From the moment we arrived so warm & welcoming . I loved that is was family owned. Sr. Onofrio so genuinely cared about us during our Mother Daughter trip. The gentleman at breakfast serving us was wonderful as well as the chef.

The staff at the front desk are awesome, especially Monique the magician. Great coffee at breakfast. Generally a very nice and well located place to stay. If you are travelling with significant luggage and need to get to the airport then have them call 2 cabs as the city has very few van sized options

La Briosa is a little jewel where comfort is enhanced by the amazing staff who made this stay even more special. I walked in as a customer and left feeling like an old friend. The hotel is state of the art and offers a generous mattress super comfortable. Bathroom facilities are generous. Breakfast is fresh and omelettes and scrambled eggs made on demand.

Incredible experience at this hotel. Very polite and friendly personnel, incredible room with high-end design and super tasty and varied breakfast buffet. Very helpful with our bikes as well, there is a dedicated room to accommodate that. I wish we would have stayed longer to enjoy it!

Nice large, modern room with nice views. Only way to control room temperature was by opening windows, which were very large. Bathroom vanities were two sinks which was nice, but if you prefer privacy this is not for you. They were out in the open behind the bed. Close to train station and old town. Very walkable to everything we wanted to do. Excellent breakfast

This was a newer property with many environmentally friendly amenities - like woodwork through the room, a lack of tacky art and an overall ambience that was sharp yet minimalist. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They were eager to please and helped make the start of our trip a perfect one. The downside was a lack of air conditioning. The room could get too hot. Thankfully we were not staying during the heat of summer or it would have been miserable. I wish it had A/C.

A staff member escorted me to the room and explained how everything worked and where everything was at. Same with the parking garage. Hotel and room was spotless and the breakfast was exceptional! This is one hotel you won’t want to miss.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is small, not a lot of selection but enough to fill you up. There is underground parking that's a bit convoluted to get to but so nice knowing your vehicle is safe and sound. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Bolzano.
