The hotel is in a fantastic location, the room was very clean and spacious, the breakfast was excellent and the reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Bolzano!

Perfect location. We thought it would be noisy but it was so quiet. The room was spacious and comfortable and we loved that it had air conditioning! The staff was helpful and they even surprised me by putting a bottle of Prosecco in our room for my birthday!

A/C I. room did not work. was not fixed during our entire stay even though we brought it up to staff during our first night. Room became incredible stuffy and hot during stay. Room 212 should be avoided during warm weather until it is repaired.

Room and amenities provided were both very high standard. Superb. Breakfast choice, F and B quality and above all service were all exceptionally good. One of the very best managed and greatly cared for hotels that I have stayed in my many travels.

Location was great

The breakfast and associated service were excellent. The room was right next to the Christmas market. We could see the New Year's fireworks from our windows. The lobby bar was a relaxing place to get a drink.

We requested help with dinner reservations. They couldn't assist with local places and pushed their $200 per person price fix 8 course meal. Housekeeping was spotty as we received a different level of daily turn down service each night. We had children running the halls at night. We called down to the front desk who explained to us which rooms had children and their ages. My response was for them to come upstairs and look for themselves. Expected a Suite with a separately partitioned sitting area with sofa bed couch. The room was L shaped with a very hard cot for the third adult.

An extremely comfortable, clean and accommodating hotel with exceptional staff

We love this hotel. We stayed here approximately 3 weeks prior to this stay and were specifically targeting this hotel for our return visit to the Christmas market. The room was large and extremely comfortable with a view overlooking the market in Walther piazza. The beds were large and very comfortable. The bathroom was spacious, well laid out, and had an amazing shower. The heating system did an excellent job of maintaining the set temperature and was never intrusive either with noise or air movement. The breakfast is absolutely fantastic! With large selections of breads, meats, and cheeses, as well as fresh fruits, cereal options, juices and made to order coffees and hot food order choices. The staff here are so friendly and welcoming without being overbearing, and were extremely helpful in providing much valued information to help us really enjoy the city. We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend this hotel to any other travelers to Bolzano!

There was nothing we didn't like about this hotel. If anything, I would say the room was a little pricey but I still consider it a good value.

central location, beautifully appointed, helpful staff and an awesome breakfast

The location was ideal for our purpose as the hotel spilled directly onto the main piazza where the Christmas markets are located. The staff were helpful and very courteous. We opted for the breakfast and ate some wonderful food all prepared on site - wonderful pastries as well as eggs anyway with anything. We didn’t really want to leave.

The location was great but due to the renovation of parking garage there were no possibility to arrive directly to the hotel and I did not know that hotel have the discount for parking.
