warm and smooth, the window blinds that close from the bottom and you can choose to still see the mountains. The staff was very nice, helpful and attentive. This place is a new must see in Bolzano!

Pure class and excellence

I was a solo traveller to Bolzano, and this is written without any exaggeration - I love my stay at La Briosa, and it'll be one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in. First things first, the architecture of the hotel and the room was stunning. In particular, the windows in the room are designed in the shape of arches where they face the mountains! It's such an excellent design and what a privilege to wake up and have the sights of mountains greet you. Sandra and her team are extremely hospitable - from recommending me a good restaurant in the city centre when I told her that I don't take much meat, to the lady who runs the breakfast floor who dutifully remembers our orders such as our coffee preferences. La Briosa is also about 10 minutes walk to the main train and bus station which makes it very easy to commute if you are taking public transport. La Briosa is such a classy establishment, and I absolutely love my stay there. I hope more people can experience the magic of La Briosa that I did :)

a modern italian story about the local past

A carefully designed hotel with an unexpected focus on the smallest details of the assembly and building. A positive mood given by the ambiance they created. The family operating the hotel is around and happy to chit chat about the story and the craft they summed up in the place, a very enjoyable talk, in fact. We were greeted late in the night even if the reception desk was available only 'till eleven and also were offered a parking spot in the building's underground, considering the time of arrival. Big room, big bathroom, neat finishings, surprising window shades. Well done!

A persistent smell due to the substantial use of wood inside the room which should be explored and addressed, somehow. Breakfast was already wrapped up 20 minutes before the due time and even if they arranged for us to still grab a bite, we felt like disturbing.
