It was fine but wouldn’t go again.

Easy door access with email/app. And soundproof windows when closed.

Lots of stairs to access the apartment. VERY loud street late into the night; had to choose between open windows with noise or closed windows with stuffy heat.

Great place but only with small luggage

Very charming room

If you have a lot of luggage and travel by car or motorcycle, the location is an issue. Can‘t drive anywhere nearby and have to carry up 4 floors with narrow stairs.

Extremely comfortable & right in the centre of Bolzano, so it was great!

Really spacious, comfortable, clean & felt very safe as 2 female travellers

No blind for the skylight, so it was difficult to sleep in the morning, even with my eye mask. Also I was a little concerned being in the attic & I couldn’t see any fire exits & there was nothing on the information indicating where they might be.

It's a small room, maybe nicer if it were a touch cheaper. could smell cigarettes throughout the place - maybe include some air freshener. Clearer instructions on which room you are in and where to find the entrance

It was well located and nice once you got to the room, which you had to go down to a basement then up three floors to get to. It was all self check in - the system is very clever

It was very hot and there is no aircon - that made for an uncomfortable night

One night stay, would not come again.

There are five rooms and we stayed in room 5 this trip. We came through a few days ago and decided to stay again since room 4 was fine. The staff accommodated a late check out and holding our bags. Air conditioning worked fine.

We would not stay here again, even for a night, because this room is not well maintained and was uncomfortable. The beds are old and sunken. The bathroom had peeling paint, the shower has rust/dirt and the shower head was clogged/worn.

The place is located in the center of the city

Read the small print: it cost 16 EUR / day parking your car. The room is very hot in the summer and there is no air condition. Also do consider the high noise.

I would not recommend

Location.

We were actually the.re for 2 nights. On the second day the code had expired and we were locked out. It was very inconvenient. I had to go to the office which fortunately was open. The staff rectified the problem but did not apologizes or offer any suitable compensation. The bathroom smelled terrible and the pillows are very hard.

Quite good but..

First and the best is a location of a guesthouse. Very nice, in a center, easy check-in online, very good. Then what I didn’t like. Our room was quite clean (but not a shower - we found hair in the shower cabin). There is no view to the city center, you don’t find even clean water in a fridge, and cleaning stuff didn’t leave a shower gel 😬 I have doubts about the quality of a cleaning. Parking discount is really nothing: 2€ 😳 (we stayed for 23 hours in Bolzano)

All good and as described. Flat very clean and bathroom quite small but functional. Check-out time is rather early at 10.00. Communication was perhaps a little zealous as messages arrived on a regular basis regarding the booking. Perhaps not necessary for a one-night stay.

Radiator in bathroom did not work but it was not too cold.

Location was amazing. Quite a bit of stairs to get up to the rooms but definitely not a deal breaker to choosing this place. It has the basics you need to an overnight.

Nothing in particular I didn't like. The price was a bit high for just one over night and having the place basic basic, but again, it was a good stay for an over night to see the cute city of Bolzano/Bozen.

The lodgings were great, I had trouble getting in , but was promptly contacted to resolve the issue. Above all, a pleasant stay.

Mould in the shower , it's quite warm in the room with only 1 window for ventilation, noisy bar below. Good for one night,only.

Disappointing

Location

Overall, we were very disappointed with the accommodation. It did not meet expectations nor did it reflect the high price. The bathroom was very different than the photo’s on booking.com. The bathroom was old and moldy (see photos). The shower was broken (we had to hold the shower in our hand) and there was no water pressure. After contacting the host they fixed the shower but the water pressure remained poor. Additionally, the beds are uncomfortable. The pillows are very hard and the mattress was uneven.

The location is excellent, and the room is furnished with great taste. We were 3 people, so we also used the sofa bed, which was comfortable enough.

There was no way to shade the light coming from the skylight, so we woke up too early

Superb

The room was amazing; it was clean, very spacious and had everything I needed ( towels, shampoo, coffee etc..). I loved the position as well, right in the center of the city with restaurants and coffee shops reachable by foot.

I wish there was conditioner and shower gel besides just shampoo
