Perfect place to explore the heart of the beautiful Alto Adige and the Dolomites.

This is very much a family-run hotel and it feels very warm and welcoming, for that reason. Rooms are simple but comfortable. The breakfasts were wonderful - lots of beautiful home-made tarts and jams. The position is superb - 5 minutes from the station and in the heart of the historic centre. Bolzano is a very attractive town with great food and a feeling of welcome from locals. We loved our stay.

Nothing at all to dislike. I am not a fan of plastic water glasses in the room but that is a tiny matter.

This is a well maintained property centrally located with a nice view of the of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with a variety of choices. Many things to see and do within walking distance, train station near by. We would stay here again.

Very enjoyable stay. We'd stay here again if we visted Bolzano again.

The location was good, being in close walking distance from the railway station. The breakfasts were good, and the staff was attentive. The rooms were a good size, better than I expected, with plenty of room. Some people may say the room was spartan but for us it had everything we needed and met all our expectations.

There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel.

All you need for a short stay: clean bedroom, good breakfast, professional staff, and great location

It was clean, well-located, had a great breakfast, and had professional staff. The place is simple but has everything you need for a short stay. I recommend.

If I need to say something, I would like to have a coffee machine in the bedroom, especially to sit at the tables with an amazing view in front of the room. Except for that, the place was great.

Beautifully designed, comfortable, modern apartment. Linens and bed comfortable. Good water pressure on the shower. Friendly warm and helpful owner/operators; great communicators. Centrally located and a short walk to the railway station, short walk to the central plaza. Breakfast generous and accommodating to most tastes.

Highly recommended in Bolzano

What a great stay at Hotel Feichter. No more than five minutes walk from the train station, and a great location to explore the city (and beyond!). From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by the staff, and our room was utterly spotless. Every amenity was thought of, including the shared terrace and honesty bar which were lovely touches. Breakfast was SPECTACULAR - loads of vegan options too. Thank you for making our trip to Bolzano so special, we will definitely be back!

Excellent hotel & would definitely be our first choice on a return visit to Bolzano

We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, clean & very well equipped which made our stay very comfortable, a big bonus was the washing machine. Breakfast was good quality in the nice dining room, also a great place to go for lunch. Excellent location in the heart of Bolzano which is a lovely city.

Just a small thing but even though the staff were friendly & efficient we never felt like we were able to engage much with them as we had in other hotels we stayed.

This is a fantastic Alberto in the beautiful city of Bolzano.

Excellent stay in Bolzano

Loved the location .The Staff was very helpful and kind. They let us store our luggage for free on the check out day! They gave us a map of the city and guest pass ,that allowed to travel(bus-trrains) in Sud-Tirol for free during our stay and visit the museums in Bolzano! Really clean bedroom and full breakfast !

it was perfect, will definitely be back!

The buffet breakfast was for sure the highlight of our stay, we would come back again just for that alone! The bed was comfortable and the shower was spacious. It was perfect for our one night stay, will definitely book again in the future!

The breakfast was the highlight! Coffee made to order, huge range of cereals, grains, fruits, vegetables, meat and eggs and sweet and savory breads. Rooms serviced daily. Honesty bar to access drinks at all hours.

Understand that we a “budget room” above the kitchen. Very warm overnight, could not cool the room down. No fridge in room.

This hotel is very high on my list. The family went out of their way to help us out. They were very efficient and helpful. One of the staff helped me get some transportation booked and it saved our lives. I am so grateful to all of them. Also, the breakfast was fantastic. I couldn’t wait for that meal- it was one of the best I have ever had. Thank you so much!!! I would come again and again!!

Don't hesitate to stay here.

We are from New Zealand and have seen some poor quality places over the years, but this is not one of those. It's website gives an honest impression of what the hotel is like. No tricks or exaggeration. A very good place to stay. A family atmosphere and an excellent breakfast. We highly recommend it. Very close to the railway station and the old town.

Let down by the WiFi.

Spotlessly clean. The room and bathroom looked new. The lady who checked us in and the gentleman in the breakfast room were both excellent. High quality breakfast buffet. One of the best. Very good location. The complementary SudTirol card was a nice surprise. Free entry to cable car and Ötzi museum.

Two minor things: there was no gel in the container in the shower, a discovery made once I was soaking wet; the single soft pillow was not conducive to a good night's sleep for me. Of course, I only realised this in the middle of the night. Tonight I am in a hotel in Innsbruck. I made sure I got a second pillow in good time. Two major things: the WiFi was terrible. And checkout at 10:00 (even at weekends), though breakfast runs until 10:00. As a result of the latter two, I would not return.

A lovely cozy family run hotel

Perfectly location just a short easy stroll from the station and the hotel is located perfectly in the middle of everything. The room was clean and the beautiful staff were always smiling and helpful. Breakfast was a highlight and the lovely staff took orders for coffees and teas just like a normal cafe and always asked if we would like another. Definitely recommend to stay.

Superb

Excellent breakfast with coffee to order, nice room, comfortable and well appointed. The host was very helpful at check in and they also gave us a card for museum admission plus transportation in Bolzano, which we used a ton. Excellent location.

My only complaint is that the street side is noisy and we used the window for ventilation, but we did book a hotel in the heart of the city, so that’s a trade off.

A special stay in Bolzano.

This is a wonderful hotel on the edge of the city center. The staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing! And this hotel has the most well stocked "honor fridge" we have ever seen in our years of travel. Our room was very clean and had a balcony. Hotel has a lift. Parking is in a park house about 5 minutes away by foot. Highly recommend.
